Worse customer service in the parts department. I walked in and stood at the counter for 10 mins with no acknowledgement. I pressed the door bell 3 times hoping someone come from the back. Then I asked the receptionist and she called someone to the counter. The parts associate said their computer network was down and they couldn't release any parts to me. I was already quoted a price earlier on the phone and was willing to leave a copy of my ID and credit card to bill later. How can you not have a backup plan when this happens. I work in the automotive service industry and I can relate to what you guys are experiencing but you got to have a backup plan.
