Very bad experience with the service department with our new vehicle. The team does not communicate well all 3 times we have been there. One of our visits, waited several hours for vehicle to be checked for problems, the service team never looed at the vehicle, then stated they couldn't look at it because they are closing, no more time (this was a scheduled appointment!)
