September 18: the car runs out of battery. We call Autoclub Mutua. The assistance proceeds to start the vehicle with a starter / booster. When starting off, the vehicle fails. A crane takes him to the workshop. Diagnosis: damage to the electronics, the control unit does not work.
We complain to Autoclub: 15 days later, they reject the claim. They have found no evidence that the assistance caused the failure. I claim the technical reports. They do NOT provide them, ask for them to Mutua at an email address. By telephone they indicate that "the fault has been caused by trying to start the car with a low battery."
23 more days demanding the reports, innumerable phone calls lasting almost three hours, 10 emails to three different addresses that have been provided to me, the car, 42 days in the workshop and ... we are still waiting for an answer.
If you want to be scared, you don't need Halloween: run out of battery and ask for assistance from Autoclub Mutua. Like the lottery, it's always someone's turn.
In the end, 66 days the car in the workshop and more than 2,000 euros of invoice. Become mutuero and you will be scared!
