I was very impressed with the service on my Outback repair both times. The first time I was there to get the item fixed on my car, they did not have the item in stock and had to order it. My car was washed when I received it back at no charge. I was not expecting that. Once the part came in, I went back to get the car fixed. I expected to pay for the repair out of my pocket since I was over my warranty miles. You can imagine my surprise when I was told that I did not have to pay for the repair. The service manager is allowed to do so many $ in goodwill service for cars under 100,000 miles and I was the lucky individual that was able to benefit from that. Great service with professional people!
