If you are looking for a well operated, organized and professional Land Rover/Jaguar dealership then these guys are the best in central/southern Ohio. My sales associate was professional and responsive. The facilities are impressive and top notch. They also have an impressive collection of classic Jaguars onsite. I live in Columbus Ohio and they will come and pick my Land Rover for routine maintenance etc.

JLR Cincy quickly and professionally serviced my EPace. My service advisor, Charlene Salyers, was friendly and efficient.

The best part of the experience was driving the 2020 FPace loaner. The upgraded features have me seriously considering purchasing a new vehicle.

As an extra bonus, I was even given recommendations on great places to checkout for lunch.

I've been a customer for about 3 years and I can tell you that the customer service I receive from the folks at Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati is so far above and beyond the service I've every received. The sales folks, led by Dave H. are always accommodating and the service folks do whatever they can to take good care of you and your vehicle. They always go above and beyond whether its scheduling conflicts, rentals, etc. We really like our guys at JLR Cincinnati and look forward to many more years of partnership with them.

These guys are useless when it comes to service/re...

These guys are useless when it comes to service/repairs. However, over charging they're experts.
I just moved and I was in-between finding a new mechanic, so I decided to try the Cincinnati Jaguar stealership as they were close.
I ordered a new shock bolt from them in person, it was incorrect & I had to return it and use the original bolt.
I had a vibration in the front side when turning at speed, Cincinnati Jaguar diagnosed it as an unbalanced wheel and wanted $100 to balance all 4 tires. They also told me both rear shocks needed replacing.
I had a small leak in a small coolant line on top of the engine, Cincinnati Jaguar wanted over $500 to replace the hose and labor.

Instead, I found an indie to look at these issue and the front vibration was a bad wheel hub and the shocks didn't need replacing. The indie also replaced the coolant hose for under $100.

I couldn't recommend these guys for servicing/repairs, go elsewhere!!

I picked up my 2015 F-Type CPO on Saturday. What a beautiful vehicle. Michael Hamlin my sales guide worked with me diligently to get me in this car. He fullfilled all my requested concerns about small blemishes. He supplied me with touch up paint and all the service records. Look him up if you're in the market. He is very responsive to questions and works hard to earn your business. Love the experience so much I went back for a second purchase. This time I purchased a 2016 XF S AWD CPO for my wife for Christmas. Michael was my go to guy again. My wife looked at the car on 12/22/18 and I drove it off the lot on 12/24/18. Showed up at the house with a big red bow on it. Follow up on 12/1/2019. Both vehicles are exceptional. Still impressed with performance and reliability. Service has been spot on and completed the first time. Michael treats me as a friend not a customer. He takes time out of his schedule when I come in for service. 12/31/2020 my annual service was due on the 2016 XF. Made a service appt. and showed up at 7:30 and Charlene was my service adviser handled my requirements. I always like to discuss how my service went with the tech and that happened. Service dept. is top notch and have always done right by me.

Just want to share what an amazing experience we had this week working with Frank Hutson at Jaguar Land Rover of Cincinnati. I purchased my daughter a Range Rover thru Frank, and he was very comfortable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He made the whole process so easy and went out of his way to provide more value added services than the norm. This is our 3rd Range Rover in our family and we just love the quality, service, and personal relationship with Jaguar Land Rover.

My Experience with Land Rover was great from the time i sent my E-mail request thanks to Nikki very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained the process of making an appt for seeing and test driving the vehicle . I was introduced to Glen Sullivan sales rep who was very professional and friendly and worked with all my needs and wants did a phenomenal in getting the vehicle ready and expediting all paperwork so I was able to take my new Range Rover home with me I truly enjoy my Vehicle and look forward to many years of enjoyment with my Range Rover I like it so much that Glen is looking for one for my wife , I also appreciate the fact that being from Dayton , Chip and his sales staff offered to pick my vehicle up for me when it needs to be serviced they go above and beyond for customer service ,90% of dealers would not do that , so 5 stars for your customer service . We as a customers purchase these types of vehicles which are luxurious. and the vehicles speaks for itself and you know what your buying , but it"s up to the dealership to make that transaction go smoothly and provide great customer service thru out the whole process from buying the vehicle to serviciing the vehicle which is the reputation that your dealership provides so yes Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati you have earned another customer with my family in the years to come . Great staff! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, will greet you with a smile and ask you if there's anything they can do for you or get you a drink or snack. Lol. Zero pressure from the sales department. Jeff Knollman is the best and makes you feel like you're buying your vehicle from your best bud. Lisa Coleman is the finest Director of Finance I've ever met. She won't steer you wrong and has the customer's best interest at heart. Tony in Service is top notch and makes sure to keep you updated on your progress as well as double and triple checks the work before the vehicle is returned. If you need a loaner brought to you or your vehicle delivered back to you, ask for DJ, he's always happy to go above and beyond to get your vehicle back to you safely, with a smile. We lost a tire to a road hazard on the morning drive to work. Called JLR-Cincinnati for help. Within an hour, JLR roadside assistance had us underway on the temporary spare and, by midafternoon, our JLR service advisor (Lee) got our car scheduled in and we had new tires before. Just in time as the winter weather arrived later in that same evening.

I am one of the longest customer with Jaguar Land Rover , Cincinnati since they opened dealership for Land Rover in 1989-90.
I bought 9 wheicles in the past 27 years including the most recent Range Rover 2017. Needless to say I am very satisfied with each transaction.I live about 3.5 hours away from dealership, but every service trip the staff make me feel at home, accommodate to my needs and make my 7 hours road trip worthwhile. I like the wheicle, the new show room and service department and provide the same service tech ( Stan ) each time when I asked.
Driving about 3.5 hours for each service, each trip was made pleasant and complete, Every one in service dept. understand my time and effort and take great care of my cars as well as me too. Change of place and people but the great culture to keep me highly satisfied .Very enjoyable time i the building and waiting r

I truly love the ability to have them come and exchange cars however; this last issue with my car has been a nightmare. My thermostat blew on my 2015, it took a while to fix, I went to pick up my car got on the highway and the engine light came on and I turned around immediately and left my car again. This time it was a week, no one contacted me about the problem until it was time to pick it up. I had someone pick my car up since I was out of town and when I returned and drove it to get gas, engine light again on. At this point, I will be driving back there on Wednesday to drop it off again..ugh. Lastly, it would be nice to have the car washed while there too for so long :)

Purchased my first vehicle (2020 Jaguar F-Pace) from Jaguar-Land Rover Cincinnati and the buying experience was like no other I have had. There were no high-pressure selling tactics, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision throughout the buying process. The entire staff I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. Internet Manager Anna Leatherbee replied to my initial online inquiry promptly and professionally. Sales Executive Glen Sullivan patiently showed me a couple of different vehicles I was interested in and answered all of my questions without trying to pressure me into buying "today." Glen was also very thorough in showing me all of the bells and whistles included in my F-Pace after I made the purchase. Sales Manager Nikki Leper worked with me on the deal which I felt was very fair, and Finance Manager Andrew Giacomo was very easy to deal with when it came time to sign the papers.

Overall, an excellent buying experience!

After a lot of research and waiting, I found they had the perfect car in stock. We went in, ready to buy. The staff said our salesman would meet us into the lot for a test drive.

We waited in the lot but he never showed up. Went inside, the welcome desk was empty. No big deal, we had to leave but they had our info, they should call us soon, right? No one called. A week later and the car has sold to someone else.

This is not the level of service I expected from Jaguar, but maybe I expected too much. We have now focused our search to more customer centric brands.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ali Clarke while shopping for our Discovery Sport this past week. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the different vehicles but she was incredibly responsive and patient with any questions we had. I find car buying to be sometimes intimidating or overwhelming but Ali made the entire experience fun and easy. Everything from the sales manager Ricky welcoming me in and making sure everything was going smoothly, to working with Ali on finding the right vehicle, and signing papers with Lisa was such high end customer service. I highly recommend working with their team on your next car buying adventure! You won't regret it!

I am so pleased I can buy a RR from outside of Columbus and have it serviced far superior to what I have had in the past. The personalized service that Eric (the one who sold me the car a year ago) and my service representative Jamie Fox give is just wonderful. Jamie made it so easy and even worked in a detail for my car that I know went above and beyond. I recommend to all my friends that own RR's to buy their next one from Jaguar Range Rover of Cincinnati. That's how I found out about them. Excellent! 6 stars!

This was the first time I had taken my Range Rover...

This was the first time I had taken my Range Rover Sport to Land Rover Cincinnati. I was given great guidance not to drive it there for safety reason and Charlene took care of getting my car picked up and delivered home within a few days. The work done by the dealership was fantastic and quick. Charlene's constant contact with me around what was going on and when my car would be returned was awesome. I will definitely continue taking my car to Land Rover Cincinnati even those there are closer dealerships around.

Just recently acquired my first car from Land Rover a week ago and I have to appreciate the professionalism of the Sales Rep Denise; making the vehicle purchasing experience very easy for me. I was not planning to buy a vehicle that day and I did; while in some other instances I would just leave a dealer for feeling unappreciated or harassed; all the contrary she was very respectful, patient, not pushy and helpful in all questions that I could have.
