You give service priority to customers who wait for their cars to be done. I had made an appointment and, because of the amount of service needed, left you with my car. In an attempt to speed up the process, I dropped off my car the day before my appointment. I kept calling to find out when work would be completed. When I was told it should be ready
by 12:00 to 1:00, my wife dropped me off. Car was still not ready and I had to wait another hour for completion.
