The buying experience was fine; about what I expected. I had an appointment for taking delivery but still had to wait about 30 minutes before I got to do the paperwork.

The waiting area for service is nice and comfortable.

The service bay is always busy. Fortunately I have not needed service yet other than ($64) oil changes. Now that the weather has broken I will be doing those myself. Also, I was told that my car would get washed when I had service performed (including oil changes) and so far two oil changes, zero car washes. Again, about what I expect from a large dealership.

All of that said, I may purchase another vehicle from them as it is convenient.
