Andria Roberts was fantastic as a sales consultant, Terrell in finance was really very helpful.Although I did not have any service work done that day I can definitely say that Roy is a terrific mechanic. You couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely horrible service, people are short and rude with you for one and I was told my car would be done within an hour so I waited for 2 hours and walked back and my car hasn t even been touched! Waste of my time don t come here!

I just recently had to have two recalls fixed on my Ford Focus. When I called the service department I talked to Alicia who assisted me from start to finish. The service department at Middletown Ford took excellent care of my car and Alicia made the process extremely easy and she even helped and providing me a rental as my car would be down for several days so that way I would still have transportation I am very satisfied with Middletown Ford they definitely have a customer for life with me

My time at Middletown Ford was pleasant to say the least. I was treated like a guest not a customer. I received a great deal as well. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle! Tom was my salesman and he was great as well. I didnt feel pressured at all!

Bought a vehicle from there a couple years ago. They spray painted everything black to cover up the rust underneath. The loan the trade in was with wasn't paid off in time and the loan company said I was responsible for. The dealership was suppose to pay the loan when I bought the used vehicle (isn't that the entire point of what a dealership vehicle purchase is?). 20,000 miles later with an extended warranty oil leak, badly worn tires, exhaust leak, needed new brakes, tie rod ends, front suspension, tires, and wheels. Lived in another state tried to get these items fixed and because it was another brand the warranty battles ensued. The radio didn't work I had to drive back twice at the cost of $100 dollars each time. Told them I was sending the bill from my local dealership, which they did pay to get the radio working. Sad but another typical quick used car dump off left for the customer to fix.

My husband and I bought a SUV at Middletown Ford about a week ago. The car is fine so far just not thrilled with how they do business. For starters we were there over 3 hours and we were pre-qualified! Which was supposed to save 90 minutes at the dealer...wrong! They would not budge on the price and low balled me on my trade. My trade which they only gave me $3500 they have listed for $9000. So if anyone thinks of buying a "rare" car from them look out, you will be paying far too much!

I had a really awful experience here. I came in to look at new cars.. The sales man refused to let me test drive the car I had came to the lot to see( 2014 Fiesta) and instead insisted I drive a used 2011 model for it to be in my 'price range'. I went along with it cause I didn't remember exactly what the price range was. The price for the 2011 was more than the new models price according to Fords website, for a used car with less features. The KBB value on the used fiesta was 5k less then what I was quoted as a great price. Sales people were rude and talked to me like I was stupid for being confused on why I was being quoted prices were thousands more then MSRP on new cars during an apparent sale. It's sad this is Middletown's only ford dealer, definitely worth driving further and not getting ripped off.

They made the car buying process relatively easy and quick. My husband and i bought a car on Saturday, they were supposed to call us Monday to tell us when to come pick up the other set of keys for the car and they never called so then on Tuesday I called them and was told that I would get a call back and I never got a call back. we still have not received a call regarding our extra set of keys and every time I call, they just tell me they re gonna call us back so that s pretty irritating.

My husband's truck needed service. They were great about getting the truck serviced in a timely manner which we were greatful for. However, when he went to pick it up the Reece hitch was stolen. He called and spoke to the secretary and she said things "go missing" frequently, and that she would have the manager call. A month later and we are still waiting for a call from the manager.

Service department bent over backwards to get my car fixed so I could go on vacation on time. They were so kind and professional in all conversations with me, and made sure that I was informed at each step of the process. I appreciate the personal touch that I always get from this dealership, and will remain a customer for an indefinite period of time into the future. Even though I no longer live in the immediate area, I will bypass Ford dealerships that are located closer to my home to seek out sales and service from Middletown Ford.

From the beginning to the end it was a great. Starting withu salesman Brandon and the entire finance team. They worked their butts off to get me the best deal they could. I ended up walking out with a better car then what I was looking for. Thanks guys and of you are looking for a car these are the people to see. Middletown Ford is the best at what they do.

Ok until three days later the car they said was fine and their mechanics had looked over had a warning light pop on. Needed a new alternator when I contacted them they said to take it a dealer to have them look at it. They then refused to pay for the fix. I explained that the sales rep said to bring it back if anything strange happens or doesn't work and they would take care of it. He was just saying whatever he could to make the sale. They did pay for half the fix out of good will after arguing. A quality dealer would have taken care of all it after just 3 days! 3 DAYS! The dealer I took it to said they could not believe they were refusing to pay for it. Ford should be ashamed to allow them to be a certified dealer.

He tried very hard to help me find a car but couldn't find the one l wanted ,but he took my information and will keep looking until he can find what l am looking for. This is NOT your typical, high pressure car dealer...

This is NOT your typical, high pressure car dealership! This was like buying a car from a long time friend! We worked with Sarah and Tom in Sales and Terrell in Finance. Sarah was so amazing, informative, and knew all of the ins and outs of each car we looked at! So much that we ended up driving off of the lot with 2 certified cars! Tom was fantastic!
He was helping us every step of the way with anything we needed and Terrell worked his magic with our loans and got us a great trade in value and low down payment. We couldnt be happier!!!! Thank you guys so much for all of your help and patience with our inexperience - and our pack of wild kids! This entire experience was so much more fun than we ever anticipated. We will definately see you guys in 18 months!

This was the worst experience of my life!!!! My husband and I have two small children, and with two small children comes a lot of extra baggage to carry around; double stroller, two diaper bags, car seats and god only knows what else. So we decided to get a truck, something with a bed that we could use and have enough room for everything. We went to Middletown Ford and good god it just kept getting worse and worse. We went to talk to them about a Dodge Ram for 12000, well that was sold. So the sales rep is talking to us about CARS! I told him multiple times we wanted a truck, and he says well why only a truck and not a car. I told him we have two small children and have half a house worth of stuff to carry, once all that is in the car there is no room for groceries or anything else. We tried to be nice and look at a SUV. we thought ah it wont hurt. Well we were wrong. My six month old son started getting fussy and it was 95 degrees out. So I told my husband we should go, they had nothing we wanted and the SUV was way to small. So we told the sales rep we needed to go, he then told my husband he was going to take a copy of his license. NO HE LIED HE WAS HOLDING IT SO WE COULDN'T LEAVE! He then proceeded to try to show us more vehicles at this point both babies were fussing. The man would not listen and continued to hold onto my husbands license. At this point I was beyond mad.. The manager or who ever came out and was hassling us to stay ten minutes. WHAT PART OF I HAVE TO LEAVE DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND!! Now mad isn't even what i was feeling, I grabbed both kids looked at the sales reps and told them we were LEAVING!! They then after another few minutes gave his license back. I don't recommend this place at all, they didn't listen to a word we said and were just unbelievable.

Drove 4.5 hrs to look at a vehicle I was told was in great solid shape i asked about rust issues and was told "just some rust on the bumper" is what he said to me. When I got there from a hundred feet away I could tell the truck had the Ford bed rot syndrome!
The front of the truck bed dropped 2 inches from the cab. JUST BE HONEST WITH PEOPLE!
What a waste of time due to dishonest people. A 9 hr road trip that I didn't need to take.

Buyer beware especially if you are out of state looking online.

Stumbled across the diamond in the rough in Middletown Ford. Small town, family feel with big time deals and excellent sales reps. Sarah was awesome to work with. Named our price and she did everything she could to get us there...even throwing in a couple bonuses to help us out!

I bought my truck from Middletown Ford and took it there for my first service. My appointment was at 12:15 which I booked through my Ford pass app. I left at 3:15 just for an oil change and tire rotation. when I got out to my vehicle it had oil all over the seat center console and door. I am not very happy and probably will never go back to Middletown Ford to have service ever again.

I did get a call later that evening from the service manager apologizing and set me up for a complementary oil change.

We had a very pleasant time working with everyone at the Ford dealership and I think we got a great deal. They were willing to work with our budget and were very knowledgeable. We would recommend this dealership to other buyers out there.

I was looking for a new vehicle since my van was on its last string. I used CarGurus and searched for something that I could afford and would be interested in. There were a few cars I sent requests on but Middletown Ford got back with me right away and even with in my first contact with Dawn I already liked this place. I knew it was going to be almost a 2 hour drive for me but it was so worth it. They were personal and very easy to work with. Especially being a lady. The last time I bought my car from local dealership I got ripped off and taken advantage of being a young woman and having that been the first time I bought a car. I worked with Lisa Farrell!
