Worst Service! Made an appointment for key replacement, the customer service rep was rude and told me that I have to wait for 1 hr, even though the key was already cut and they only work on appointment basis on Saturday and I do not understand the purpose of making appointment. I left the office without getting the key from them. I will take my business to another service center..
