We stopped in on a Friday night at closing time and after finding that out I had resolved to come back on Saturday then Charlie Knapp stepped up and asked what I was looking for. After explaining that I was looking to replace my 2014 Forested that had been totaled in an accident a week earlier and I wanted to test drive an Outback, he stopped Jeff Hepler in the parking lot and asked the he let me test the Outback that Jeff was going to put away for the nigh. Knowing full well that this car was out of my budget range everyone quickly got a dealer plate and set me off driving. As standard practice Jeff came along for the ride and was so pleasant I felt comfortable to discuss my situation and budget. During our short drive Jeff looked up the inventory and found that they had an Outback that was in my budget range that I should check out. At the end of our ride (at this point it is well past closing time) he told me that he was unsure where that car was thinking it might be out getting detailed or inspected etc. but he would be able to look for on Saturday and asked if I could come back. I wanted him to be able to go home and I agreed and at his urging agreed to try to come in at 9:00AM because he said things get crazy busy on Saturday, he want to be sure he would have time to devote to me. Well Saturday morning came and I was not motivated to get going then afternoon came and I decided to research the dealership inventory on line so I would have all the facts on the 2015 Outback they had, I got the family and head up to the dealership. Upon arrival a 3:45 PM (15 min. before closing time) I see Jeff and yell is it 9:00 AM yet and he laughed, and said that he had been so busy that he had not located the car which I understood so we exchanged contact information so that we could connect on Monday. I asked if there were any other 2015 Outbacks on the lot that I could show my family Jeff said no the one car he was looking for was the only 2015 they had so off we went. Then a Miracle happened on the way to our car my son looks at a car sitting up on the grass lot island and says was that a 2015 Outback you were talking about? There it was the car that could not be found hiding in plain sight, gleaming in the late evening sun, the car was an instant hit with my son and my wife. I quickly went inside to tell Jeff to stop looking and informed him of the miracle and we all had a good laugh. The rest of the story goes way better than any car buying experience I have ever had and I do mean WAY BETTER! within a short time a price is agreed upon and by 4:00 PM Monday I have a sweet Subaru Outback in my driveway.
Also Hats off to the folks who clean a detailed my car! Nice work!
This happy story is due in part to the Subaru product and to me doing my homework before going out shopping but mostly to good customer service and that goes to Jeff Hepler and Charlie Knapp.

The entire My Auto Imports Center team made this a great experience I highly recommend them and will be back!
