Found q7 online deal, left message to dealer and manager contact to go over detail and passed over to Eric Nelson (sales rep). He first answered all questions I had, went to dealer to check the vheicle. It was in great condition and service was beyond the excellency. All upfront, nothing hidden, very professional and yes best experiance. I was debating fbetween different auto with other dealer but their service got me to choose them. Great from first impression all the way until you drive out. Waited with full support beyond closing hours, finance manager was great, service manager came by and greeted, sales representative Eric was with me the whole time running around to detail the vheicle and go over the vheicle one by one for all features. We split cost for cross bar, and they gave me life time oil change service . Wow nothing better. I would drive out to this dealer for an hour for service and my next purchase will be back here. Will refer to all ppl O know and they have, nissan, toyota, Volkswagen and Audi. New to used vehicle and Great honest professionals are there to assist. Worrie free purchasing.
