Had to send my Canon SLR because of a warranty claim to this company. That was 3 months ago !!! And I have not got the camera back today! From the company Mobiletouch came no information, neither an acknowledgment of receipt nor the reasons why the device can not be repaired. Requests from me were answered only days later and asked for patience ...
Allegedly, there are problems with spare parts procurement. And with a mass product ... Never again!
