My interpretation of what I have experienced with this company is fraud. A completely clear software error is reported by this company as a fall damage, although no such has occurred for months. I am a qualified information technician myself and trying to establish a causality between a fall and a software error, if there is a good 1.5 years in between, is just brazen. If you want to do business this way, you'd better not give a guarantee.

Addendum: The company contacted me and the contact was very polite. In the meantime, I have found out that it is the cell phone manufacturers who tend to give out warranty services. My provider ultimately paid the costs because I have been an extremely long customer and have never had a warranty claim. But the manufacturers of the cell phone should be really ashamed and it would be desirable for a lawyer to set a precedent, because my case was clearly a guarantee case in my opinion.
