My husband and I purchased a preowned Honda from this dealer. We had a few repairs that needed to be taken care of/promised (in writing) before we took the car home. One of the repairs was to fix the cracked windshield. We picked up the vehicle almost 1 week after purchase & noticed the windshield was still cracked. We notified our sales rep, Rob right away. We were asked for pictures, we provided them. Took the car in the day the glass repair person was supposed to be there. The managers gave my husband the run around. After feeling frustrated that it wasnt going to be fixed, my husband asked for a number to file a complaint. They did not give him one. Instead, the Sales Manager Mike approached my husband as he was leaving the lot and told him he didn't even want to sell us a car. He told him he was going to help but now he is not. No one has been in contact with us since.

Is that how you treat a customer who just made a purchase at your dealership? It was clear the repair was not done or done incorrectly. How are you making this a problem for your customer? Especially when it was promised in writing it would be taken care of?

How do you allow your managers to speak to your customers that way?

I could have and should have taken my money elsewhere since mine wasn't good enough for your dealership.

When it was confirmed my vehicle needed a new battery, Mike came up to me and explained the options, price, and warranty to me in private which was appreciated. The additional service did not take much longer. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and I will continue to return to this location for my vehicle s services even though there is a closer Piazza Honda to my home.

My Daughter in law DROVE Her Honda to Piazza for body work due to a fender bender
accident.{ Piazza service dept does not repair cars} ,so they sent it to one of their "certified body shops".
The Insurance company looked at the damage and paid the claim for $4000.
The "Piazza certified body shop" then claimed that there was an additional $4200
worth of damage.My daughter in law asked if she could have the initial repair completed because She did not have the additional $4m.The "Piazza certified body shop " said all repairs had to be performed before the car would be released to Her.
She refused this demand,so the body shop told Her to pick up the car.
The car was never re assembled and all the parts from the $8,200 estimate were
thrown in the back seat of her car when it was picked up by the tow truck She had to hire. She took the car to another body shop which completed the repairs for the original estimate. If you question this rating ,just look at the 3.5 star rating for Piazza
that indicates a fail grade.A warning to all who reads this review. If you want to buy a Honda ,do not have it serviced at a dealership that farms your car out to a third party

I bought my 2014 Honda civic from Jimmy Abgarian. he was an amazing salesman! it was my first time buying a car so I was nervous, but he was so nice and honest and really made me feel comfortable. I also have to give special credit to Sandy Adams she is truly a wonderful women! I received a ridiculous insurance quote from progressive and thought I wouldn't be able to afford a new car, Sandy helped me go online and found a quote much lower then I had budgeted for! she also took the time to explain every additive insurance/ warrantee/ package available and helped me pick what was best for my family. love these two people wouldn't buy a car from anyone else! I gave this only 3 stars because I walked into this dealership with the intention of buying a 2014 Honda insight. 4 salesmen said hello to me and went on there way. no one took the time to ask me if I needed help or to offer to show me a car. they are lucky they have Jimmy Abgarian, if it wasn't for him I would have went to Toyota for a Prius. I am very happy with my purchase but they need to create some type of a system so no one goes overlooked or unnoticed. will be trading in my Civic for an Odyssey someday as my family of 4 grows! and will be going to Piazzas with an APPOINTMENT next time

I was happy to say that I had a wonderful sales person named Eric. I had told Eric that I was shopping at other Honda dealerships and to give me his best deal on my trade-in and purchase of a new Honda CRV. Well, he did. It didn't stop there, he offered me to come back at anytime if I needed any assistance. Eric had did all the details needed for delivery. He filled up the tank with gas, called my auto insurance agent to make the transfer and did all the Motor Vehicle paper work. I will definately recommend Mike Piazza Honda to my friends and especially Eric the Saleperson.

Repairs were incomplete and took longer to do than I was initially told. No one summarized the work that was done. I was also given a huge list of routine items that needed to be done. Only one year earlier and 3000 miles earlier nothing was mentioned. When I deferred these services the service rep seemed very unhappy. Also he never gave me this list of items and their costs. Very strange.

Picked up a 2016 CRV yesterday. Great experience (crazy but almost fun!). Went via True Car and they came in $100 less. Very happy with trade-in; even added $500 to their proposal. Suspect I might have done better but still very happy with it. Gary Berlin: A+. No pressure, answered all questions and comments honestly. Ryan, my wife thinks it was Brian (last name?) even pitched in with a good walk-through before we drove off. Dealing with Denise in finance was, believe it or not, fun.Yeah, we took a vehicle service contract. She pointed out that I could get a refund from another dealer on the contract I had on the traded-in car. Nice!
Waiting for a hitch and tailgate spoiler to come in to get installed. Note: installation seems a bit pricey.

Gary called next day to say the parts came in. I forgot what size the hitch was (1.25 or 2"). Called service and spoke with Mike. He looked it up and called me back with the info (1.25").

OK. Took the car in to get the hitch and tailgate spoiler installed yesterday. They had a loaner set up. Very nice !! The service manager (Mike B.) asked me if I wanted to wait. I just laughed. I knew it was more than a 1-day job. Anyway, they called yesterday evening with an update that it wasn't ready. Nice touch ! Called noon today to say it was ready so I picked it up. As far as I can see it's an excellent job. No sign of anything being done at all. Very professional. Just installed the bike carrier and ready to go! Great job Piazza folks !!
P.S. The loaner was a Cherokee. Like the CR-V better.

I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience including the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff as well as the professional service received. This was my first time in for service and I will, without reservation, return again and again. I highly recommend this dealer and their excellent follow-up service!

Make sure you inquire about hefty dealer prep fee? Bought many cars. This is new! Along with internet pre sales which can get annoying if you don't purchase from dealer! Over $1,500 added to low price in order to "prep" car for buyer. Don't understand except that I'm paying extra $1,500. That's it! David said that's "normal"? Jersey doesn't certify for anything but emissions now so that charge gets me "safely" on the road? So confusing. Just know before you go. I know what I want and turns out it needed some work that they do only if purchased. The car was rearing.off road to right. Rotors rusted out. Clearly needed replacing soon which is fine. Tires needed very soon. Car was immaculate but as one reviewer said, you have to know about mechanical issues if buying there and I get it now! Cosmetics were great for a 2014 Avenger but the cars I've been testing drive like new and with newer tires and decent brakes. Never heard "this" referred to as "dealer prep fee". Go check him out. Just know ahead of time and he will work with you I guess. Really just the price you should be paying with the prep fee lessened. Nice cars but only if you know and care about drive warranty etc. Tony my salesman very nice . No pressure ! David wanted the sale which was a red flag too! Not big sale. Very bad experience with the service department with our new vehicle. The team does not communicate well all 3 times we have been there. One of our visits, waited several hours for vehicle to be checked for problems, the service team never looed at the vehicle, then stated they couldn't look at it because they are closing, no more time (this was a scheduled appointment!)

Worst service ever. Do not go here to get your car serviced. I bought a new car from this dealer and shortly after buying I noticed a noise, so I went to the service center to get it fixed. The service advisor advised me to drop off the car, so I dropped it off not once but for two full days because they could not get any work done to my car. After 2 full days of not even touching my car, the service advisor advised me to leave my car for one more day because they needed more time to work on it. There was no status update calls from the service advisor. I had to call to get status updates from the sales advisor that helped me with my car situation. They waste time and do not do anything. The service advisors are rude and do not care at all. Wish I could give 0 star rating instead of one. My family has bought many cars from this dealer and have been their customers for years. We always got our cars serviced from this place but after this I would not recommend anyone to get their car serviced from here.

Took a new HR-V for inspection and oil change. The service department didn t return the registration and insurance card after inspection been performed. We went home without those documents and it took them 6 days to locate registration and insurance cards and return them to us. Horrible experience stay far away from this place.

You give service priority to customers who wait for their cars to be done. I had made an appointment and, because of the amount of service needed, left you with my car. In an attempt to speed up the process, I dropped off my car the day before my appointment. I kept calling to find out when work would be completed. When I was told it should be ready
by 12:00 to 1:00, my wife dropped me off. Car was still not ready and I had to wait another hour for completion.

I came to the dealership for routine maintenance. While there I was very pleased to observe the practices to insure health and safety of staff and customers. There was a checklist for sanitizing surfaces every four hours from tables to keyboards which is performed and initialled by staff. As always the service was done promptly.

Classic bait and switch with internet price!!! Came in ready to buy and after an hour with salesman, it finally became clear that they would not honor the internet price. Spoke to manager about it and was told by manager "that's how we get people in" "all dealers do this" False on both accounts. I am happy to report that other dealers DON'T do this. I love my Honda CR-V from Davis Honda. Don't waste your time at Mike Piazza.

I called every Honda dealership within 75 miles and got the best pricing and had the most transparent conversation with the sales manager, Anthony. When I shopped Anthony's pricing at other dealerships they thought I was bluffing and urged me to take the offer.

We came in to test drive an HRV, but it felt too small for our needs, so we asked our salesperson, Eric, about the CRV. Eric knew the ins and outs of each model and trim. Eric even made a recommendation for a color that we probably wouldn't have picked for ourselves, but loved once we saw it.

This was our first experience with a lease, so we were a little unsure of the ins and outs. Eric was patient and thorough in his explanations as he answered my many questions. I'm in sales. Eric is a great salesperson, but I didn't feel like he "sold" us. He served / helped us.

So far we have no complaints. It was a great experience from the moment I made the first phone call.

I am from NY and earlier this month leased a 2015 Honda Accord from Mike Piazza Honda. My experience was excellent! Allan Brace, our salesman, was wonderful and handled the entire process with ease. It was nice to deal with someone who has tremendous experience, knowledge and patience. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. All of my out-of-state transactions were handled accurately and efficiently. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I have always had a great experience at Mike Piazza! Purchased a civic through Jimmy A a few years back and he always takes care of me when I need it! I even got into a minor accident on New Year's Eve, and when I showed up at Mike Piazza, Jimmy put a potential sale conversation on hold to make sure I was OK and was being taken care of in the service department. Can't find that anywhere else! Definitely recommend - ask for Jimmy A!

Ok, so I am super indecisive when it comes to cars and lets just say I ve purchased my fair share of cars from multiple dealerships. I have NEVER experienced a car buying process so seamless. Dan, the sales manager, and Manny, my salesperson dealt with my crazy expectations and payment requests with professionalism. They eventually got me a deal that I literally could not get anywhere else. I have bought several cars from this dealership in the past and will ONLY buy from here in the future! I normally don t write reviews but I think the staff deserves it. The staff at the express service are wonderful, nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I came in early in the morning for an oil change and some concerns about noises. Oil change was done within less than an hour. Zakira and her coworker answered all my question even though they were silly questions. Zakira is friendly and easy to talk to and makes sure everything is done and is overall helpful. I gave her a call after I left due to another question and she called back right away and answered it.5 star for today s service!

I found my vehicle while looking at their online inventory. When I came down to see it in person we were first greeted by Mike who asked us some questions budget etc and then had Eric handle the rest. Eric was very friendly, no pressure and really worked with us to make sure that we were getting what we needed. Jeremy in finance presented us with several options as far as loans to see which % best fit our needs. It was an over all positive experience and I would recommend checking them out! We also were able to get an affordable 5 year bumper to bumper warranty which was a great option to have buying preowned.
