9/13/19 Update - SInce this event I have had 2 cars serviced, CRV and Civic - Both times the service was great, communication was excellent and we couldn't be happier with how everything was handled - Thanks to Bud (Service) and Rick for all of their help and diligence with getting the issues taken care of

On 5/20/2019 I brought my CRV in for oil change and tire rotation. Not the first time I have used your service as I have been bringing my car and my daughter s car to you, and also, purchased her car from your Reading location.

Oil change was fine, but service rep said my tires were at 4/32 and he wouldn t rotate them and I would probably need new tires to pass inspection.

Before he could say another word, I told him the tires were about 14 months old with about 22,000 miles on them so something is either wrong with his measurement tool or his tech doesn t know how to read it. The tires are Michelin rated for 60,000 miles

I took my car back to where tires were purchased and in front of me, the manager used his digital tread depth gauge and all tires measured in at either 6/32 or 7/32
