Every time I come to Nalley for service Abraham Castillo takes care of me. He's very knowledgeable about maintenance of my vehicle and always keeps me in the loop of everything the technicians will be doing and if there are any recommended services. He is great at calling his customers by name, which makes for a more comfortable experience. He's an awesome service writer and I would definitely refer him to anyone that comes to Nalley. Thanks Abe!
