Very disappointed with the Mutua Hogar service, it is dismal and quick to charge. I have a rented apartment that suffered a leak in ceilings and walls, the cause was a filtration of the upstairs that by the way also have contracted the home policy with the Mutual. After several claims by the owner of the apartment causing the damage and for me, they realized that someone in the Mutual by mistake closed the incident in the system without having been resolved. Months later the case was reopened and they went to fix it. Two months later the leaks reappear on the same site and my tenant HARTO of the situation presents me with the request for cancellation (termination) of the rental agreement. Not only have I lost a good tenant due to the negligence of the Mutual, but fifteen days ago they told me that I would go through the apartment again or that they would call the tenant and have not yet appeared. After many years with the Mutual and without causing any kind of accidents, seeing how they have handled this case, I decided to go this week to cancel my home and car policies that I have contracted with them.
