The person from the back office calls me back and has not seen a brush but has received the letter that was in the same package, so the problem of the brush was not looked into. Because I did not buy the brush from Miele, but from the local tradesman, they do not want to reimburse the brush. "It was not bought from us". Thus your back office employee. Miele is Miele or not? He also wanted the serial number and the purchase receipt of the Miele vacuum cleaner?! ... I think this is completely separate from the new brushes that I bought all new afterwards. At my request if he wanted to send my sent brush back to me, I was told: "if I can find it" I would like to receive my sent back brush and of course the shipping costs.
