Welcomed by friendly man but planned repair appointment was canceled because part was not present on the bus. Can happen but strange if the appointment has already been made a few days before. Incidentally, it is also about a common washing machine part! Washing machine, incidentally, not yet 6 months old. In short, not very satisfied and a bit of a shame !!!
