VERY, BUT VERY DISCONTENT WITH HIRING CAR INSURANCE.
A year ago I took out motorcycle insurance with them, and everything was fine, without any problem, until I took out car insurance with them.
The summary, without going into many details, and it will still be long to tell:
1. Contract the insurance with them on May 31st so that it will come into effect on July 12th.
2. On June 7 (month and six days before the contract) they charge me the insurance receipt and they put it into effect, meeting with two insurers for the same car.
3. After two weeks talking to them, I get the wrong policy canceled and they return the receipt, in addition to having to re-assure myself on several occasions that the effective date was correct, since they had only been limited to cancel the policy.
4. They send me the photo verification and for reasons of coverage I get the message later. When I go to carry out the photo verification on July 11, he tells me that the deadline has ended and I get in touch with the Mutual, indicating that to speed up the hiring they send me an expert for the 12th.
5. FIRST DAY WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO MOVE THE CAR: On July 12, not only did the expert not appear, but they sent me an email and SMS saying that the appointment would be for July 13. I get in contact with the Mutual Society again and they offer me a basic third party (for a new car) until the expert passes ... which I refuse after everything happened, indicating that I wait until the 13th.
6. SECOND DAY WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO MOVE THE CAR: On July 13, I waited for the expert all day (he had hours from 9am to 7pm). Seeing that at 6:30 p.m. I still had no news of this, I call the Mutual and they tell me that it is en route, to wait for me, to which I tell the young lady who attended me that if they had me all weekend without insurance , I would take all the vehicles of the company.
7. After waiting until 8:00 p.m. on July 13, and still no news from the expert, I call the Mutual Society again, and they tell me that the date of the expert opinion is now Monday, July 16, which they changed without notifying me.
The only solution they offered me was to put a new car to a basic third party until the master of the expert feels like going over.
8. After all these problems, I decided to cancel all insurance with the company, and the only positive response I got was that when requesting the non-renewal of the motorcycle, they compensated me with a small bonus so that I did not take the motorcycle. Also to say that the man who attended me about the motorcycle tried to find solutions for the car, even though it was not part of his job.
9. After talking to the man on the motorcycle, in an attempt to solve the problem with the car after an hour and a half on the phone, I am handed over to a lady who the first thing she tells me before anything is to call the next day because His schedule has been met and that he will not be able to help me (Take professionalism).
For all this, and without facilities to solve a problem derived from the company I DISCOMMUNICATE the hiring with this insurer and obviously I take all my vehicles, which after continuing without car insurance yet, do not even compensate for all the inconveniences and problems generated.
And I still have to see in the advertising that it is the best car and health company ...
