We had an excellent buying experience at Mike Piazza Honda overall. Unlike many other dealers we attempted to deal with remotely via email/text - Mike Piazza Honda's online pricing was accurate and this dealer wasn't setting the price artificially low and then adding a bunch of "fees and services" to the price upon follow up. The price was the price - and when I followed up - I dealt directly with Mike - the GM at the dealer - during price negotiations and he was easy to interact and negotiate with via email - a big win during these COVID-19 times. We agreed to a price via email and a couple days later we drove away from Mike Piazza Honda in a new to us 2017 CPO Honda Accord.

I'd also like to give a special shout out to Jeremy, the Sales Manager, and Chris Kuhn, our sales rep. Both were a pleasure to deal with - we arrived at 4:35 PM on Monday afternoon and were driving away with the deal complete by 5:30 PM.
