I came for an oil change and to have a dent appraised. After a long wait I was told that they "couldn't find" the body works guy and that the oil change, which was supposed to be free as part of a package deal I bought with the car, cost me 30 dollars because "they don't honor that here". Rest assured I won't be returning.
