Absolutely customer-unfriendly repair conditions. Had to send my Samsung Gear S3 THREE times because this incompetent company never properly fixed the error. The third time the guarantee was rejected on the grounds of fall / fall damage. The watch never fell and I have always handled it with care. I'm still in the discussion at the moment, but since the dubious company needs more than five working days to answer, there isn't really much left. All I had to read here is enough to say that this company should be sued in a class action lawsuit!
