My salesman, Jimmy Abagarian was awesome. I bought the 2016 Honda Pilot and love it. We also bought from Jimmy for my daughter in 2014 the Honda Accord. Jimmy is the best salesman.
Whenever I visited, the service was seamlessly provided. The service center is not conspicuous, which might cause confusion to the first comers though.
Textbook bait and switch. Advertised a great price online, we show up in person to find there s a non-negotiable $995 dealer prep fee on top of that price, listed no where on their website (even in the fine print). Our salesman even admitted they purposefully advertise lower price to show up in more searches online and that the dealer prep fee offsets that. Appreciate the honesty but stand by the price you advertise. All the stereotypes about used car salesmen apply here.
Edit: it s been 3 days since my review was responded to by the owner . No one has reached out to me from the dealership, I think it s pretty clear this scam of a dealer prep fee is just business as usual for Mike Piazza Honda. What a disappointment, we ll be reaching out to Honda corporate to file a complaint.

I requested quote for Honda Pilot front brakes, and appt given for the following day. The car was finished well before noon. No high-pressure sales for additional work. Lyft shuttle utilized for car pickup, which is a nice amenity. No complaints, all went well.

Visited the dealer about a month ago with no appointment since I was in the area. First Honda dealer I ve been to that I wasn t greeted or acknowledged when entering. After a while we had to go to the front desk to ask for a salesman. It was busy but still, would be nice to be acknowledged. After waiting a couple of minutes this nice man greets us and talks to us a bit, unfortunately he wasn t a salesman but the credit union guy. He was very nice and gave us a free ice cream which is the only reason for not one star. Older Salesman comes over and was nice but seemed uninterested as soon as I mentioned looking at an Si and getting a quote. He takes us to the car and practically disappeared telling us the other colors were around and to go look for them. Wouldn t even let us open it. Shame, I was ready to buy the car but lack of interest from the salesman put me off, every other salesman seemed nice tho. Bought it from Davis Honda the following week.
Michael Russo & the techs took care of my car on a busy NYE, was able to replicate my issue and discuss it with detail. Treated me well as a new customer. Best dealership service experience I've had frankly.

I purchased a new 2019 Pilot in August 2019. I have zero negative feedback. The sale was smooth and the service was exceptional from beginning to end.
At first, I dealt with the internet department to obtain AAA TrueCar pricing and was very happy with the initial offer. In fact Piazza's initial offer was much better than most other dealers participating in the TrueCar program.
Eric Eisgrau was the sales associate who assisted me at the dealership. Eric was not a pushy, high-pressure sales man. He was reasonable and was able to craft a deal that we could both agree on. Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied, during the sale and days after.
I took my car back to Piazza to have accessories installed. Wade Knouse was the service adviser who assisted me. Wade set me up with a loaner, explained the process, and kept me informed as the crew handled the installation. Wade was knowledgeable and very friendly, even during an exchange I witnessed with a not-so-reasonable customer. Wade never lost his cool and handled the situation appropriately.
I would highly recommend Piazza Honda for your purchase and service needs!
Overall, I had a good experience. They really worked with me to find a car that I would love and that would stay within my budget. I wish they would have told me that in addition to the money that I was putting down that I would also need to have my first payment ready. Other than that everything was great.

They were excellent in communication and customer care. I will be back in 3 years to lease again and highly recommend them. I could not have asked for a better salesman than Matt. He was kind, courteous, not pushy, and followed up personally with me. He was fantastic!

They claim to be a part of the bucks County Veterans ID program and offer discounts on parts but tried to tell me the part cost $35 more then the Honda Parts EStore then marked the price down and say it was the discount. Make sure you do your research on parts or accessories prices so you don't get scammed and they try to tell you they'll save you money. I say poor customer service to Vets.
I got my car back in November of 2018 the staff there is knowledgeable and very nice. They helped work out a deal for my vehicle that suited my needs. Now in May of 2019 the express service was fast and had very nice staff! Highly recommend if you're looking for a new or used Honda!

Your salesman brought out two of the wrong cars in a row, and then proceeded to ask us if we were ready to do financing before we even asked what cars were on the lot.
Horrible!!! The website states no appointment necessary. Why when I get there I'm told you do due to covid19 when I explained the website does not state the response from the service guy was they told me it was. i should have know better to go there as they sent me a bill 6 months after my trade and during the pandemic. Cant wait for this lease to be over!!

Express service was really fast on Friday morning 9 AM. I had an oil change with a multi point inspection + tire balances. I was out in 1 hour.
They also serve coffee in the waiting room with average-to-slow speed internet.
Brought car in for inspection and oil change. Found out my car needed a software update. Also had tires rotated since already off for inspection. Thanks to service writer Mike Russo, and cashier Susan Gallagher for excellent customer service.
I was in and out very fast when dropping the vehicle, and they had the shuttle car home in minutes. They sent the vehicle to pick me up when leaving.

Jason Brooks and the guys at Mike Piazza in Langhorne are a pleasure to deal with. Always courteous and professional. No one likes getting hit with unexpected repair or maintenance bills, but they have been great to deal with over the past several years I ve been going there for my service. After a recent scheduling mix up, they agreed to perform an oil change on the house to make up for it. Gestures like that resonate and create loyalty. I appreciate their efforts and have experienced it from multiple employees within their organization on multiple occasions. Great job!

The worst service department ever. I called in the morning to make an appointment for the repair of a rear door lock on my certified pre-owned Honda and requested a loaner car. The employee told me he will call me back ASAP. HE never called back. Then I called them again in the afternoon. The other guy told that it was too late to make an appointment for that day and they would call me the next day in the morning. He asked to keep my phone with me. I have never received the call.

The service was honestly the most attentive (but not pushy) and quickest moving we ve experienced in years. I would give my business to this location again in a heartbeat.
My sales person Nick was very polite and accommodating, however as a whole. 1- they told me the car I was interested was $26,995 but was listed on website for $26,500. 2- they shotgunned me meaning they threw me to every possible bank, why you would submit a subprime rating to a prime bank is beyond me. 3- you can't get a hold of anyone. I called to tell them forget it dont run it thru as i had seen the price online was different but NOBODY ever returned my calls. SO NOW I HAVE 8 HARD PULLS IN 24 HOURS ON MY CREDIT. real cool guys thanks.
I had a great experience with car repair. The problem was diagnosed quickly and fixed. Luckily the part, a starter, was covered under my warranty I needed rides to and from Mike Piazza Honda. The Lyft service was great. They were fast. I didn't have to wait more than 3 minutes and the ride was there. My car was fixed within the time period promised and my service advisor, Sean O'Neill was helpful and nice too. He offered me options to get my inspection, and oil change done all at
the same time which will save me time in the
long run as they were both coming due.

I had visited 3 or 4 different Honda dealerships in the tristate area before buying from Mike Piazza Honda but as soon as we walked into the dealership Nicholas greeted us professionally and politely and then I knew the search was over! Great service overall from paperwork to helping you sync your phone to your new vehicle, explaining car specs etc etc..I now know where to go for my next Honda purchase and of course I will recommend them to everyone I know.
First thing I noticed when I got my vehicle back, if the tires were rotated each tire had a different gage up to 41 on the front drivers side. It was nice to see Jimmy, he went out of his way to make me coffee from his office machine. Very nice guy.
I dont t recommend this place. I obtained an online quote from them last week and spoke with Nicholas P~. Quote was for a 19 Honda Pilot EX-L. I called Nicholas and told him what the out the door price will be. (Price of car, Dmv, tax, and document fee) He states some car come with accessories that maybe a little extra. I told him I m not interested in anything accessories and that I will be coming an hour away. He told me not to worry, I spoke with the manager and we will make this worth your while.
I get to the dealership and test drive the car and then the fun begins. He brings the pricing of the car plus add $900 in accessories and apr will be 7% without checking my credit!!!! I question this further because Honda has a 2% deal apr deal going on right now. He then comes back saying we won t be able to give you the 2% and internet price. Only way I can get 2% is by increasing the cost of the car by $1000. I ve bought so many cars before and this is the first time I faced this type of bait and switch tactic. Avoid this dealer at all costs!!!

George Farrell is a wonderful salesman. We loved working with him this time and last time. This is the second time we go back to him to lease a Honda Accord and we have loved the previous one as I am sure we will love this one just as much. He was so nice and met our needs and tried his best with us to get the price we wanted. Literally as I walk in no one showed any interest in wanting to help us. Sure we look young but damn a rep actually said they didn t want to help us, I ve been here before and didn t get the service I was expecting so I ended up buying my car at Davis Honda. very disappointed honestly and this was my second time going ( thought I should give them a second chance) and it was a mistake, rep seemed uninterested, like he wanted us to go so he could go back to doing nothing. It was only 7:20pm. Also we asked about the incentives and he kept saying he didn t know what they had. How doesn t a sales person know their promos? At least make an attempted to figure them out. All he said was he didn t know, he didn t say let me take a look nope just plain dry terrible service. I will never come back to this place, taking my business back to Davis Honda like I should have in the first place. Only reason I didn t go at first is because this place was closer.

I was looking to buy a certified pre-owned Accord Crosstour from the Used Car department. Specifically dealt with Marty and his manager Gene.
Short Story: Salesman was not accommodating at all. The dealership would not budge on price, or even try to negotiate. When we finally decided to give in and buy, they discovered they did not have the title for the car at the dealership (MEANING THEY CANNOT LEGALLY SELL THE CAR!). Ultimately they tried so hard to sell a car that should not even be in their possession without the title. COMPLETE WASTE OF AN ENTIRE DAY!
Long Story: Had the car brought to a personal mechanic for inspection. Car was practically spotless. Spoke with Marty at the shop. Completely rude and out of line. Wouldn't even attempt to sell unless we paid the price posted. He decided to call his manager Gene. His specific words on the phone were:
"They've seen the price and if they're not willing to pay it, THEN I'll JUST SAY GOODBYE AND BE ON MY WAY."
We decided to follow him back to the dealership and try to talk because we needed a car badly.
Upon arriving, we mistakenly went to the new car room (couldn't even tell the difference). A salesman asked if we needed help. We said we were looking for Marty and the man said he would page him to come and get us. We wait for half an hour and nobody came. Finally another guy asked us if we needed help and we ask for Marty again. He said we were in the wrong show room and pointed us up the block. Another waste of time.
We get to the Used Car department and attempt to bring the price down. They wouldn't budge. Thought it over for a little while and decided that since the car was in good condition, we would buy it at the price listed. Began to fill out the paperwork until the Manager, Gene, came over and said we have a problem. They could not find the title in the dealership. They attempted to call Honda America to get a new one sent over. We wait for 2 hours until we got fed up and decided to go home. Before leaving they said they would call us back when they got the title.
2 days later, Marty calls me on the phone and says we have a 2007 Honda in stock at the same price with approximately the same amount of mileage, but a completely different car. I said forget it and let me know when the title for the Crosstour comes in. Never heard back from them again until I called and decided to cancel the deal.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Recently had my 2019 Ridgeline in for a state inspection. Just purchased the vehicle three months ago. Wade in the service dept called when the work was done and informed me the Inspection was on them. Nice to see a company step up and make it right with out asking. Also had an issue with my registration not arriving. Again Wade, looked into the matter and offered an easy solution. 5 minutes online and issue resolved.

I have been a regular customer to Mike Piazza Honda for a few years now. My past visit Piazza Honda was horrible and not acceptable. Drop off my car at 8AM and have an appointment to service my car. No one touch my car all day and also no warning from the dealer about the status of my car. Called to check the status at 1130 AM and was told that still not been touch yet. I did need my car to go to work. I was never offer a loaner car. The option they give is to go and rent a car out of my pocket to get to work. I did. My car was at the dealer overnight and was not ready until the next day. If Mike piazza Honda don t care about there customers period
