I received great service today. My tire had a leak that wasn't detected by Tires Plus. Nalley Toyota Stonecrest found the leak and fixed the tire. My service advisor David Campbell was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of correctly.

This is the second time in 2 years I have been ripped off by these over aggressive service advisers. I was charged nearly $300 for a part and service for what World Toyota would have performed for under $200. The adviser was to busy finding other items to repair than to listen to my instructions on why I really came in? Never Again!

I went to go purchase a 2018 Toyota RAV4 about three weeks ago, and we had arrived at the dealership with an already manager-approved out the door price on an exact vehicle. We went in there where we were informed that all of 2018 Toyota RAV4's with our color preferences have been sold, and they were showing up higher-priced models that they said they could honor the same out-the-door price. Our sales associate was clearly new and did not know proper protocol when it comes to showing customers cars and we had to wander around the parking lot looking for cars that met our color preferences, peering in through the window. This is extremely unprofessional as it just takes one second for him to look at his computer, find the vehicle that we wanted, write the stock number, and show it to us, instead of us looking all around the parking lot for the car. After we found a vehicle, we went back to the sales office, and were given an offer of over $1000 more than our already manager-approved out-the-door price. The sales manager, Darryl Jefferson was very rude, cut me off several times when I was trying to speak, raised his voice several times and told me to "be quiet and stop raising my voice" when I was trying to calmly explain to him that we already had this price approved and were told that they were going to honor it on the vehicle that we chose. This is extremely unprofessional customer service, and buyers beware! DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NEVER HONOR THEIR OUT-THE-DOOR PRICES!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!

No matter what the employees try to be as helpful as possible everything at this location was clean, neat, and in order. The only bad thing I have to say was that servicing my vehicle took longer than I would've like but over all it was good work

I was told that the car would be held for me, when asked about it I first was presented with a car with triple the mileage and a lower package. The day of they finally told me that they sold it, being mislead is frustrating and annoying.

I had an appointment to get my car serviced and I was sitting waiting for my car for over 2 hours. I did enjoy your mini bistro on the property. I've never seen that at any car dealership. That made my wait bearable.

Waiting for my timing belt and water pump to be replaced was a pleasant experience. Jamis Barnes was clear and friendly and prompt. I really must sing the praises of the lady who runs the cafe inside. She had shrimp and grits for breakfast - along with the usual choices. She was so pleasant to deal with. Having the cafe in operation made my wait time much easier.

I came twice, in a desperate effort to find a car. Charles Wills really helped me. The first day I came, I really wanted the new Toyota RaV4, but my monthly budget would not allow for it. I came back to see what else they had the next day. It was cold and rainy, and Mr. Will was so patient in helping me, close to their closing time may I add. He let me trst drive a few cars and treated the situation as if we had all of the time in the world; though I was still considering the time. I test drove the Elantra and loved it. It was in my budget and I am so happy I came to this locatikn and had this representative assist me. My mom was with me, and he made us feel like part of the Nally Stonecrest team. Thank you, Mr. Wills and the rest who made this experience less stressful. There is also the financial representative who processed my finance application, he was also very kind and helpful.

My problem was not fix and I paid $457 for labor to dig and search only to be told that I can spend $1600 more and not sure that the problem would be fix. In other words take your problem else where. I would not even get an OIL change for my Highlander there ever.

They made me look like a fool. Had me filling out paperwork and test driving my car of choice only for them to tell me that I was not approved. Then yank the keys back and didn t even have a dot of decency to possibly attempt to try to approve me for a pre-owner car. Here s a tip, try to approve the person first and if they are approved then let them test drive the car they are approved for. Then, in addition to that, they have the nerve to call me the next day asking can some one help me to get approved. After you guys embarrassed me, you think I ll be setting foot back in your den of deception again. I think not. You guys aren t the only show in town. Believe that.

On August 22, 2012 I took my 2006 Lexus GS300 to Stonecrest Toyota (7969 Mall Pkwy Lithonia, Ga) for an oil change and front brake service. When I picked up my vehicle and reviewed my paperwork from the service writer I noticed on the Multipoint Inspection Sheet that the technician filled out had an error. It still had my front brake lining number @ 3mm on both left and right front brakes. This raised my suspicion so I questioned the service writer asking him if my brakes were even done. The service writer, without even checking with the technician, quickly changed the numbers on the sheet to 12mm. After I payed for my services and left the dealership my oil light came on in my car immeidately . I informed my husband and he said he would reset the light with no problem due to the technician not reseting the oil light. 4 months after the oil change a co-worker noticed that my oil shield was dragging under my car. At this point we had to take the oil shield off because is kept getting caught under my car and we didn't know hold long it had been dragging. When we took the oil shield down we discovered that the screw wasnt affixed tightly which is what caused the shield to fall. When I took my vehicle into Lexus they stated to me that if the screws were not tightened it can cause the panel to hang. When I took my vehicle back to Stonecrest Toyota and spoke to the Service Manager Dennis, I told him about all 3 incidents that occurred surrounding the oil change. Dennis quickly dismissed all incidents and did not take the time to look into the matter. Instead he went on to tell me he how he owns 2 cars like mine and that the oil shield really doesn't have a purpose. To add insult to injury he had another technician bring my car around into the shop where all the employees were standing around seemingly taking a break when there were several vehicles that needed to be serviced as the waiting area was filled with customers. Dennis was very condescending while speaking to me like I was a "stupid little female". Dennis did not at any point in our interaction take into account that my husband and I have been patronizing StoneCrest Toyota for over a decade thus showing his employees less than acceptable customer services practices.

I was hesitant to buy from Nalley as I've been in the car business and know all about Nalley and Asbury Group but I just recently bought a 2018 Tacoma TRD from here. They managed to give me a decent value for my trade in which prompted me to buy it from here, plus they are 5 miles from my house. Shinaiya and Ivana and the entire sales team have been super helpful and accommodating. Answer all my questions and overall super helpful. If you plan on buying, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. (5*)

I will update this when i go through service as that is a huge part in the condition of owning a vehicle. I, myself, worked in Parts and know both sides of the service department and know what to expect from a servicing dealer.

I have been receiving calls text and voicemails for over a week I have replied stop to all the automated text and the one personally from a sales person I expressed that it s the wrong number and was assured contact would stop, I reported the wrong number yesterday and within a few hours I recieved a call I explained that it is the wrong number... the woman was very nice and assured me yet again my number would be removed. I just received another call from a man and explained again wrong number. I understand mistakes but this is daily for over a week and sometimes not than once daily. It has now become a problem and interfering with my work. Again I understand mistakes but pay attention.. I do not think I should have any consequences for something I have no involvement in. Please pay better attention.
Whoever is trying to sell Austin the Toyota Corolla he probably isn t gonna but it cause he gave you the wrong contact information focus your efforts elsewhere please

Completed my 85,000 mile maintenance check. Service, as always, was fantastic and thorough. That's because Mr. Abraham Castillo is the best Service Advisor Stonecrest Nalley has on their staff...always delivering exceptional and outstanding customer service.

I had my 110, 000 mile service the other day. Excellent, exceptional customer service from Mr. Castillo once again. I hope soon he is offered the opportunity to manage the service department and is able to find, and train more outstanding service advisors. Nalley Stonecrest Toyota can be rated as the top notch facility in the whole southeast region.

Taniqua is TERRIFIC!! She is very warm, welcoming and friendly to her customers and ensures that they are satisfied with the Nalley Toyota Stonecrest experience. She went above and beyond and allowed me to drop my car off before opening on a Saturday morning and made certain that my car was washed following the brake repair, which was timely and totally convenient.

We got a great deal, but we were left with a bad t...

We got a great deal, but we were left with a bad taste in our mouth and right now would not refer anyone to them. As a veteran, a caregiver and a former sales professional, I know what it means to serve - I don't need their type of service.

My wife and I had a simple request: We noticed that the cigarette lighter was missing from the used 2012 car we decided to purchase, so we asked our Sales Professional NICELY that it would be replaced. It was pictured in their photos posted, so it should be in the car. He said ok, but had to check.
He asked a senior Sales Professional and he LIED, saying: "...the 2012 does not come with a cigarette lighter."
What are we stupid? It's a simple request, if the dealership doesn't want to replace/supply it, just say so. Don't lie and treat us like we're dumb.
Then a comment was made, "you don't smoke, so why do you need it". He said it jovially, probably didn't mean any harm, but why the push back. Just order it. Plus, they didn't know if we smoked or not and It was none of their business if we smoked or not. Maybe we preferred it in the slot, because aesthetically it looks better, or whatever. Again, if the dealership doesn't want to replace/supply it, just say so. Another comment was made...we ignored it...and finally in the end we were told it was being ordered.

We went to do the paperwork and pick up the car. Found out it wasn't ordered. Why the impression was given that "it was ordered", I don't know - probably wasn't intentional. Okay, no problem, we had to do the paperwork first - sign a form. And we'll have to come back for it.
Got the car... A day or so later a "Quality Service Rep" called. We spoke well of our Sales Professional, but mentioned the unwanted pushback over the lighter. She apologized and said to expect a call from a manager. She processed her report.

Next day, we got a call from our Sales Professional, the one we spoke well of, and unfortunately (so we thought), seemed to have gotten the blamed for the blunt of the criticism. He apologized, made a promise to get the item in and also said he would help in getting the transmitter (keyless entry) fixed - we discovered it didn't work.
One Month and six days later: 1. No call from the manager 2. Never heard back from our Sales Professional (after I left two phone messages, sent two emails, and called the dealership -they transferred me to his voicemail). 3. I decided to call the parts dept. (20+ days later) to see if the lighter came in - GUESS WHAT? It was NEVER ordered.
Now some might say, "All this over a lighter, ah, just let it go." I say, if you are all about the customer and about quality service, then, why all of this over a lighter???

Worst customer service ever. I brought my car from the Union City location. This is my first and last time ever coming to this location. I pick this location because it is 15 mins from my house, but I will drive 45 mins to get my car service at the Union City location. First issue when I arrive there were 2 employees standing outside and didn't even acknowledge me. I sat in my car for about 10mins while they engaged in a personal conversation. Second issue I walked in the office 6 and stood there for 5 mins before someone decide to take there eyes off there computer screen and speak. I work in customer service and management needs to work with staff. 4 people walked pass and didn't even speak. The best word to describe my experience is RATCHET. Not a friendly service center. Go to Union City for GREAT CUSTOMER SERIVCE IN ALL DEPARTMENTS.

I stopped by Nalley Toyota at Stonecrest to find a used Toyota Venza which they had one of. Reggie, my salesperson, was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to get me the deal that I was looking for. I was by myself and I wasn't trading my car in so I had a logistical issue of getting the car home 60 miles away and he was willing to drive it home for me. I decided to come back for it the next day but he called me the next day on his day off just to check to see if I needed a ride to go back and pick up the car. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help including the team in the service area.

Purchased a vehicle 6 months ago, worst experience for purchasing a vehicle. Customer service is extremely poor. Service department is poor. Came in for routine maintenance and left with an oil leak. Oil has leaked in my garage and driveway. Would strongly not recommend purchasing a vehicle or having service performed at this dealership.

If you are in need of an excellent Service Advisor, I recommend that you see TONI MOORE! You will be extremely satisfied as I was! Toni took care of my needs for my Venza. She greeted me pleasantly and immediately began to check my vehicle over advising me on my 5000 mile required service. Her record finding and printed documentation attests to her office and technical skills. Toni answered my several questions before making sure that service was promptly performed on my vehicle. She apprised me of the amenities. Not too deep into my work, Toni pleasantly informed me that my vehicle was ready! I was amazed! She checked me out, escorted me to my vehicle. I did not expect an escort.TONI MOORE. Thank You! Joyce Carroll
