If you re asking me to comment on the Civic s recent oil change, it went very well. I used your Express Service and was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was very courteous and professional, particularly the young woman I suppose is in charge of seeing to all the check-ins and service details. I apologize for not knowing her name. I ll make it a point to ask her the next time the car s in for service.

Shuttle ride with Lyft was very timely, and all the employees I had contact with at the Piazza service dept were very friendly, prompt, and professional. Kudos to them! It was a great experience!
Had to change my review in light of customer service I had encountered on my last repair. Will not return here. Owning the car for just one month I noticed the passenger floor had a massive puddle of water, and it was getting worse every time it rained. Bought the car with the issue? Cannot say for certain but these problems dont happen overnight I'm sure.
They failed to diagnose a problem and sent me home with nothing done. Yet they informed me they replaced the gasket on the passenger side door. It's now been repaired by another dealership much closer to where I live, and they even soaked up the water for me- unlike Mike Piazza. My local dealership was quick and efficient, and even hosed down my car to be sure that no water would re-enter. Turned out to be sunroof drain clog. Unfortunately this was not covered but at least they fixed the problem, cleaned up the mess and didnt lie to me.

I would like to give a shout out to Mike Piazza Honda and especially to Sean O Neill the advisor who helped me today. I received my phone call first thing this morning to discuss possible costs of the repair. It was determined that my issue was likely due to a remote start after market upgrade. They checked my oil, tire pressure and the issue at hand FREE OF CHARGE! Sean was extremely professional both on the phone and in person. The service department respects COVID measures- everyone was masked, I came out to my car to find a plastic seat cover and plastic steering wheel cover. Sean and Mike Piazza have my business and I will surely spread the word! Keep up the good work- you have mastered good customer service!
We had an excellent buying experience at Mike Piazza Honda overall. Unlike many other dealers we attempted to deal with remotely via email/text - Mike Piazza Honda's online pricing was accurate and this dealer wasn't setting the price artificially low and then adding a bunch of "fees and services" to the price upon follow up. The price was the price - and when I followed up - I dealt directly with Mike - the GM at the dealer - during price negotiations and he was easy to interact and negotiate with via email - a big win during these COVID-19 times. We agreed to a price via email and a couple days later we drove away from Mike Piazza Honda in a new to us 2017 CPO Honda Accord.
I'd also like to give a special shout out to Jeremy, the Sales Manager, and Chris Kuhn, our sales rep. Both were a pleasure to deal with - we arrived at 4:35 PM on Monday afternoon and were driving away with the deal complete by 5:30 PM. We highly recommend you consider Mike Piazza Honda if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.
First time using this dealership for the Service center. I had a Honda-issued safety recall on my civic, and I called to make an appointment for this. I provided my VIN over the phone, and the person I spoke with said that for this recall, they would need to first look and see if any repair was even needed, and that they did not need to order special parts. I booked the appointment for a week later.
When I dropped the car off, the gentleman (Jeff) at the desk was very pleasant and helpful, but he had to re-intake all of my information and he did not have any notes about the reason for my visit. He also informed me that there were TWO recalls on my vehicle, not just one, and that the one I hadn't been informed of over the phone required a part which has to be special-ordered from Honda by VIN. He promptly had an order placed for the part which was needed, and gave me the option of having one done today and another at some point in the future, which I agreed to.
Overall, Jeff handled the situation well, but it was extremely frustrating to have to come all the way out there to drop the car off, to be told that the person who handled my call in the first place screwed up. There is another Honda dealership almost equidistant from me and in the future I'll probably use them in the rare instances that I ever take my car to the dealer for service.
The process was easy and straightforward. I was not looking forward to buying a new car, but these guys made it as painless as possible. Super friendly, patient, helpful- I never felt like I was being pressured or taken for a ride. I'd definitely shop here again!
From the second I walked in I knew I was at the right place. We where introduced to George Farrell and from there all went smoothly. He was able to get me in a 2016 Honda Pilot, which in some cases people waited months for, in just a short week. George was very informative, left nothing out. I keep forgetting to write about how great my experience was last month at this dealership. I was worried I wouldn't of been able to get out of my 2009 Pilot I still owed money on. Dan did everything he could to get my out of that car. So happy with my brand new pilot and even happier with the price I got. My family and I are super comfortable riding around. I bought my accord from here. The selling experience was ok. The typical of going back and forth. We bought 2 cars from them at the same time, Civic and Accord hybrid. I expected to have a better deal than what we got because of buying 2 at the same time, but they gave all weather mats fro free. The service department is busy and chaotic and I have moved to going somewhere else for servicing.
First on the phone and then in person, I was impressed with all the folks (3) I spoke with. And at the end, the service person went over the bill/what was done to the car in detail and answered my questions. [Brought it in for 3 things]

I requested a quote on a Honda CR-V from several dealers. I shopped for the first time with Piazza Honda as they were the lowest price quote and my previous dealer not returning my quote request. Initially, negotiations fell through as I wasn't receiving what I felt was a fair trade in value. Two days later I was contacted by their customer satisfaction rep to see how everthing went. I explained what happened and told him there were no hard feelings and everyone was respectful. He asked me what I was looking to receive for my car. I told him. The next day he contacted me and told me they negotiated a fair deal for my trade in. When I went the next day, I also askes if they could give me a lower apr rate as my credit was very good. They agreed. Overall I'm very satisfied with Mike Piazza Honda. They worked with me to negotiate a fair deal and I never felt they were misleading me.
Poor experience here. A 1 hour appointment took 2.5 hours. Prices have skyrocketed- oil change was 39.99 last time I was there and now is $55. That was my last trip there. Will find a new place for inspections/service
I'm from Newark, DE. I was out of town with my frail 86 year old mother in law who uses a walker. We were visiting my son at a sporting event in Newtown, PA in the single digit weather about a month ago when my 2001 Honda's alternator light went on on our way home. I stopped and made a call to Mike Piazza Honda and to AAA and within an hour had my car towed and at Mike Piazza's in line to get repaired. The customer service rep at Mike's was more than willing to help out with arrangements to get a rental car or to get us the name of a hotel nearby if we had to stay overnight in the area. Fortunately a family member local to Mike's was able to take us back to Delaware that night. Because of my husband's work schedule and fitting my unpredicted need for repair into the schedule at Mike's it did a week to pick up my car from Mike's. It was in good repair. I am very grateful to the excellent treatment by the staff at Mike's. Thank you!

I have always had a positive experience with service at Piazza and this week was no exception. Staff are always friendly and attentive and provide prompt and thorough information about the status of my car. I feel confident that I am getting quality service at a reasonable price.
Everything went well except that they were short handed and I had to wait much longer than I expected. Other than that they didn't go over updating my insurance and they didn't display my temporary registration or put that information on my registration paperwork. Overall, not totally dissatisfied, but could have been better.

This was my first time buying a car and I was terrified. I m a widow, single mother of two kids, and on a strict budget. I was really worried about finding a car that was safe and affordable. I bought from the certified used department, and everyone was so helpful and wonderful i couldn t believe it. Everyone went out of their way to help me find the right car, they made me feel comfortable and at ease and even gave me coffee and pizza while we figured everything out. Everyone worked together to go out of their way and go above and beyond to find the best financing for me, they helped me find a great car, and I drove it off the lot in the same day. I couldn t have asked for a more amazing experience, and I cannot thank everyone enough for all their help. It s so nice to know there s good people still out there! No one tried to pressure me into buying anything I didn t want, they were very patient with me, and I really felt like the staff genuinely wanted to just help give my children and I some peace of mind. On 5/20/2019 I brought my CRV in for oil change and tire rotation. Not the first time I have used your service as I have been bringing my car and my daughter s car to you, and also, purchased her car from your Reading location.
Oil change was fine, but service rep said my tires were at 4/32 and he wouldn t rotate them and I would probably need new tires to pass inspection.
Before he could say another word, I told him the tires were about 14 months old with about 22,000 miles on them so something is either wrong with his measurement tool or his tech doesn t know how to read it. The tires are Michelin rated for 60,000 miles
I took my car back to where tires were purchased and in front of me, the manager used his digital tread depth gauge and all tires measured in at either 6/32 or 7/32
We had a very positive experience buying a used car from Mike Piazza Honda. The cars we looked at were in excellent condition and well maintained. We worked with a great salesman- Anthony Cruz- who returned phone calls and emails right away, was extremely helpful in getting any information we needed, was not pushy at all, and genuinely made us feel like he wanted his customers to be happy with the car- even after the sale. In fact, we called him a month after we bought the car to ask about installing the front license plate (NJ requirement) and he immed returned our call and set us up with the Service Dept. I went to purchase a vehicle and I was informed during negotiations that there was on top of the advertised price a 1500 dollar prep fee would be added. Horribly misleading
Worse customer service in the parts department. I walked in and stood at the counter for 10 mins with no acknowledgement. I pressed the door bell 3 times hoping someone come from the back. Then I asked the receptionist and she called someone to the counter. The parts associate said their computer network was down and they couldn't release any parts to me. I was already quoted a price earlier on the phone and was willing to leave a copy of my ID and credit card to bill later. How can you not have a backup plan when this happens. I work in the automotive service industry and I can relate to what you guys are experiencing but you got to have a backup plan.
Customer service is awful. My mother and I felt that we were not taken seriously because we are women, and upon bringing this issue to customer service the manager essentially blew it off and did not once acknowledge nor attempt to understand why we were so distraught about our experience. Our issue remains unresolved due to the inept and poor management of the sales and customer service departments.

Our salesman told us information that was false. He said a preparation fee would be waived due to a long scratch on the car. However, when we got to the financing office the financing manager advised the fee was added into the asking price. The financing manager had a HORRIBLE attitude. She rushes us the whole way through, snatched papers out of our hand & was very snippy. I almost closed with this dealership in-spite of my salesman lying about the preparation fee being waived but, the financing managers attitude took it over the edge for me. If you go with this lot, double & triple check your paperwork.
Friendly people that work there. Oil changes are very fast. Hey have a nice area for kids to stay busy while waiting. Very impressed with pricing and the staff.

Friendly and fast service! I always take my Civic there for repairs. They managed to squeeze me in with no appointment and get me out the same day for a necessary repair. I would have been left me without a car otherwise. I'll keep going back and when my Honda finally dies (it is still a baby at 115000 miles), I'll buy from them instead of driving out to one of their competitors to save a few bucks.
Initially I thought that only the services division was bad but I tried to buy a car there and the experience was jus awful! It is a shame since I live so close. But I rather travel many miles more to have service and buy my cars. they are arrogant, rude, the whole experience is traumatizing

The service department at this dealership is totally broken. We have had two really poor experiences over the last year. It has gotten to the point where communication between the mechanics and the front desk service advisors have totally broken down. Our two vehicles, purchased at this dealership, will never go back.
Fabulous experience at Mike Pazza Honda with Eric Eisgrau! It's scary buying a new car after so many years, but Eric made this process painless for me. I was worried about nothing. He was patient and considerate and really listened to me. In the end, I drove away with an even better car than I expected to get - a brand new Honda CRV. Not only did Eric guide me through the selection and financing process, but he sat in the car with me for a good 30 minutes afterwards to explain all the technology in the car and help me set everything up. I think that's really going above an beyond. I mean, he already made the sale! I left Mike Piazza Honda confident that I got the best car for me and the best deal.
