This was my first vehicle that I bought from a dealership and my experience was excellent. Brad and Bekah were wonderful. Bekah was even able to get me a lower interest rate than the one I was pre-approved for at my credit union.

Tim Winchel was very friendly and helpful, as was the entire staff. I bought a used car for a very fair price, but they treated me like I bought an expensive, new vehicle. I paid such a low price that almost zero commission was made, but you never would have known that by how all of the employees treated me!

Friendly staff, until you buy your car. Have been waiting a week for a call back on a simple question about the car I bought. I contacted them early the day after buying (I picked it up just before closing so had to wait til the next morning). Have left 3 messages and can not get any response.

Fred was great in helping me narrow down my "bucket" list to ensure I got the right vehicle for me. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.

I got the run around from another Audi Dealer in Kalamazoo on a recall on my vehicle. When I showed Mickala the paperwork from the other dealer, she contacted the regional office for Audi and she got them to agree to take care of the recall items on my vehicle. She also quoted me a better price than the other dealer for another repair I needed to have done. She was attentive to me as a customer and very confident in her abilities to to ensure the right repairs were being done on my vehicle. Additionally, I needed to drop my vehicle off well before opening time (5:30 AM). Without hesitation, Mickala met me at the dealership in the wee hours of the morning to give me a loaner car while my car undergoes repairs.

Because of this great service I highly recommend My Auto Import Center of Muskegon and I have already referred other Audi owners to My Auto Import for service. One of my friends has an appointment setup next week for his vehicle. Thank you!

As I sit here and write this review, I have yet to receive my new vehicle. Throughout this process of the dealership trying to obtain the vehicle my salesman rarely contacted me to give me updates about its status. Turns out when information was given he was quickly caught lying to me about the status of the vehicle and the personnel responsible for the dealer trade that was required to make this happen. Yesterday, my salesman knew I had an inevitable appointment at a specific time early afternoon, and it had been indicated to me prior to the holiday weekend that my vehicle would be prepped and ready for me to pick up prior to the appointment; it was not even touched when I arrived to pick up my new truck. I was offered a loaner vehicle to drive until my new vehicle was prepped, even so I had my trade-in still in my possession. Finally today I get a phone call from my salesman indicating please bring the trade-in with the keys and the title that my new vehicle has finally been prepped for me to pick it up, during the conversation my salesman indicated to me "please do not sign the title ahead of time we will need to do it correctly at the dealership" when it was determined that my wife could not be in attendance to pick up the vehicle my salesman explained to me that "they will just look away while I signed my wife's name on the title". This is fraud and I'm not certain I intend to continue with this purchase! I highly do not recommend this dealership!

I m a 20 year Toyota customer, with My Auto Import since their beginning, and my experience with their sales and services department has been great. I started to look for another certified used RAV4 Limited this spring working with Rob Gould. When we couldn t find what I was looking for, I took a look at Subarus.We found a 2018 with 15,000 miles with exactly the features and price point I wanted. Rob was great to work with, no pressure and from the beginning was focused on finding a vehicle that worked for me. I m very happy with my Subaru CrossTrek - smooth ride, sporty look and safety features that have lowered my car insurance rate.

Purchased a 2017 tundra crewcab there new, the sales staff were great. 2 years later I have four cracked tires, all the way around each tire, and a head light burned out. I went in for a regular oil change and mentioned to the service associate the above mentioned issues. He did the proper thing and humored me. The wait was unusually short but I was happy about that, I was in the gray area on complaining about my tires ( but he was told all four were cracked like they were retreads) so i asked if i could purchase new ones. He states that he didnt have the ones in stock so id have to wait a couple of days (no problem for me i expect that logistical element). Next he says we didnt change your light because we have to remove your grill (ok do it?) also he said it would be $181 dollars to replace it and id have to make an appt in a week or so. He then said I should get an alignment done with my new tires I would have purchased there and it would be and extra $90. I left with no argument, then started to think about it in its totality.

I have a two year old vehicle purchased new there and im made to feel like My Auto import is doing me a favor( the general demeanor of the employee). I call the dealership back (this is some of my complaint) finally get what I believe is a manager. I let him know im not happy about my two issues with my vehicle and his answer was "and". So i hung up canceled my tire order, I will check to see if the toyota dealer in GR is not connected and move my business there as I envision this is future par for the course. Honestly I thought time would be taken by someone with authority to do discuss these moderate issues heck even a hug would go farther than the indifference towards a customer .

I ve been a lifelong garage mechanic and always done my own maintenance. Since things are a little different now with this new (to me) Crosstrek being my baby and all, I decided to treat her and myself to the 42,000 mile service at the dealer. While I could have easily done the oil & filter myself for less than half the price, I must say I was quite impressed with the level of service at Subaru of Muskegon. The appointment was quick and the waiting area is pleasant. There are even a few sweet classic Subies on display in the showroom. They also sent me a video of the under-body inspection while I was waiting. Cool. I may be a convert.

Growing up in the car business (i.e. used to buying at wholesale!), I DID leave feeling like I paid "a bit too much" for this higher mileage '14 Nissan Rogue, but when I got home and found there were NO Owners Manuals in the Glove Compartment, I texted my Sales Specialist (Neal Oatmen) and he said he'd look into it first thing Monday morning! And you can't ask for better Customer Service than THAT!

It was my first time buying a brand new car, and I had nothing short of the perfect experience with Greg Ireland!!! I have to say that after a bad experience with the Subaru Sales I was very hesitant on purchasing from here but Greg is definitely THE guy to buy a car from!! He contacted me after my last visit where I shared my bad experience and apologized for others behavior. He went above an beyond to ensure I got everything I wanted, not pushy or overwhelming and was very down to earth. I arrived at 1pm for a test drive and was signing the paperwork for my 2019 Subaru Ascent by 3!! Thanks again for everything Greg!!!

I really appreciated how fast I was able to get in and out. I scheduled an appointment online and they were ready for me and service was done quickly and efficiently.

I really appreciate not having to wait for long periods of time especially during Covid season. On that note, it is also nice to see all of the staff in full compliance with masking. It makes my
visit much more comfortable.

I had an auto accident on a Wednesday morning, iccidently it was not my fault, but we could not get a rental because they were booked so we decided to go with a newer used vehicle...we drove in and we were met by Mr. Rob Gould who helped us get into a vehicle that same day....tho it took a few hours we were not dissapointed by the service we received or the vehicle we purchased...he and his team members got us coffee and visited with us while the purchase paperwork was in process...they also filled our vehicle with gas and gave it a once over to clean it up and get it ready for us...we have used this car dealership twice now for our car purchases and are very satisfied with their service and our purchases. Thank you again Rob and your team members for making us feel at home.

Read to the end: I ran into a dead end in trying to work out a solution to a problem with Subaru. Through my purchases and recommendations to friends and family, Subaru has experienced over $300,000 in sales, but it made no difference to them - in fact, the person I spoke to at Subaru customer service was downright rude.
I contacted Mark Leutzinger at My Auto Import as I've dealt with him before a found him to be very reliable. I explained my disappointment with Subaru (NOT My Auto Import) and he took it to the next level with his Subaru regional rep. End result? They not only met, but exceeded my expectations!
My Auto Import, I will be back for future service and purchases because of Mark! He deserves a raise :-)

We bought a Audi Q5 here and we were helped by an Intern named Tanner who walked us through the entire process with an actual sales person only checking in with him a couple of times (we purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and they were extremely busy) Tanner did a great job and this dealership beat another local dealerships prices by a significant amount. Wishing Tanner a great start on his sales career and hope fully he gets a part of the commission on our sale he was great to work with!

I ended up buying a used Subaru Outback elsewhere, but I was impressed with the quick response time from their sales staff, their effort at getting me a lower price, and their general friendly care for customers -- especially Keri and Andre.

The only bad thing I have to say is it took too long. I had already driven an hour to the dealership to look at a vehicle, and by the time it was all said and done it had taken up 6 hours of my day. I was paying cash for a used car...anyway, I didn't have a way to get the car home so they are delivering it so I don't have to go back to Muskegon. Nick, my sales man, did a great job. Like I said, if it didn't eat up an entire day for me would probably get another star.

This time, we needed something different than they had to offer, and we actually got a phone call from MyAuto Imports of Muskegon. We were very hesitant to try a new place, but Sean Singleton made us feel very comfortable. We felt he had our best interest at heart, and made sure to make proper recommendations. Working in the customer service industry, I have high expectations for what I consider good, and he was great. The Manager, Mike Kaffenberger, did a wonderful job recognizing any needs we had, and made sure we left satisfied. Those two and the finance team went above and beyond, staying well past closed, just to get things finished for us. Great dedication to service here!

He was very professional and knowledgeable on the trucks we were interested in and spent the time to help guide us through the process of leasing and lease to own as this was our first time. This is the second time we have used My Auto for routine maintenance of our Volkswagon Passat. I am really impressed with the customer service there, especially Mickala Vandop. She gave us a clear rundown of the work needed, with pricing, importance of each service. She is friendly, courteous, and efficient. I was looking to buy a truck, and after some personal research, I decided to look at a 2018 Toyota Tacoma. I went to My Auto because my wife and I purchased a Subaru Outback there last year and had a good experience. I worked with both Shadric Hawley and Mike Geesaman. Shadric was extremely knowledgeable about the truck I was looking for. He was able to find me what I was looking for and delivered a great truck. Mike was extremely professional ensuring all my questions were asked. Both guys were patient with me as I tend to take time with big purchases like this. Rob Martin did an excellent job of processing a transaction that my wife and I had already pretty much made up our minds for on online. The negotiated price was fair and was better than what a nearby Grand Rapids dealer was offering. The financial arrangements went through smoothly without high pressure for add-on services. After our RAV4 was purchased, Mr. Martin spent time explaining nearly every feature in the car and how to use them. He showed us the service areas and explained what to expect at our pre-scheduled 5,000 mile tire rotation.

The customer-friendly broad hours of six day service availability was like icing on the cake. We couldn't be more pleased with this car dealer.

The Subaru of Muskegon dealership located on Sternberg Rd is awesome in all aspects. Jake greeted me quickly upon my entry to the show room Saturday morning. After listening to what I was interested in purchasing, and my price range, he rapidly set me up with a couple of probable choices available on the lot. He arranged for appraisal of my vehicle while we reviewed the selections at the dealership. The test drive route was thorough test of multiple features on the vehicles. I purchased the second vehicle without hesitation. Jake pushed for a few discounts with the finance manager, and I was able to get the trade in amount that I wanted for my old vehicle. The entire staff was professional, helpful, and courteous during the purchase process. Jake and Timera provided me with background information about the Forester I purchased while I waited for the sales and financing paperwork. Very friendly and helpful staff but, my skirting on the bottom drivers side is falling off and when I brought it up to the gentleman who sold me the car he said that they are made to look like that and, if I had problems with it later that he would take care of it. A month past or so and noticed that it was falling off even more ( 2 clips are broke). I called back with a few other problems on top of that but when I mentioned the skirt falling off, he said that since he didn't have anything in writing that it was going to cost me 500.00+ for it. I am not happy that he wasn't a man of his word.

This is the dealer where I bought my 2006 Tacoma. I do most of my oil changes and some other service work here. As you would expect, their prices are a bit higher than smaller service shops. Also, the wait time for oil changes can be quite long (last one was 2 hours). But their service is exceptional. They can be trusted, and always stand behind their work. Other than long waits, I have had nothing but good experiences at this dealer.

My husband and I went to My Auto Muskegon to look at a 2019 Subaru WRX. I didn't plan on leaving with a new car that day, but through their helpfulness, I ended up leaving with the car of my dreams! The store is great, people are friendly, and they will even wash your car after the service. That's all great superficially, but as far as knowledgeable technicians, they lack completely. I brought my car to get an oil change for the sole purpose of checking the tranny fluid. The car has no dipstick, but it does have a fill cap and a plug. To check the fluid, the vehicle need to be on level ground and the plug removed. If fluid comes out of the plug, it needs to drain while the car is running and hot. Once the fluid is done draining, that means the level is now good. I can't get under the vehicle to do this myself, so I figures they would know how to do this.
Well....they didn't. I got the vehicle back and the tech wrote a note that there is no dipstick in the tranny, therefore he couldn't check the fluid. A monkey can check the level on a dipstick. That's why I paid for a oil change and a 27 point inspection, not a 26 point inspection.
Worthless. What do you expect from minimum wage workers.

After hitting a deer an totallying by beloved vehicle, I was expecting a stressful experience while looking for a new car. On a whim, I pulled into My Auto Import Center and was greeted by Caleb. Working with Caleb and Greg, we discussed by requirements and budget. The only stress I experienced was deciding between the three vehicles that met my criteria they pulled out for me to test. Excited to say I drove away with a new to me, 2017 Nissan Rogue. Caleg and Greg even assisted me in returning my rental vehicle. Highly recommend!!

Every step in the purchase of my car was a pleasant experience. My first contact with Brad Demarst...no pressure and very knowledgeable about the car I decided on (which was different from our first conversation.) I enjoyed his easy going nature, even when he kidded me about my coffee consumption. Every step of the way there was a smiling face, and patient staff member willing to explain to my satisfaction.
