My plumber was Brian Rawles and he had to unclog my bathroom sink and tub, fix my leaking shower, and replace my kitchen sink drain line. Best service ever and I have had no problems since repairs were made. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a good plumber. A++++

Over priced, just need a pipe cut and a cap put on. Charged $300 for 10 dollars worth of parts and less than one hour of work. Did show up on time and did the work, but extremely over priced.

Extremely professional and very affordable. Brian showed up the same day and fixed my problem immediately. He even put protectors over his shoes to not track any dirt on my carpet. I only wish my cable installers were this quick, clean, and courteous. Two Thumbs up guys!!

Mateusz really knows plumbing. He is polite, prepared and professional. He and his partner replaced the improperly installed overflow and regular drains in our jacuzzi tub. He immediately identified the problems with the original plumbing and proceeded to correctly make repairs.

Charged $295.00 to unclog a kitchen drain and was given no guarantee on the work. They wanted to charge $75.00 to change the flapper valve in a tolit.

Brian at Kay Plumbing, hands down is the best plumber I had working in my house. Great work, good price and very respectful worker. They have replaced my water heater, bathroom sink, and two toilets and repair my faucets in the bathrooms. They are the BEST.

Had constant problems with my plumbing concerning leaks due to acidic water eating away the metal connection fittings. To fix the problem the whole house needed to be re-piped. Kay Plumbing did the work and finished the job in a little less than 2 days. I also had them replace the water heater because it was 18 years old and getting close to it's life expectancy. Was very little interruption because we stayed here while they did the job. They did the job for a very fair price. I was very satisfied with the job. Always professional. This was actually the second job that they did for me. Months ago I had another water problem that was traced to a ruptured bladder in my water tank. They also replaced the water tank in a few hours. Price was very fair. Will use them for any plumbing problems.

This is not the first time Kay Plumbing has come to my rescue when water has spewed forth: first time on Christmas Day and October 8, 2019, when my hot water heater regurgitated all the water to the second floor. I had a new water heater installed and brought up to code in less than 24 hours. Prior to my decision as to what kind of water heater, the young man Barrette went through all options and pricing. He was very thorough and professional. The plumbing team worked well with the water mitigation team and everyone got their tasks done in a timely manner. I ask endless questions and Barrette answered all. I think of Kay Plumbing as my company and I have recommended them to family and friends. Great service Brian Rawles was great. My hot water heater was leaking . It was a late night emergency call . They called back quick, and fixed my issue quickly. I will not use any other plumbing service. The pricing was upfront no surprises . Super friendly they even took the time to explain and show me what was causing the leak. If you need plumbing work call them you will not be disappointed.

My experience with Kay Plumbing services was awesome!!!! Our tech, Sammie, came out late in the night to not only inspect our bad hot water heater but replaced it all by herself. Always have a good experience with Kay. We have a gold maintenance plan and have our tankless water heater descaled yearly. I have noticed since a remodel my washer was not getting cold water. The 2 plumbers that came out knew how to fix the issue and took steps to help save us some money. They were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Less than an hour after I called for service (broken pipe after water meter) the plumber was there. I was told upfront what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The problem was fixed in no time. The plumber was very nice, dressed neatly in company uniform, very professional. Had a major leak (more like a flood) with the supply line to my tankless water heater , outside my kitchen, which was flooding the crawl space all under the floor and walls. Called Kay Plumbing after 5:00 PM on 6/19/18. Explaned the urgrnt situation to a very plesant and anxious to help lady, who promised a serviceman by 10:00 PM and sooner if possible. She called back within about 29 minutes to say "due to the degree of emergency you have, we have a service man who will arrive at your house within 29 minutes. Within the next 30 to 45 minutes he had completed the repairs and we once again had hot water, with the flooding leak I had called about, repaired. Anyone wishing to have confirmatio of Kay's determination to do a good repair can call Kay, ask them for my phone number, (permission herein granted to release my phone number as stated) and I will give the caller(s) my detailed experience with Kay. Their total cost for the work was reasonable, under the circumstances. Plus, they have a Maintenance program that is very cost saving with free water and drainage inspections. I highly reccomend Kay for everyone's plumbing needs.

Kay plumbing replaced the sewer line outside my house. Their staff members Joshua and Mateusz are highly skilled and professional. They gave me the best solution and the most competitive price quote for the work. I am also very happy with the timeliness and quality of work. Got the job done and my shower works now, so yay! There was part of it he said he couldn't fix so he just glued it...hopefully that isn't an issue later. As usual I felt that my time meant nothing to them (as seems to be normal with things like plumbers and hvac techs). My 10-12 window ended up taking until 3pm because when he went to get the part he was called away on some more important job. I did actually have places to be but I've also never had someone in the service industry show any respect for my time. I will probably look elsewhere next time in my continued search for a company that doesn't leave you waiting all day for a quick service.

Woke up to no water on a Wednesday morning and called them right away. They were there in no time, found and explained the problem to me, gave me a quote, and had it fixed by about 9:15. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems!

We just had our follow up on the installation of our new water tank system that goes to our well and we wanted to say how professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous Brian has been for us on all occasions . Our first visit from Brian at Kay Plumbing came on a Saturday when we had no water after electricity went out and later came back on. We were so relieved to receive a prompt response and repair to restore our water especially during the hot summer and caring for two young grandchildren. Konrad replaced my tankless water heater this week. In 8 hours from our call he was able to arrive onsite, diagnose the failed heat exchanger, work with the manufacturer to get the warranty approved, pick up a replacement tankless water heater from a wholesaler and install. He was very professional. His enterprise had great technology to let us know when he was enroute and onsite at our home to do the repairs. When entering our home he wore booties and he did a good job of under-promising and over delivering. We will definitely use his enterprise again

I was a HPA member for 2+ years. The first year I had a lot of work done on master bathroom, upstairs bathroom and kitchen sink. I was very pleased. A few months ago I had all downstairs toilets backed up. (Not flushing). I called Kay. They said if they're were going to have to snake pipes it would be $225. I agreed to this charge. However, all it required was a plunging with a plunger to unclog both toilets. Kay still charged me the $225. I was very disappointed and felt like as a valued HPA customer the service charge and "repair" would have been much less. The serviceman suggested I invest in a PLUNGER to save money. I was not and am still not happy. I discontinued my membership.

Out faucet busted and started spraying all over the place and we just didn't have the time to work on it ourselves. We called Kay Plumbing and they sent someone over right away to help us. Fantastic service. Problem was a good bit bigger than originally thought, Bryan stayed on it until it was fixed right. Even though the job was more complicated than appeared the original quoted price remained the same. Great company that now has a new customer for life.

We used Kay Plumbing for the second time today. They're the most knowledgeable and professional plumbers we've ever used and we plan to use them for all our future plumbing needs. They did an inspection of our entire house and resolved many problems we had been having over time, along with talking with us about potential problems to be on the lookout for. All equipment (like toilets, etc.) are very high quality and installed to last. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I am so glad I went with Kay Plumbing to replace my hot water heater. I was out of town and made a few calls to different places and they were one of two companies willing to roll a truck out to my house to give a free quote. The other company never got back to me. Mat (the plumber) called and let me know he'd give me a few quotes with different options, which he did the very next morning. I picked one and he came out when I needed, on time. Mat was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He did the work effortlessly and even installed the digital controller in the garage which I wasn't expecting. And I hope this doesn't get him in trouble but he even helped me fix my car! (just a jump and some tips) They truly exceeded my expectations. If I need any other work done I'm calling them.

Water line buried in yard broke on Saturday morning. By 1PM plumber was on site and had made a correct diagnosis. He gave an accurate and reasonable estimate and fully explained my options as well as money saving alternatives. By about 3 PM the repair had been completed and the area where digging was needed restored in good fashion. After years with another plumber, Kay is my new go to. Plumber was a young man totally polite and professional. Someone raised him right.
