It's annoying that a practically new tablet should have a broken glass without scratches (you can't see anything from the outside), but I can't judge it professionally enough. The fact that the repair is more expensive than a new tablet is not serious. The fact that the replacement of a display (work only), for which a moderately talented average citizen takes 10 minutes, almost borders on usury. In addition, even after two requests, the tablet was neither returned nor the questions answered. So I'm still waiting. This gives rise to the feeling that the company has only accepted the Swiss representation of Huawei in order to generate expensive repair orders. Only someone who gets money for every rejected guarantee order normally behaves like this, but that's just my feeling.

If you return a device under warranty, the case is dismissed and you have to pay CHF 40 for an unwanted cost estimate, this is an absolute cheek.

So dear Mobiletouch team. Please do not ask for any further information or service number, this is only embarrassing and distracts from the essentials. You have everything, would have had the opportunity to react (just answer email) and please just send me the tablet back as you received it. That shouldn't be that difficult, even in the Corona period. Incidentally, this company sends customer satisfaction surveys via SMS without contact within two weeks. I have never really experienced anything like it.

PS: I just received an email with the request to answer. A strange procedure. Just pretending that you didn't receive the emails, even though you clicked "Reply" is diplomatically strange.
