After 2.5 years the casing of the cord of the Miele Complete C3 Black Diamond vacuum cleaner is already broken in 3 places. So just out of the warranty.
This is very fast for a Miele quality product and does not seem safe to us either! It probably also causes the cord to roll poorly.
Telephone contact with Miele to appeal to non-conformity has yielded nothing. For a new cord reel they not only dare to ask 66, but you can also replace it yourself.
A disappointing 'leniency'.
