It took 2 hours for oil and filter changes. There wasn't anyone waiting besides me. I asked the service advisor for a discount for my time, she said she could do nothing. The sad thing is, I was considering the Shelby GT-350 as a second car. I won't be buying anything from them.

I needed my car fix after a wreck this is were the insurance sent me it didn't take me long to realize they were working with the insurance company to get out of doing all the repairs don't trust them they are lies and cheats to get repeated work thrue the insurance company they tried to charge me 100$ a hour out my pocket just to ases the damages that was the result from being rearended! State Farm and Ford Middletown trying to stick it to me knowing I was on disability and couldn't hire a attorney it's been 3 months my damages still haven't been fixed@

Painless, quick experience - had a couple cars in mind before I got there, spoke to Ken Lang about them, and since it was about 45 minutes from closing time, they let me take one of the cars home to check it out further. Told them to proceed with the paperwork, etc, etc the next morning and finalized things the following afternoon.

Dennis the service manager is a good guy and so is John in service. The mechanics are solid too. If you're thinking about having major services performed, Roy is the man. He is the veteran of the shop. When Roy provides a diagnosis there is no second guessing. The man is a phenomenal mechanic. Typically the wait time is up to week out outside of oil changes which is great compared to Lebanon & Interstate which are easily 3 weeks or more booked out. Great work guys. Sarah Gentry in sales is another amazing person. Her personal skills and follow through skills are unmatched.

Adam Ervin helped me find the perfect car for me. He was very hospitable, patient, and honest with me, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I can definitely see us returning here in the future to buy our next car, as the entire staff was very warm and inviting. I never felt that I was being pressured or deceived in anyway by anyone at the dealership and I am very happy with my purchase! I definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of a vehicle!

Sales staff was extremely helpful. Their main concern was not trying to oversell me but rather to make sure that I got the proper vehicle, in this case, truck, for my needs with the optional equipment that I needed and not loading it with items that I didn't. This is my second major vehicle purchase from this dealer and I have no reservations in recommending them to other individuals. Ask for Sarah. She made this whole vehicle buying experience fun instead of something to dread.

I have a Ford Mustang and it was starting to give me a little trouble by jerking and doing strange things while accelerating. I live closer to the Tri county Ford dealership and took it there first, but they kept it for about an hour and claimed that there was nothing wrong with it. I then scheduled an appointment with Middletown Ford. The first thing I noticed is that when your driving from a certain direction, that the service department area is practically hidden from view. When I brought it in, we spent ten minutes wondering where to pull the car in. The people were friendly there and they were honest, but I was only expecting a two to three day stay at most. They kept my car for almost three weeks. I have never heard of such a thing. Everyday at work, my coworker would ask me, So, did you get your car back yet? It was kind of embarrassing. What a rotten deal. The Mustang does run better and it appears fixed, which I am grateful for, I only wish that the process could have been a little bit smoother and I wish that i could have gotten my car back in a faster manner, for I missed another appointment that I had made with another body shop for a small dent, which was disappointing. All in all, the service was okay at this location. At least they did fix the car and did not give me the run around. Thank you.

Went in to schedule an appt for a recall on my '09 Escape. John got me in the very next day. I showed up at my appt time and was helped right away. From the time it took to do the paperwork and them working on my car, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Will go there again in the future for my Ford needs.

A gentleman by the name of Doug took care of me. I over 35 years of driving and having my vehicles serviced I have never been treated so fairly and courteously before. My only wish is that I had came to Middletown Ford's Service Center before now and have had Doug always taken care of

I am very displeased with my last two service visits.

The first visit I took my truk in because the tire was rubbing on one side when I make a hard turn. The truck has an aftermarket lift, installed and sold new to me by Ford. The truck never had issues with this until recently. They had the truck for a couple of days and all they could tell me was, they didn't know why it was happening.

My next visit only a couple weeks later was for a misfire on the same truck. They were much quicker about diagnosing the problem this time and called me with a quote. The quote was recommended for a change of all the plugs, coils and fuel service. $779.00 total. Seemed a bit high but it gets better. I asked that they just repair the cylinder that was fouling. Quoted $250+. Not something I was happy with but I figured it would take care of the issue and I understand the shop fee is always going to be high.

I agreed to the service and was called at the completion of the work. I was told I could pick the car up and it would be $444.00. this was for one plug, one coil and shop fee. I questioned this because it was not what I agreed to and was told, that he wasn't sure how my first coat was possible given that the parts were $125 for the coil plus the plug and shop fees. Well if that's the case the $779.00 would have been inaccurate as well because the parts alone would have well exceeded the $779.00.

In short I paid $444.00 to get my truck which was repaired with a single plug and coil. For a full plug job, this would cost well over 2664 for just the six plugs and coils with additional fees for the extra shop time.

How is this reasonable????

I really liked this dealership for purchasing cars, I've bought two trucks there and even drove over 30 miles to have my trucks serviced there. Not sure I'll return, at least for service.

I'm a brother of someone who bought from here. And lets just say they ripped off my sister big time. There warranty is crap plus they charge you 1 thousand extra for it. there repairs are over priced If you want a good deal stay away from this place !

At this point I wouldn't recommend that anyone buy an automobile from Middletown Ford. Their customer service may be the worst I've ever experienced. I've called the service department no less than 25 times since the first of the year. Each time I was promised a call back and have never gotten a single one.

I went in not knowing what car was best for me, they helped me in so many ways. I told them what I wanted my payments to look like and they found the perfect car! They even went the extra mile by letting me take the car for an over night test drive which I didn't know you could do, I drove the car and I really got the feeling that it was the right car for me. I 110% recommend going here for your next car purchase! All of the staff were super friendly and explained everything so clearly. This was my first car purchase ever and I won't be going anywhere else if I decide down the road to get a new car! Absolutely loved everything about my experience!

This is the second SUV we purchase from Middletown Ford and we have absolutely loved the experience. As soon as we pulled up in the parking lot we were greeted by Robert who welcomed us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
Robert s guidance was professional and friendly and, together with the rest of the sales team, made us a great offer on our trade and helped us by taking care of all of the paperwork.
I strongly recommend Middletown Ford and Robert to anyone looking for expert service when looking to purchasing a new vehicle.

The worst service center ever. We took our daughters car to have recalls replaced on the vehicle. Long story short, they implied they fixed the recalls but did not. They allowed us to think they had done their job. I will never use this dealership again.

Took my car in yestersay, nothing wrong with it. Just needed an oil change. After the works was finished I took my car home to get back in the car and now the engine light is flashing when I put the car in reverse is shakes real bad when I go put it in drive the car shakes real bad and seems like it wants to stall. Nothing was wrong with this car at all just need a simple oil change and now i have a car not wanting to work also out my son at risk when trying to drive it and I had to call off work today. Going to Ford yesterday was my first time and this is what I'm dealing with now, now I have to wait till they open to call losing a day of work. This is not okay in my book and I am extremely upset with this service

Hours are not very accommodating for people with careers. No late hours and Saturday hours are for simple customer pay work. Took too long (3 days) to perform the services; water pump replacement, upper radiator hose, coolant flush and oil pan gasket replacement. Felt like I was lied to about the dealership waiting on the water pump supposedly not in stock and the reason for the delay. Had to call the service writer anytime I needed an update. I requested the service writer place the faulty upper radiator hose in the vehicle because I recently had it replaced elsewhere. I would not have even taken it back to Middletown Ford, but because some of the work was warranty they were my last resort to get it in for possible over heat problem. Still have same noise that I had when I took it in for the original service request.
Overall pretty poor customer service experiences on two occasions that I have taken my truck into Middletown Ford.

Recently had oil changed. That part of service was great! The following day, I was traveling the interstate when I heard something hit the bottom of car. Didn't think too much of it until I got off on the exit and heard the most awful noise! I was able to pull off the road and discovered a piece of the under carriage cover dragging the ground. As this was a weekend, I wasn't able to have it taken care of until Monday. Until that time, I was able to keep it taped up (sort of). When I was able to bring it in to be looked at, I was taken care of fairly quickly. I had an appointment for 2:45. I sat in the lounge until almost 5:00, when the service manager was getting ready to leave. I don't know what happened during that 2 hour time frame, but I am sure it could not have taken that long to replace a bolt.

Service is terrible, if your looking to get a new engine put in your vehicle go here. Overheard conversation that techs cut corners and left silicone in an oil pan that went threw the engine and now needs replaced. That place is dirty, always leaves marks inside my vehicle and can t order a set of vent visors that are not scratched. Gonna have to try a different dealer from now on with an overall better customer experience!!!

Well I now live south of Nashville but I still miss Middletown Ford service department and John Walton. Whenever we are up in the Middletown area and I need oil changes, tuneup, etc on our 2010 Ford Escape we go there. John always treats us as if we were special and is so professional and friendly. But he treats everybody that same way. Good man and very good at his job. Thanks John!

had TOTALLY so much bad experienced in this company , I bought my car (chevy 2010 cobalt) in this dealer and when you don't know about car they just took advantage of you .THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME BEING NAIVE IN THAT MOMENT and MY LACK OF UNDERSTANDING.
when I consult a financial rep. and told me this company give me the bad car in the lot , car that has a odor that they cover it up, gave me a 27% interest, and the car that is been recalled / a lot of people die on it due to recalled parts .
over all i'm so upset to this company .

Took my vehicle in for a recall repair. The service Technician broke clips on my car door panel behind the door handle and tried to hot glue them back on. It was in the middle of February, so needless to say it fell off when I returned home & pulled the door handle. I was less than pleased.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. If a car dealership promises you things to get completed on your car they should keep their word.Once they make that sale they could care less about the little things they put in contract for their customer. I purchased my vehicle in October & still have NOT got the bumber repaired they did finally put plastic license plate holder on front (installed crooked) also promised an extra remote key & they just gave me a noramal key which I do not have key holes in my doors or trunk , it' not the customers fault that they don't have enough staff to complete the job so once again they are telling me for the 4th time bring it back on 6/19/18 !!!! I'm so over it !! They had my car 4 weeks for a recall & the bumper could & should have been done then, but no they make it an inconvience for the customer. I've never had such a bad experience at a car dealership !

Middletown Ford had my "Dream Expedition" and the gentleman that was helping me was absolutely awsome! I had been looking for a couple of months for a vehicle...nothing..floated my boat...lol. Middletown Ford was a 45 minute drive for me..best drive I could of made! My next vehicle will be for them! Love love love my Expedition!!

A couple of months ago I took my car in for it just shutting off after trying to accelerate. Middletown Ford had it for a full week after telling me they only would have it for a couple days. Then, when they told me it was ready, I went to pick it up, only for them to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. I took off from the lot, and not 15 minutes later it was doing the same thing. I called them immediately and they told me to bring it back, I did. The second time, they also told me that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I took it to Lebanon Ford, and it took them a while, but they fixed it. And not to my surprise, they DID find something majorly wrong with it. My car is now due for an oil change, and I thought what the heck, I'll give them another chance. So I called to schedule my appointment for an oil change and a battery exchange. The person who was recording my appointment, didn't ask for my name or give me a time. I thought that was strange, so I told him my name anyway. He said " okay, see you tomorrow" Again, I didn't have a time, so I said, "Wait! What time?" He told me to come around 11:30. So I show up for my appointment, at 11:25, right on time. Only to be told I wasn't on their books. The man at the front desk treated me as if it was my fault, and that I had made the mistake. So I asked him if he could squeeze me in, and he said that is was going to be at least three hours before they could even get to my car. I left, and went somewhere else. I WILL NOT BE back to Middletown Ford. I also called to speak to the manager, only to be transferred around four times, still not able to talk to anyone. I was about to trade in my car, because our family is growing, but it will not be here.

Had my vehicle towed to this dealership on a Frida...

Had my vehicle towed to this dealership on a Friday night. Was told Saturday it would be ready on Monday, at the latest, Tuesday. 6 business days later, the only thing that had occurred was charging me for a new battery that the car didn't need and two hours of labor to uninstall a remote start system. Throughout those 6 days I had to call multiple times to ensure the car was even being worked on. I brought my concerns to the manager and was disappointed with is his indifference. 6 days to charge me for a battery I didn't need, and a solution that wasn't well explained or had a high confidence factor. Will not be returning or recommending any longer.

I have had a couple warranty issues taken care of at Middletown and everyone involved in service has done a great job for my wife and I , really appreciate the attention to details and skill of Techs and front service advisors. I recently got with the sales department to finalize an order on the new Bronco, and this was early on in the Bronco ordering process when all details were not truly set up, and had Rob Canfield help with getting the process ironed out. With Rob and Willie Avery, the sales manager, my Bronco order got finalized . Good help with how I wanted my ride to be and the good service help that has been shown with me, I feel at ease coming in . Thanks.

Took my dad here to get a recall fixed on his car. As far as I know, they fixed it, but even though they called us to pick the car up when it was finished, they didn't even know where the car was and sent us all over the place, BY OURSELVES to hunt for it. Not impressed with customer service.
