My husband and I went in knowing the car we wanted to test drive. We called that morning and set up an appointment with Roy. When we walked in Roy and his assistant Tino greeted us right at the door. Our car was not back from detail yet so they showed us around the building. Offered us a great selection of cold beverages and fresh poped popcorn. They had a kids play area and a couple video games to play which was great entertainment for our 4 year old. The place was clean, and everyone we seen was very friendly. After test driving our car we started the finance process. Roy and John made it go so smoothly and rather quickly with little effort on our part. They took the time to answer our questions and explain everything thoroughly. We will recommend everyone we know buying a car to go see Roy and John, and in the future we will choose them ourselves. I can not think of one thing I was un satisfied with.

Everyone I worked with here was unbelievably friendly and helpful. They weren t pushy and they fielded any and all questions I had with knowledge and patience. Regan (sales consultant) and Bill (finance) even stayed late to get everything done for me! Justin (management) was great, too! As a first time buyer, I had an awful experience at the last dealership I went to. My Auto Import couldn t have been more helpful. I am thrilled with my new car and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone!

I recently bought a car from here. I am glad that I am married, so that the salesman could patiently answer all of my husbands questions while attempting not to look at me at all. It was also nice that they asked for my husbands name, as I do not have one. It is also good that my husband has a lot of downtime at his job so that the dealership can call him to make appointments for me. We all know women just cannot make their own appointments or keep their own schedule! I am also glad that the dealership is near a mall so that I can spend all of my husbands money from his job! The mall is also convenient for when you have a 4:30 p.m. appointment and they can't get you in until 6:30. It made me mad, which is understandable since I cannot control my emotions. No man was ever upset at waiting two hours after a scheduled appointment time. Never. Also, as I lack logic, I understand completely why they only have one person who can do finance paperwork for both the used car and new car section. If I were capable of thoughts, which I obviously am not, I would wonder why they don't have more people working in their finance department. It's a good thing women don't have to think! If it were 1957 and I were looking to buy my first car, and did not have appointments (or a job!) I would go back to this dealership. (The car, so far, has been fine and that is the only reason I bought from this dealership.)

I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey that I love but I took it back a wk later to get it treated someone broke the plastic on the bottom of my seat, this happened in July it is now the end of Nov I'm still waiting for them to fix it. Also I need $1200 worth of work done on it that they claimed the car was in great condition and it wasn't now they are trying to say it's because of MI roads, I'm still waiting to get it fixed. I'm just saying cross every t and dot every I before you sign any paperwork.

We stopped in on a Friday night at closing time and after finding that out I had resolved to come back on Saturday then Charlie Knapp stepped up and asked what I was looking for. After explaining that I was looking to replace my 2014 Forested that had been totaled in an accident a week earlier and I wanted to test drive an Outback, he stopped Jeff Hepler in the parking lot and asked the he let me test the Outback that Jeff was going to put away for the nigh. Knowing full well that this car was out of my budget range everyone quickly got a dealer plate and set me off driving. As standard practice Jeff came along for the ride and was so pleasant I felt comfortable to discuss my situation and budget. During our short drive Jeff looked up the inventory and found that they had an Outback that was in my budget range that I should check out. At the end of our ride (at this point it is well past closing time) he told me that he was unsure where that car was thinking it might be out getting detailed or inspected etc. but he would be able to look for on Saturday and asked if I could come back. I wanted him to be able to go home and I agreed and at his urging agreed to try to come in at 9:00AM because he said things get crazy busy on Saturday, he want to be sure he would have time to devote to me. Well Saturday morning came and I was not motivated to get going then afternoon came and I decided to research the dealership inventory on line so I would have all the facts on the 2015 Outback they had, I got the family and head up to the dealership. Upon arrival a 3:45 PM (15 min. before closing time) I see Jeff and yell is it 9:00 AM yet and he laughed, and said that he had been so busy that he had not located the car which I understood so we exchanged contact information so that we could connect on Monday. I asked if there were any other 2015 Outbacks on the lot that I could show my family Jeff said no the one car he was looking for was the only 2015 they had so off we went. Then a Miracle happened on the way to our car my son looks at a car sitting up on the grass lot island and says was that a 2015 Outback you were talking about? There it was the car that could not be found hiding in plain sight, gleaming in the late evening sun, the car was an instant hit with my son and my wife. I quickly went inside to tell Jeff to stop looking and informed him of the miracle and we all had a good laugh. The rest of the story goes way better than any car buying experience I have ever had and I do mean WAY BETTER! within a short time a price is agreed upon and by 4:00 PM Monday I have a sweet Subaru Outback in my driveway.
Also Hats off to the folks who clean a detailed my car! Nice work!
This happy story is due in part to the Subaru product and to me doing my homework before going out shopping but mostly to good customer service and that goes to Jeff Hepler and Charlie Knapp.

The entire My Auto Imports Center team made this a great experience I highly recommend them and will be back!

We went there to look at vehicles for my 69 year old mom. We had been to Preferred Dodge and Chevy and dealt with extremely pushy salesmen (one who texted until after 7pm even AFTER she told him she bought a vehicle from here). Nobody here came out and bugged her. She found the vehicle she liked (Subaru Crosstek) and went inside to inquire. Steve was our sales person and he basically sold the car just by his personality. He was laid back. Not pushy at all. He was absolutely wonderful. He even drove my mom to a rural area so she could test drive it without worrying about traffic. I've dealt with many salesmen and Steve shatters the bad stereotype. I highly recommend these guys. I don't remember the guys name who she dealt with to sign her paperwork, but he was also wonderful. They even dealt with turning her leased vehicle in for her. They are fantastic to deal with. Excellent salesmanship and overall experience. We will definitely be repeat customers

Just recently bought a 2009 Hyundai Elantra from my auto imports. It's a really sharp car and even better yet, it was in a price range I could afford. I was able to take a loan out for it and keep the monthly payments low. The sales consultant that helped me through the process was great. I was able to feel comfortable without pressure, allowing me to make the right decisions in this purchase. All in all a great experience here.

It was my first time buying a new (to me) car, and I had nothing short of the perfect experience. I didn t have a choice but to bring my 9 month old along with me. While we were at My Auto EVERYONE was so helpful & showed that they cared in many ways. Rob knew I needed a safe and reliable vehicle for my baby & I, and that is exactly what I got. Do not go here - knowingly sold me a lemon (check Subaru class action lawsuit battery) they were asked to deal with it and were told I was 7 days over my 90 day warranty. They also told me it was a KNOWN issue on their part and offered to tell me how to fix it myself - every time it happened - which is EVERY DAY. Still not resolved - joining lawsuit.

We don't usually respond to offers when a salesperson calls to say they are interested in buying our three year old Murano for their used car sales. Since we had a slow leak in a tire which needed repair, we decided to discuss the offer on our visit to My Auto. We were very pleased with the value given to our vehicle. When I said that we had always thought of leasing a vehicle but thought the option was not suited to our needs, they were willing to work with us. A three year lease was put together to accommodate us. We have traveled 60 from our home to My Auto since our first Murano in 2003. The attention to our needs keeps us coming back. Without a doubt, this purchase with Mike Geesaman's professionalism and care was exceptional. As in all our years of purchasing and servicing cars at My Auto, this experience left us feeling comfortable with the end results. Way to go My Auto.

I was very impressed with the service on my Outback repair both times. The first time I was there to get the item fixed on my car, they did not have the item in stock and had to order it. My car was washed when I received it back at no charge. I was not expecting that. Once the part came in, I went back to get the car fixed. I expected to pay for the repair out of my pocket since I was over my warranty miles. You can imagine my surprise when I was told that I did not have to pay for the repair. The service manager is allowed to do so many $ in goodwill service for cars under 100,000 miles and I was the lucky individual that was able to benefit from that. Great service with professional people!

We visited on several occasions before choosing to purchase our first brand new vehicle from the dealership. Justin and Alex were awesome with crunching numbers and getting us a great deal. They also stayed late to make sure I could drive my car home that day! Since purchasing I have been in for three service visits (2 year full service free) for oil changes and tire rotations. Bought a 2015 Tundra brand new in 15, from My Auto, I've have been driving the 45min+ drive for oil changes/service even when there is a Toyota dealer 5 min from my house. My Auto isn't pushy, just down right good people. Now it's 2018 and buying the wife a car/needed an oil change on the Tundra. Decided to test drive a limited platinum Highlander and loved it!! ended up purchasing the Highlander that day! Sales (Shadric) was very professional and worked on getting is what we wanted. We had a few specific problems with our 2010 VW Passat, some requiring diagnosis and cost estimates (heater coil issue, blower) for future repair consideration and some other, more minor, requiring immediate attention (windshield wiper replacement, oil and filter change) along with some questions about general performance of the car, e.g.., jerkiness of acceleration (a dual clutch phenomenon), length of fan blowing (seemed excessive to us). Agent was friendly and obviously quite knowledgeable; gave clear explanations and indicated what jobs would be done forthwith and which would be diagnosed for later consideration and assessment. Spelled out various options (with priorities) for undertaking future work. Overall, very pleased with the service.

I recently purchased a Toyota here at the Pre Owned building of My Auto Imports and found the service to be exceptional.Rob Gould was the salesman who took care of me and I found him to be extremely helpful and patient. I had bought a car days before that died on me and he came out to pick it up, had it towed to the dealership and had other cars waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. All the employees there were very kind and friendly and I felt very at home.

We were looking for a preowned vehicle that met certain requirements that fit our life style. We had visited other dealerships but couldn t find one vehicle that met all of our requirements. We talked with the receptionist on the phone about a car we had seen online. She asked Roy to go out on the lot to verify that it was still available before we made the drive to Muskegon to see it. Roy VanLiere greeted us when we arrived and had the car parked in front ready for us to take for a test drive. He had a Carfax printed out already and knew all the pertinent details about this car. When we made the decision to purchase Roy facilitated the purchase in a timely manner and had us out the door with a full tank of gas. He was very professional and did a great job for us.

We arranged a test drive at 1:30 and Suella was driving her new Corolla S Special Edition home by 4:30. The buying experience was fine; about what I expected. I had an appointment for taking delivery but still had to wait about 30 minutes before I got to do the paperwork.

The waiting area for service is nice and comfortable.

The service bay is always busy. Fortunately I have not needed service yet other than ($64) oil changes. Now that the weather has broken I will be doing those myself. Also, I was told that my car would get washed when I had service performed (including oil changes) and so far two oil changes, zero car washes. Again, about what I expect from a large dealership.

All of that said, I may purchase another vehicle from them as it is convenient.

We bought and always service our cars at My Auto. The staff at My Auto are always so personable and professional! My last service appointment was so quick that my kids were bummed it was time to leave thanks to the awesome entertainment inside the building. Between the comfy couches, snacks and drinks, kids toys and arcade games...such an enjoyable waiting experience. And I love being greeted every time with a huge smile. Truly a great experience. Oh, and they re great with car maintenance too. :) Also love the loaner car and courtesy shuttle for our longer appointments.

This is the best dealership I've ever been too!! The service you get just walking in the door is enough to make you want to buy a car. My wife and I personally dealt with Roy, Tino, and Charlie. These guys are the best to work with, they bent over backwards to make sure we got the best deal we could possibly get. Even after the sale they want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. I have to give a special shout out to Charlie, after a couple of days I had a problem with my new truck, instead of saying to bad so sad, he went above and beyond to make sure that he could help make it right. I can't say enough good things about these guys, other I know for sure I will be telling all my friends and family about the service we received. Recently I had my 2004 Highlander in to be serviced for a "hum" in the left rear wheel. Kevin and the staff went "over and above" to identify and successfully repair the issue. I honestly don t write reviews but had to for this place. I drove about 3 1/2 hours from Chicago to purschase my car. My sales representative was Eric Nelson. I will be honest, if it wasn t for him, I wouldn t have driven a long distance to purchase my vehicle. He had all of my paperwork ready from finance and everyone before I got there and I was out within 2 hours. Thank you guys for a good experince.

I will never buy another car from here again! At first it was just the car salesman that I was not satisfied with, We had to keep contacting him to find out if the car i was interested in was ready to look at. He didn t try to contact us first we were the ones contacting him. and I had to bring my car in to get it looked at and for an oil change and both times he said i would have a loaner car but they didn t have one ready for me and i was told they only give loaner cars if they are actually working on the car, not for oil changes or for it just to get looked at (my check engine light came on). he told me just to come in to get my car looked at on a specific day, but if we wouldn t have called to see if i could come in earlier in the week, I wouldn t have been able to get it looked at because i had to set up an appointment and they had no note of me coming in that day. A couple months later, my check engine came on again so I brought it to get it looked at again, it was still under warranty otherwise I would have just gone to Auto Zone to get it looked at for free but they charged me $80 to get it looked at and told me it wasn t covered under the warranty, but when I first had it looked at they didn t charge me anything. I brought it up to the sales manager s attention and he didn t seem to care, he just thanked me for bringing it to his attention. My dad and I had to go in just to get told he will look into it. Eventually, after contacting them multiple times and going in multiple times I got my money back. They were rude, dishonest, and didn t seem to care about anything regarding my car and my money. Don t waste your time here.

He first answered all questions I had, went to dealer to check the vheicle. It was in great condition and service was beyond the excellency. All upfront, nothing hidden, very professional and yes best experiance. I was debating fbetween different auto with other dealer but their service got me to choose them. Great from first impression all the way until you drive out. Waited with full support beyond closing hours, finance manager was great, service manager came by and greeted, sales representative Eric was with me the whole time running around to detail the vheicle and go over the vheicle one by one for all features. We split cost for cross bar, and they gave me life time oil change service . Wow nothing better. I would drive out to this dealer for an hour for service and my next purchase will be back here. Easy to find dealership. Excellent staff. that was willing to work with us in unusual circumstances. At first I was hesitant to drive about 50 miles but am glad I did. They bent over backwards to meet my needs.I've bought three Subaru Foresters but this is the first one in Muskegon. Although I just dealt with Andre, everyone greeted my wife and me with smiling faces. I felt that I got a very good deal can highly recommend them. Everyone seemed to be happy to work at My Imports.

I agreed to the price the dealership offered for a 2016, used Audi. I left a deposit and made arrangements to pick the car up.
The salesman then texted me that the manager would not accept the price THEY had offered. The dealership wanted $677 more.
This is a time-worn tactic. In the world of negotiation, it is known as "the last nibble."
First you come to an agreement on terms. Then, when the customer is invested in the sale, the dealer refuses to move forward unless a higher price is paid.
The "excuses" are many; in this case it was "we did something more to the car."
The excuses are, of course, hogwash.

The way to insulate yourself from these shenanigans is not to purchase an automobile from this dealership.

My experience with My Auto was almost if not perfect. The sales rep. Mr Tanner Davis was exceptional in every way possible. He respected me and my Oklahoma humor . Any person i meet that needs a car go see Mr. Davis he is a very personal young man i like him a lot. I took my Dodge Journey to this place of business for a routine oil change. I usually patronize the sister shop on Airline and S. Getty but they're no longer servicing vehicles. I scheduled my appointment ahead of time, got right in. Service took about 45 minutes, but I waited patiently. The service department is awesome. They are very friendly, upbeat, and ready to serve. I've never been treated in such a way that made me feel ignorant like I feel at many other dealers.

I gave a rating of 4 because I tried to and wanted to purchase my car at my local dealer. They could not or would not give me a good enough price. I was able to get the same vehicle at another dealer, with more options, at another Nissan dealership. I did my homework and gave three different dealers only one chance to give me their best deal. Another dealer did just that.

Still, they do a great job here. Keep up the good work.

Amazing sales experience! My first time car buying experience was fantastic with the help of Jimmy. He gave me an offer an new xv crosstrek hybrid touring that no other dealer nearby would match. The car itself has gotten me through 18 in. of snow, and a commute of 45 miles to and from work, 5 days a week. So good gas mileage and it can get through anything. I am now a loyal Subaru fan and would strongly recommend using Muskegon Subaru (My Auto Imports). Will probably buy all my future cars from them!
