Bread, salads and other standard lunch food are good. The warm meals are a bit expensive for not that great quality, and the tables are all a bit too close to each other, in combination with the high ceiling it loses any kind of coziness, rather brash.
Rot company for years customer wrongly terminated my services. Customers fooled that there is a disruption afterwards it turns out not to be so.
I'm done paying 96 euros a month for this company. Complaints are not handled, no response to emails.
Agreements are not met before delivery, very unpleasant experiences. Immediately also canceled everything, unfortunately!
Why is it so difficult to file a complaint?
Terribly unsympathetic way of communicating and that for a company that has to take care of communication.
KPN internet (mainly router / modem) drops out on average 5 times a year. Until a mechanic comes, it takes 1-2 days, so do not assume internet for 10 days per year. Therefore the following tips: 1) never take EVERYTHING at KPN, because then you also have no TV eg. - take TV at Ziggo and throw it out of your KPN subscription 2) write the KPN phone number 0800-0402 at various places in the house, because without internet you can not find it 3) take a smartphone, of course without KPN but at Simyo bv. (spread spreading), and then do smartphone tethering so that you can use your PC in the days to wait until the mechanic can access the internet. 26 years after the invention of the public internet (Tim Berners Lee in 1992), KPN still has not mastered the internet.
very moderate customer service. Nobody helps you or comes up with a solution. all they do is shift. i'm sorry i'm there now.
It's awesome office. Good architecture and design of interior, desk, meeting room and all.
Terrify; find out how the company acts. Has founded countless companies and they all refer to each other. Employees don't feel they exist because there are customers. Do not ask anymore if I can arrange via the screen. Pathetic.

The prices of abbo's sometimes change. This is such a company that makes you pay the old expensive costs for years, if new customers only have to pay a fraction of that. If they can pass corpses and nobody notices, then I have the impression that they would have no problem with it. Maybe do something about KPN's social image?
KPN leaves a needy man without a telephone, TV and alarm
My grandfather always pays his subscription neatly, now he has been without phone, alarm, television and internet for three days.
KPN refuses to offer help and simply says that Mr. is not a customer with them, so it is strange that money is debited every month.
The main problem is that his alarm does not work now.

Again confronted with the terrible services provided by KPN. A totally non-service-oriented organization in which internal and external communication is seriously inadequate and of which customers are victims. I am very disappointed in the customer service and complaints department who constantly give wrong information and do not keep appointments. After 2 months and 5 phone calls, no further apologies should be received, just the business statement that I am not entitled to anything. Thanks KPN for this great service-oriented solution. You show exactly that you are not about customer satisfaction!
Not even reachable by phone about a complaint from customer service (well customer service is not a service) and not to forget that when they realize that the customer is right they throw the phone down, so I am confronted with a very rude woman
Worst company ever, have had a really bad experience with kpn, especially with the customer service that doesn't keep their promises and scammed me for hundreds of euros, glad to be rid of it, what a relief.
Fortunately, I canceled everything (TV / Mobile / Internet), bye bye you will never see me again, bunch of asos.

They want to rip-off expats who were living in Holland. I have cancelled their service using their online form and I have received their confirmation e-mail. I was waiting for their final invoice, but they have not cancelled their service to me. They were just sending their invoice, but I have not used their service. Finally they have registered me at Preventel ("Telecom mafia in The Netherlands"), so I was practically blacklisted.
There was no way to communicate with them. All the email they sent has not accepted response. When I contacted them by phone I fount that all their menu options are only in Dutch. They "chat service" is never working. It's just a service they are offering on their website.
I contacted them on Twitter but they have not helped me.
Crappy company, calling for the 3rd time tomorrow to transfer the phone number to my mom after my dad passed away, drama, has been going on for half a year. Apparently there are only imbiciles working at the KPN who point the finger at the software. After this I am ready. Fortunately, I kicked off this crappy company 20 years ago.
If you have a complaint you will be advised to look for another provider instead of offering a solution
Very bad Company internet connection is always falling away and slow kpn can't do anything the only thing they do is internet test and they say that my connection is good while it is not. and they put new plug box where your cable goes in wall and that thing always falls off then I call kpn they can fix it but you have to pay for the mechanic while they themselves have put that thing on my wall have not asked ! . Never again Kpn!

Very vague internet mobile, but calling impossible. has been on hold for the emergency service for 38 minutes.
If you buy something, they are ready immediately, but if their services do not function, they are nowhere to be found.
I have been without internet for 17 days, while I do pay for it. Can't be helped by anyone. Sent from box to wall. Nothing to the detriment of the employees I speak to. They do their best. But it is not resolved. What a bad service!
Have to call the 'help desk' several times in connection with customers.
The help desk at KPN always has an answer, but never a solution, unfortunately. The waiting times are not exactly nice either. For example, one time you spend 20 minutes on the line for an employee who must then continue with the answer. And the other time you hang on the line for more than 1 hour. For the same answer!
I am also unhappy about their privacy service. I often call for someone else and nothing is asked and just such information is discussed. The only thing I have to do is search a zip code on Google, and then call KPN to ask questions about the company. I recently received a customer's bank account number, with nothing more than a zip code and my name!

Very friendly receptionists and a good varied canteen. Excellent parking with reservation.
This was KPN's head office. Buildings are / have been converted into apartments.
Nice office building. Not relevant if you don't have to be there for work.
Bunch of hypocrites, have nothing for each other. Bad connection in the north for a long time. Max 5MB internet speed and sometimes nothing at all.
They do not want to solve, sending a new SIM card is the only thing, but even that is too much trouble for KPN. Despite new SIM card and now another device it is still crying. Nothing but nothing you have to expect from that idiotic customer service. They pay off well every month but that is also the only thing.
Ideally I would like to say goodbye to this corrupt mess immediately and now that there is an idiotic Italian at the helm, Maximo Ibarra ... you are completely lost as a customer. This will focus even more on grazing without having to provide any counterpart.
Cancer company, has been without internet since November 17 because of 'excellent' service from KPN. Now promise that I will have internet again on January 3, but I don't believe a single cancer.

FUNNY I have not been with the Kpn but in a former office building that has been converted into homes
I use it as a restaurant when I pass by the neighbourhood during lunchtime. 1 meal, 1 salad 2 soups and 1 snack to choose from, and then of course the dutch tradition of ample types of bread and toppings. Also sell fresh juices.
It's good place , food of cafeteria is awesome but yes you need the access to get into the building
