Fortunately, I did not send my device to this company myself, but Swisscom did it for me and equipped me with a replacement device that is newer and better than my own. In the Swisscom Shop, I was informed that I can expect an estimate within 2 weeks.
That was 2 months ago, and in the Swisscom online tool I only see "Mobiletouch AG - Waiting for spare part", and it has been there for 2 months. Should my device still be repaired at some point, I will probably correct it by one star, should there be further problems, I can join the other 1-star reviews.
In any case, think carefully about whether you want to give your device to the care of this company.
Update! -> After about 7 months, I received a message from Swisscom that my phone had been lost. Of course, I was paid accordingly, so I'm glad that I didn't send my device to Mobiletouch for my own account.
