So, without further ado, I'm left without insurance. My vehicle is fifteen years old and has been insured at all risk for that same time, I have paid punctually during that time the more than 1,200 a year of premium, which the Mutual was also increasing on time.
And suddenly they inform me that I'm left without insurance, that they do not want me as a customer (for those who need more data, even this year I had only given part of parking for damage to a fin).
I felt outraged, for the way the company behaved and for the contempt shown towards the client, abandoned and rejected like that without any explanation.
When I called to ask the reasons, the only thing that the teleoperator could tell me is that at the end of the year they do some studies and that some policies are not convenient for the company.
I do not share, but I can understand that the Mutual seeks profitability in its products, but it is also true that it should combine it with other criteria of strategy and loyalty of its portfolio of clients, something that in this situation is conspicuous by its absence.
If they call me and tell me that my policy is not profitable, or even if they "sell" it, telling me that it is not economical for me (I insist, I paid more than 1,200 Euros for a Volvo S40 in 2003) and They offer to vary my insurance, perhaps to one to third parties, or with some type of franchise, probably I would have followed this "advice" and I would have even thought that my insurance company looks for me.
But no, one afternoon I receive a Burofax informing me that they do not renew my policy and that I'm left without insurance, come on, they do not want me, they throw me out, and in the window of opportunity that is presented to them to recover a client when I call to know the reasons, they do nothing to assist you and offer you a solution, and keep it.
Anyway, I have to find another insurance, nothing happens, this is not a problem, but I wanted to share with other people the feeling of abuse as a client that I have felt. If this company pays absurd campaigns or actions to capture, retain and retain customers, they can be saved: they start by treating the people well and not getting rid of them in this way.
Now you will be dazzled telling yourself that you are important to them, and that you bring all the insurance to the Mutual ... very well, but remember that when they do not interest you they will send you a burofax and they will throw you into the street.
