I have been waiting for the return of a cell phone sent in by Microspot for 6 weeks. Actually a warranty case, which was rejected with a strange reason after 3 weeks and various calls. The cell phone should be returned to me directly after repeated inquiries. But that has still not happened. A classic service desert.
