When my CVT failed on my Subaru Outback I was shocked to learn replacing it would cost nearly $8,000! This is my 3rd Subaru because they have been reliable, rugged vehicles. I bought it new and kept up on all the maintenance. I went to the dealership in Grand Rapids, where I bought it, they and their service department tried to help but could not. I was directed to Subaru corporate level and they offered to give me $1,500.00 toward a new CVT or a new Subaru! I told them it was my 3rd Subaru, that their commercials advertise the longevity of their vehicles but they would not budge. So I told them it would be my last Subaru. I was furious and disappointed with a company I was so loyal to and had recommended to so many people. Javid Zahir at My Auto Service department is the last person I talked to about the issue and he proved customers, and customer loyalty really do matter. He had my CVT replaced at a price I felt was more than fair and he had to work hard to get things straightened out. In a time when everything is automated and quality customer service is getting scarce, Javid is an asset to his company and his customers.

I had an amazing experience with the manager Mike. It was such a family friendly environment and so helpful with all the questions I had.

I would give a zero star if I were allowed. I was told that I could cancel the 2 insurance policies and pushed hard to buy them. But when I called them to cancel these 2 policies, they never reply my phone calls, text messages , emails to give me the cancellation form to sign. The insurance company told me that cancellation has to go through the dealer!! The dealer put a wrong address for my policies, and refused to change it. I called the insurance company again and again, and was told that only the dealer can change the address. Ridiculous!!! So, never buy any policy from them!!! Before I bought the car, their service was the best, but once I paid them, their service is the worst!!!

Great sales and service staffs. Car was delivered as scheduled and in perfect shape. Service performed quickly and efficiently every time. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Nick, Carter, and Jake were amazing to work with. They were patient and well informed. They stayed late the night before a holiday to help make sure I got what I wanted. Thank you all!

Toyota and VW service that is honest and straightforward. Prices are reasonable and they don t try to sell you dumb stuff. Paul in parts goes above and beyond. Recommend them without reservation.

I received great service. The sales staff worked hard to get me into my new vehicle by getting me a great interest rate and by getting me a great price on my new Titan XD.

I will never go back to this dealership, it was terrible! I set up an appointment a couple hours in advance so I could test drive it. They lost the keys! Then the next day they sold it to someone and didn't even tell me they found them! I went back to see another car and emailed them 3 hours in advance to see if it was still there. When I got there they told me they didn't know if it was on the lot, and they might have sold it! The manager was not nice to me either. Just because I am young doesn't mean I don't have the money. Although Jordan was an excellent salesman!

Buying a new vehicle is quite an adventure especially when you are not a car person. Trying to find the vehicle that is right for you can be confusing and difficult. However, Mike Geesaman at My Auto Imports made this experience a delight. Mike worked extremely hard at finding the vehicle that we felt met my all of my needs! Definitely would work with Mike again! In addition, Bill Fisher made the financial part of the process very positive!

My appointment was on time. The service was quick and efficient. The service area and waiting area were clean. The customer service was excellent. All employees that I came in contact with were helpful and friendly. I did not purchase my vehicle here and only live here part time. If I ever need anything for my car while I am up here it will be at this dealer. I only have my Nissans serviced at Nissan dealers. Both dealers I work with are excellent.

Heather and Frank are the best!! Caring, friendly, and very helpful. They also have the best waiting room ever. I have a service dog. Upon my arrival Hallie (my dog) was handed a brand new squeaky Subaru car toy. She loved it. The service is quick and efficient. I wouldn't take my car anyplace else.

Roy made what seemed to be the impossible possible for me and my family. My family will forever deal with only my auto import center whenever we want a new vehicle. I will also be telling everyone I know about our amazing experience. We also love the fact that the dealership is 100% kid friendly so no worries about bringing them along car shopping. Noticed they are pet friendly as well! My auto import center is simply amazing.

My experience at My Auto was quite positive. The sales person, Jake, was very helpful and thoughtful. His sales person in training was also wonderful. She will do quite well at sales. I am delighted with my new Outback. Couldn't be happier. Because these cars have so many great qualities I failed to ask about a couple of its appointments, taking them for granted. Nothing serious, but I think I would have chosen automatic seats, but there are so many great things that I am perfectly satisfied. It drives like a dream. I live an hour away so I got a great trial run.

All the personnel were courteous and my car service was done quickly and efficiently.

We did not end up buying a vehicle from My Auto, but I want to give a shoutout to Shadric who helped us with our search. He was very helpful, personable, and available to answer any questions we had. I don t think we re an easy customer and Shadric was extremely patient with us. I would for sure recommend him to our family and friends!

I swore I would never buy a car from a dealership again after a terrible experience about 4 years ago. I was reluctant to even show up to this dealership, just the word dealership left a bad taste in my mouth, but I needed a car fast and cheap and the car had to be big enough for 2 car seats and a double stroller. I found a Sienna online at this dealership and the price was right, so I decided to go take a look at it. Sean greeted us at the door and got us in the Sienna we were looking at. There was no pressure, no scams, just a good deal and good service. I was a bit shocked. Sean was even friendly with my 6 month old that came along for the ride and screamed through the whole test drive. When it came time to talk numbers, he got it under my budget without any hassle. I was pleasantly surprised and will likely return when I'm ready to buy another car. If you have had frustrating experiences at dealerships like I have, this one will be a breath of fresh air for you. I highly recommend this place.

GREAT personal service from Andre - he found us the perfect car, arranged everything via email (we live nearly 2 hours away from the dealer), and I know own exactly what I wanted at the best possible price. We worked with Katie B and couldn't have been happier. She even let our Labradoodle go for test drives. All of the staff that worked with us were very polite and willing to help us out. I ended up with the car of my dreams (a red WRX STI) and would highly recommend Subaru of Muskegon. Buying a car isn't something I do often so going through the process made me worry about price, extras, etc. Everyone was very nice and willing to meet my needs. Katie was the best!

We were looking for a newer used Subaru. When we got to the lot we were immediately met by Nick Oatmen. He was professional, courteous, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered each and every question we had. If it weren't for him and Alex, we would have probably continued to shop elsewhere. They both stayed past closing getting everything taken care of for us! Just waited at the parts counter for 20 minutes to get a crush ring to change my oil. Have had horrible wait times every time I ve been there. I ended up leaving without getting the parts I need. Better off going to idiot zone for parts.

Roy was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From reminding me things I should check for while on my test drive to helping me get my plate off of my old vehicle before picking up my new car, Roy was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle I was buying and found a vehicle that was a good fit for me. If you want a genuinely nice, easy going guy who is going to give you his honest opinion and go out of his way to get you the best deal on a vehicle, Roy is your guy!

I unfortunately need to edit my review. I have been going to this dealership exclusively for the past few years now, and while I can still confidently recommend it for the purchase of a vehicle, I can no longer say the same for the services. My scheduled maintenance prior to this last one was the first let down. I opened the sunroof on my vehicle one day and couldn't get it to close. Upon inspection it was found that the tracks had not been greased in quite some time. After doing some digging I realized that this particular preventative maintenance was a part of the last scheduled factory maintenance I had paid for. I managed to get it shut and kept it shut until my next scheduled factory maintenance (since this was again, part of that maintenance I would be paying for). Fast forward to the next scheduled maintenance, I'm brought back to pick up my vehicle and was only then told that they didn't have a VW tech there. I was told they attempted to grease the tracks since I specifically requested they not skip it this time, but they still had trouble getting it closed. I was also then informed that not only did they not have the cabin filter available, but they also didn't know how to use the in-house AdBlue dispenser. For those who don't know, when a VW TDI runs out of AdBlue, the engine will not start until again until it is added. I was given the option to come back after the weekend so they can fill it but it was already low and I don't live anywhere near the dealership. So I ended up leaving after paying over $300 for what seemed like just an oil change so I could go get some AdBlue myself. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed seeing that this was the second time in a row that I left without getting what I paid for. The sales department is the only thing that kept this from being a one star review.

I had My Auto Import switch out my snow tires. They stored my other set of tires, plus they washed my car! Excellent service. Great staff! I've bought four cars through them. I highly recommend My Auto Import Center. My sales person has been Katie Brown. I also highly recommend Katie. She is knowledgeable about the product, intelligent, hard working and focused on the customer's needs.

I had an Opportunity to work with Shadric and he was extremely helpful and went over everything in every vehicle I looked at. He waited for me to make my choice and knew that I would come back to him. I would come back and buy from him again we had such a great experience.
I also like that I get a free oil change and tire rotation whenever I need it. That is a great incentive.

I recently purchased Nissan Frontier, Regan was my sales person. The process was challenging because of my recent move to Michigan but the whole team worked at gating it done. I am impressed with Sales and Service both, friendly, honest and committed to Excellence. Thanks folks, I love my truck.

I purchased a newer vehicle in June 2019 and paid for a warranty from My Auto Import Center. Firstly, when I left with my vehicle and got home, I had my mechanic inspect my vehicle and a large stick was stuck next to my condenser. It appeared the stick had went through my grill; therefore, my grill was broken and cracked in several spots. My concern is the salesman reported an inspection had been done on the vehicle, but they had not noticed the damage nor large stick. I showed My Auto Import Center their advertising pictures of my vehicle, which showed the broken grill. My Auto Import Center denied knowledge of the broken grill. My Auto Import refused to assist with payment for a new grill (which I expected), but my concern is if an inspection was done, the damage and stick would have been noticed.
Secondly, I immediately had issues with my warranty, as the paperwork sent to me was for a 60,000 mile warranty, when I paid for 100,000 mile warranty. I had to contact My Auto Import Center so they could notify the warranty company. Three months after purchasing my vehicle, I learned my warranty was in "halted" status because My Auto Import Center did not complete all the warranty paperwork. I again had to contact My Auto Import Center (which they are currently reporting they plan to correct).

I went in to talk about extending the warranty on my vehicle. The employee from the finance department and the salesman I worked with previously (Dennis) were very helpful. They provided thorough explanations, and I ended up with a plan that worked for me.

We have purchased two Nissans from My Imports. The Sales Manager, Mike Kaffenburger was outstanding to work with. He found every possible discount for us. The sales associate, Alex Wiedenhoeft, did a great job walking us through the whole process. He was very informed about the vehicle, friendly with the entire family, and made us comfortable in the process. Would recommend Mr. Wiedenhoeft & Kaffenburger to any of my friends and family.

Nice personel. It is the way the dealersip is managed, don't blaim it on the employees. Don't know where all the other reviews are coming from? I am trying to buy a Tourig VW listed for sale nobody nows nothing, but they want to sell it to you..??? And they don't know where the car is?? But they want to sell it...

Recently purchased a new VW here and had a great experience. They were very willing to work with me in all aspects of the sale and I got a great deal. We've also had our other vehicle serviced here on more than one occasion and were happy with that as well. Looking forward to continuing to work with My Auto for service and purchases.

We went there to pay for a repair on our VW and walked out in a new Audi. The sales guys were very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle and we liked the showroom one. The guys made us feel like we were apart of the "family". We felt that the trade in price was fair. When you buy foreign you really need someone to trust for future car issues that may arise. We felt we could trust them and will continue to use them for our service work.

EDITED: Called for an appointment to have the alignment done, was told a fee of $88 was to be charged to look at it then if I had them do the work they would apply that fee toward the work. When I brought it in I told them all my concerns. When they called me to tell me what was wrong with the car they told me a bunch of other stuff that needed ( in their opinion) to be done. I asked about the specific problems I told them about and was told they couldn't tell me unless they did the work. I asked if I could could bring it back in a couple of weeks giving me time to save up and if they would still honor the inspection fee toward the work and SURPRISE, nope we're only going to honor that if you have is do the work today. Do they not realize we're in a pandemic and not everyone has a ton of dough laying around. The only reason I took it in is because I'm still recovering from a bad car accident, and can't do the work myself right now. I have been building my own off road Subarus for at least 10 years and worked on more Subarus then I can remember, they thought they were pulling the wool over my eyes but guess what they weren't. I planned on buying a new Subaru soon, and because of this I will be going to Fox Subaru in Grand Rapids instead. The only reason they got 2 stars from me was because the receptionist on the phone was pleasant and they pulled the wool with a smile. I will leave the 2 star review. The review response was someone will be in reach out to you regarding this matter...This was hilarious. The reaching out was a generic survey sent to me via email, having absolutely no personal touch at all. Some customer service you have there...NOT. Still not gong to bring my business there when I am ready to purchase my new vehicle and I will be reaching out to Subaru Of America.

Knowledgeable, friendly service for my VW. Great waiting room

My 2012 Tacoma suddenly would not exceed 25-30 MPH or (upshift) on February 24, 2020. I was extremely concerned as I had multiple medical appoints that week in Muskegon, Whitehall, Grand Haven and Wyoming, MI. I live alone and only have one vehicle. I called My Auto Imports; Larry Ryan instructed me to bring it in immediately. He put someone on it right away while I waited. As it turns out my secondary air valve were stuck open and failed. Normally this is a $1000.00 repair. He did tell me that Toyota had extended a warranty Campaign on Tacoma trucks due to this probem. Larry provided a Courtesy Vehicle, I was able to make my Monday appointment with the Courtesy vehicle provided, and I picked up my Tacoma several hours later. I was able to make my other appointments the rest of the week (with a SMILE) in my Tacoma! A big Thank You to My auto Imports and Larry Ryan.

Worked with Mike Hudak, and was in and out in one short afternoon! I told him what I wanted, and he showed me only cars that met those parameters. Mike used anew computer program that was very beneficial in arriving at my targeted out the door cost. Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend requesting Mike on your next visit to My Auto Imports in Muskegon.

Fantastic customer service beginning with the salesman ( Rob Gould ) to the finance manager and the service department within the first two weeks when we got a chip in the windshield. When I called to talk about the chip, Rob scheduled the start of the Titanium warranty package and had a loaner car set to go right away. Highly recommend Rob and this dealership, in fact I've already passed out a couple of Rob's business cards.

Terrible service. Repaired my vehicle and 2 hours later it was broken again! They looked at again and said it couldn't be repaired and the replacement would cost $560! Called a different dealer and was told that it's not a part that breaks. Got if fixed for $200. What a scam they are running! Please take your import some place else for service.

My wife and I searched many dealerships and did not find what we were looking for. We knew what we wanted and how much we would pay. We started looking online, and came across the vehicle we wanted listed at close to what we were willing to pay.

I emailed My Auto Imports with an offer on the vehicle, and heard back by phone the same day. They did not accept my offer, but did counter offer. I counter offered again and we came to an agreement. We were not interested in making payments, and made that clear on the phone. Tom, our salesperson, was able to get the sale ready for us so that when we arrived, we paid exactly what we had agreed on with no surprises. Very professional and courteous. Based on my one experience, I would recommend this dealership.

I needed my airbags replaced due to a recall as well as an oil change and detail. They gave me a loaner vehicle for no charge so I could easily get to work and back. They called me to let me know my air filter and a couple bulbs also needed replaced before doing the work and charging me. When I picked my car up that evening, not only had all of the work been done beautifully but they also let me know a few things that I should be planning on getting fixed/updated in the coming few months as well as their costs - I didn t feel like I was being sold services that weren t needed but rather like a friend was watching out for my best interest. i would highly recommend My Auto Imports.

Well.. I drove almost 3 hours to buy my car from them. Car wasn't detailed, or even washed..hand prints and smudges all over it.
Thought I might get a full tank of gas with it.. Nope.
After giving all my information days in advance, I still had a 45 min wait for "paperwork".
Very happy with the car..not so much with the service.

First visit for oil change where I waited an hour to find out the car wasn t even in service yet. Came back Monday and service was excellent. Like car wash.

My wife bought a Subaru here about 2 years ago. Has hardly needed any maintenance. I just bought a sweet looking blue Legacy as well and it s running great too. Thank you for the help.

Rob Gould represented My Auto with a high degree of product knowledge, listened to his customer s needs and negotiated two deals resulting in customer satisfaction!

I appreciated his willingness to discuss vehicle and financing options that fit my wants and needs and was patient throughout the entire process. This was my second (and third!) purchase working with Gould at My Auto in Muskegon and I won t hesitate to return again.

When I went to My Auto Import, I spoke with Becca ( amazing person) she then gave me to her best salesman (Bradley Demarest) he helped me with my purchase of 2008 Chevrolet Silverado , I have never purchased a vehicle in my life and was totally new to this experience . But , Brad walked me thru everything and in just about 3 days I had my truck...my experience at this facility was AWSOME and everyone that is employed thru there was so sweet. Brad even went out of his way to make sure I had plenty of bottled water as I suffer from extreme dehydration caused from my heart...I would recommend this place to anyone that is in search of a vehicle.

My wife and I have prior experience working with My Auto's service department (THANKS Beth and Mikayla!) for a vehicle we purchased from another dealer. Because of this we knew we could trust the dealership's sales team to help us select a new vehicle. We weren't disappointed. As soon as we met Shadric, we knew he was genuinely interested in helping us find and purchase the right vehicle - we weren't just another sale to make quota by the end of the month.
Shad quickly found what we were looking for, and had the vehicle at the dealership the next day. We feel we got a very fair price for our trade-in, as well as a good price on the new car.
Also, had the opportunity to work with Bill in the Finance Department. Walked through all the options for financing and extended warranties in a way that was no pressure and easy to understand.
We'd recommend MyAuto as a fantastic place to purchase a new/used vehicle, as well as have service work performed. They took the stress out of a stressful experience - well done!

The car buying process in general is not one I typically like to do. Most car dealerships don't make it a great experience. I had a great experience at My Auto Import Center, though! Alex at the Toyota dealership was very helpful and helped to show me cars from all auto makers they sell. He helped with my purchase of a Subaru, even though he worked for the Toyota side. Alex did great work in getting the car set up as I wanted. He's very easy to work with and I never felt like I was "getting sold". I did buy new, not used. Their lifetime unlimited mile power train warranty is a nice, perk too!

Was on car gurus and looking for a 8 passenger sienna. I saw they had one listed as 8 passenger. I contacted them because the pictures looked like a 7 seater. Sure enough it was only a 7 seater. They lie just to get you to come in and contact them. Stay away!

Our family of drivers is growing so we needed to add another vehicle to our fleet . I am handing down my 2001 Toyota Highlander (it STILL has a lot of life in it) to our 18 year-old son so I needed a new vehicle for myself. Regan Taylor provided his exceptional customer service AGAIN (we purchased a 2018 Camry for my wife back in October from Regan). This 2006 Tundra makes the 4th Toyota I ve owned (all purchased from MyAuto) and I know I will be back for another Toyota one of these days down the road when the need arises. I only hope Regan is still at MyAuto when that time comes. Every experience I have at this dealership exceeds my expectations. Their sales team is THE BEST and the service team makes sure they get it right and have me leaving with a smile on my face. When closing the deal, the office staff are professional, courteous and thorough.

15 years of great service, now, you can't beat that!,

This dealership is great. The people are knowledgeable and honest and do what they say they are going to do on time. I highly recommend them. By the way, my husband worked in the car industry and is now retired and even he gives them high marks!!

It's a beautiful facility. Everyone is friendly. the waiting area is plush and includes a variety of soda. BUT this is where my car DIED. Buying a car here is fine but getting it maintained here is the issue. They sell a variety of vehicles, which is nice. Sadly there is one service facility and they divide it amongst the brands. This doesn't make them efficient or smart. It makes them careless and dangerous, They are so accustomed by their routine of quickly bringing cars in and out of service that they forget why the car was in for service to begin with. My particular experience - A well known transmission issue was neglected and this service center has performed all scheduled maintenance on my vehicle (I hope).

Again the sales folks are great, including the Preowned dept. And honestly a few people in service, BUT YOU KILLED MY CAR!

John Gongalski gave us great advice, customer service and a quick and effortless experience in buying our pathfinder. Highly recommended him to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

They're not very truthful with their cars don't buy the extended warranty president cover anything.

I bought my Suburu here and great experience. The associate Dennis was extremely helpful and honest in helping me find a new car. 10/10 would buy again.

I hate giving a bad review, but recent visits have led me to this. I took my VW in to have the blinker light fixed (the one located within the mirror) pick my car up...all set...I dont look at the paperwork they give me...why? My blinker is working now, I'm happy! This was November- yesterday driving down the road and notice something is not right with that same mirror, so I pull over and look at it, the whole back cover to my mirror comes off!! I look and one of the clamps is broken and not even there...I call...leave voicemail with no response, husband drives car in for them to look at...sorry, this was loose when she brought it in to be fixed...really?? NO, you broke it when you took it off to replace blinker light! Now .. I have an estimate for 200.00 for a mirror cover that they say was "worn out" come on..this car is 3 years old.. sorry..you lost my business...this isnt the 1st incident.

Changed snow tires and got new wipers for the season. Work done early, they called to tell me and sent shuttle right away. Put wipers on for me. Bought snow tires from them and they will store off season. Great job guys. Super friendly. Nice waiting room, coffee, soda and pop corn.

The express lube was just as they promised, express. They were thorough, they addressed all my concerns and got me back on the road quite quickly.

I am always hesitant to take my vehicles in for service, but Zavid from service quickly made me feel at ease. He listened to all my concerns, introduced me to Byrd to help me with a loaner. When I was notified the job was complete, I got a full explanation of what was found with my concerns, what they did to fix it, and even told they replaced a lug nut that was missing that I had forgot about. When I arrived to pick up my car, the service, once again, was prompt, professional, and efficient thanks to Taylor. I originally purchased a Brand New WRX in 2003 from Jason Meekhof, I was looking for a sporty, fun to drive car that would be great in the inclement Michigan winters, I never made it to winter, with 4.444 miles on the car it was totaled in an accident I can say honestly "A Subaru saved my life." while in the hospital the one card that I received from Jason wishing me a speedy recovery meant the most to me. Throughout the buying experience everything was handled very professionally. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Everyone else we worked with made sure our experience was a pleasant one. We were treated like one of their family.

Hood was left unlatched
Something was wrong or left inside brakes as when the hood opened, I applied brakes hard and they almost took me off the road. Brakes worked properly again after the third application.
When initially took car in, mechanics tool shot from under lift of another car and hit our car.

Service has always been great but they seemed to use kids this time.
