Heat pump dryer purchased from Miele in 2018. Now in possession of the 2nd device because the first really did not work and the third mechanic found that too. The 2nd was delivered in April last year and also within the warranty time it appears time and again that this device does not dry. Especially the 1 or 2 person duvet covers do not get dry. . Now this appears to be a national problem with all dryers. It is incomprehensible that Miele arranges this in this way

I have a WKE 130 WPS NL but it is really annoying that this machine takes a lot longer to program than my previous one. You would say that innovation leads to shorter programs, but not at Miele. Why a laundry should spin in the water for 2.5 hours seems a mystery + try it by hand, after half an hour you would still find that the laundry is clean. And it is strange, but the difference between a 60 degree and 40 degree program is no less than fifteen minutes. I understand that it is not a pressure cooker, but 15 minutes over 20 degrees Celsius is also exaggerated.

Another nag: on the invoice you really have to look for the mega small print of the bank account number, which is annoying. What would it cost to list that bank account number in a 20pt size on the invoice? ;-)

In April 2018 bought a vacuum cleaner of about 190.00 you can assume that you buy a good vacuum cleaner that lasts a long time. After only 5 months use, the vacuum cleaner is broken, the engine is broken and the push button to turn it on and off. The vacuum cleaner sent to Miele. The answer was that we did not use the correct dust bag from Miele's own brand and that it is not covered by the warranty. Ridiculous because I think that the majority of the Netherlands and the world do not use Miele vacuum cleaner bags but simply buy them from Sorbo or such a solid brand. A very cheap way and totally not customer friendly to ship us like this.

Last fall dishwasher defective. Called local repair company. Electronics was broken. New electronics ordered 389.00. Built in but didn't work. Miele mechanic there, didn't get him talking either. Again ordered new electronics, exchanged and commissioned by a local repair company.
Beginning of March pump defective. Same rep. company involved, new pump ordered 165.00 and installed. The pump appeared to be leaking. Second pump ordered, exchanged and work well so far.
Miele has therefore delivered defective parts up to 2 times. I believe that they must pay for the costs of changing. Due to all this, the repair company has spent 3 1/2 hours extra because Miele has delivered defective parts. I called and emailed with Miele for a reimbursement of these extra hours, but they don't give home. In short, I have to work with the repair company for the extra costs. We have had Miele washing machines / dryers and dishwashers all our lives, but after this bitter experience no more Miele will come into the house.

Bad technical support

Two weeks ago had a very good contact with the TD of Miele regarding a malfunction of the heat pump dryer "T8967 WP Eco" with a temperature problem, goes into security. Problem appeared to be known with this dryer "modification"

Because I have repaired white goods for over 15 years, I was allowed to call back in two weeks so that I could carry out the repair myself.

But they will now come back to this, and will not be helped further.
They want to send a technician!

It looks like there are more people who have written a review about this, too bad, never no more Miele!

I bought a Miele washing machine about two years a...

I bought a Miele washing machine about two years ago.
Tried several times to come into contact with miele because my laundry was not washed properly. After calling 3 times finally contact. I think I was on the phone for 1:30 to speak to someone, something can be done about this ....
My complaint:
The laundry is still warm when it comes out of the washing machine and does not smell good, sometimes even musty.
The technician has read the washing machine via a digital system and came to the conclusion that I was not using the washing machine properly. My washing machine also suffered from laundry lice and a jar was immediately emptied and put on the bill. I was surprised that I had to pay a bill anyway because there is still a guarantee on it. But the mechanic said "I have not repaired anything, I have informed you about the correct use of your washing machine" the bill was 130.00.
I am not satisfied with my machine and with the Miele service. I would like to know in advance that if no repair is carried out I will have to pay a substantial bill.
Too bad, Miele, I am disappointed with your service.

I have experienced the worst service ever with the Miele fashion master. From day one have experienced problem with this iron which hasent been functioning probably.
I Had to pay every time they serviced and even then after few weeks the iron again wouldn t work. Allthough I have been trying to point out for 4 years now to Miele customers service that there is problem with this iron and they need to look deeper to the problem instead of making me pay for the technician every time he shows up there has been nothing done from they site beside sending me the service bills and making sure that I pay. NEVER AGAIN WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS PRODUCT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The Miele washing machine had an excellent quality...

The Miele washing machine had an excellent quality image, but ..... that is no longer the case. There are many (crack, break and stench) problems with the aluminum drum cross. This is affected by (liquid) detergents and soft water. The drum cross also makes a galvanic connection with the stainless steel drum. This usually means the end of the washing machine after a number of years, also because no loose crosses are supplied. Miele knows the problem but does nothing about it. In the past, the machines were equipped with a steel cross and never caused problems. So "Miele can do better" .. !! ... have now made it better myself ....
Now a steel cross has been used (bought via marketplace for 50 Euro) and runs like a charm again ... well ... so 2 points ....

Our dishwasher did not work anymore. error code f84 ..
mechanic visited us on October 29: the dishwasher's pump is broken. (Nothing reported about a possible faulty crane splitter). Replacement pump costs 700 euros. Mechanic then immediately sent a quotation for a new machine (1269 e). New machine quote accepted.
Nov. 5: our babysitter lets the engineer in. new machine installed and old ones taken. When I get home is the open kitchen, new dishwasher is connected to the steam part of the crane splitter because of the mechanic part was broken into the dishwasher. The (Miele) steam oven does not work now. advice: "Call a plumber"
Called Miele with a complaint about this. Service Ms van de Miele says: "this is not how we do it, sir, it is being solved"
18-11 mechanic visited: nothing solved. Mechanic finds that part of splitter does not work and says: call a plumber. I do get a bill of 65 euros.

After having bought that nice steam combi and realizing that it is quite extensive , I decided to go on a course in Vianen for the tips and tricks.

Was very pleased! I am so very happy with my oven ... And with Miele. From the dishwasher to the iron; very, very satisfied. (It is a bit more expensive, but the devices have been thought about)

Now bought a Miele dryer, really thought quality now! but just debris. After 3 years, it will immediately stop (remove fluff) while it is completely clean. It stops every 7 minutes. Called several times with Miele internal program adjusted so that he can no longer indicate it! guess what, he stops again. I say a service technician costs around 200, - without equipment. I say that 1,000, - thing I kick out. Just buy a Whirtpool that stops after 5 years and costs only 325, -. I never say 1x Miele for me again. !!

Once a miele never a miele again.
Then it's not even about the product itself, but the enormously lousy "service".
After the purchase of a wdd030 8kg machine, the hassle started, the machine made a huge rattling noise.
Called Miele and she advised putting the machine on concrete, so said unfortunately done without result.
Then the telephonist sent a mechanic along during his visit, he tightened a screw behind the door and set the machine to something else.
He also found a ratchet from the soap box and the filter cover, so he ordered it and another engineer would come and assemble it.

A week later there was another technician on the sidewalk without soap box and filter cover, he has reset the machine and tightened the lock nuts (had the previous mechanic forgotten ??).
After washing a laundry with a large cloth in the drum, he left again (without replacing anything).

When I turned on my weekly laundry the following Saturday and it started to spin, the sound was again present, so I immediately called miele again.
The telephone operator I then got on the phone said that the problem was solved and that it is a product feature!?!?!
After 5 to 10 phone calls, I was finally able to make an appointment for a technician again, which is strange because if it was a product feature, the risk was that I had to pay for the repair myself, I also indicated several times that I wanted to bear the risk because of this just really could not.

In the end I was so disappointed that I disposed of the machine and bought a Bosch washing machine, which makes no noise! what a pleasure!

What is bothering me so much is that if you indicate that you want to bear the risk, they will not want to send a technician.
And that the first mechanic has ordered and written his parts, and the second mechanic who completely ignores the fact that the machine is good.

Purchased an above average expensive washing machine, with a delivery time of one week. Called after 9 days yourself. The device was still in Germany and the waiting time was 2 weeks. Then I had to deal with the external carrier from Miele, who claimed that I was not at home at the time of delivery. This is not true!. The machine was then taken back to the depot to be planned again for delivery two days later. So a machine with a delivery time of 7 days will be over 2.5 weeks later. MIELE says it can do NOTHING for its customers. So as a consumer you can buy a machine from them, that is all quick and easy, but then you are treated badly by a transporter and MIELE pulls its hands off. And that calls itself a TRIPPLE A brand. "Miele there is indeed a better one" .....
