Had to change my review in light of customer service I had encountered on my last repair. Will not return here.
Owning the car for just one month I noticed the passenger floor had a massive puddle of water, and it was getting worse every time it rained. Bought the car with the issue? Cannot say for certain but these problems dont happen overnight I'm sure.

They failed to diagnose a problem and sent me home with nothing done. Yet they informed me they replaced the gasket on the passenger side door.
It's now been repaired by another dealership much closer to where I live, and they even soaked up the water for me- unlike Mike Piazza.
My local dealership was quick and efficient, and even hosed down my car to be sure that no water would re-enter.
Turned out to be sunroof drain clog. Unfortunately this was not covered but at least they fixed the problem, cleaned up the mess and didnt lie to me.
