Great wedding ceremony venue! Look at those beautifully designed wedding dress!
It was an exciting show with so many stars.i enjoyed each of them .it was a long show.Blake Shelton was so good .Nice guy. Thank you for the tickets
Love this place! Huge casino, nice dining areas, and room service.
MGM Grand Hotel has great experience for Las Vegas travellers when they host interesting event, night clubs, and casino. Mostly, people visit the casino here and they receive voucher to stay at hotel. You can register M-life member card to enjoy benefit. There are some popular night clubs here which tourist can enjoy dancing and music until nearly morning. If you travel with couples or family, you can enjoy at swimming pool. There are several swimming pools at MGM Grand and there are some music event at swimming pool which attract lots of tourist. Stay calm in casino. People who under 18 are not allowed to sit at casino area but they can go through it. Rooms are spacious but the room service is not so great for 5-star hotel. They might focus on casino business
I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the Suite. If I needed anything the staff was always available for extra pillows, or towels etc. Everyone is so courteous. I liked falling asleep to the Green glow of the lights outside the Hotel. We were in walking distance to our itinerary of shows & shops.
Nice updated rooms. They had a boxing match there so it was a mad house when we went. Customer service could be improved. Had a good experience.
NOTE: Only visited casino.
Casino very well done and entertaining. Well laid out for a pleasant experience. Able to get timely drinks while gambling.
Stay well suite was clean and spacious. Resort is very big and lots of crowds
Had a good time clean rooms and plenty of elevators perfectly placed close to the airport on the strip and has plenty of very unique and cool shops and activities inside the building highly recommended!
No water for 2 days in a row. Very poor customer service, they only offered a refund on the "resort fee." I will never stay at another MGM property ever again.
West Wing is terrible. Do not stay in this wing. The casino itself is good, and there are good restaurant options.
Large casino offering lots of slots table games too , lots of restaurants to choose from big pool.
We stayed for some days at the MGM Grand Hotel that belongs to the biggest (and to my mind the best) hotels in the world. You can easily lose your way if you try to get anywhere in the hotel.
First of all, the entrance hall has an impressive effect due to its enormous size and high-value new-looking interior.
Furthermore, the rooms were pretty, comfortable and clean, the food offered at the buffet was arranged very decoratively and tasted wonderful.
The only problem was the carpeted floor. We had to walk on it to get to our rooms. Every time I just only thought of touching a person or metal parts of a door afterwards, I got an electric shock. It made me wishing I could fly like a bird. There's no need for no one to report such accurately to each member of the hotel staff about every minutest detail. Nevertheless, the hotel staff demonstrated a sense of humor when hearing it, while I personally felt this was not amusing but sad.
More important, I really enjoyed our holidays. I also spent some time in the casino in the first floor and finally managed to win more money there than I had originally brought to the casino - an enjoyable, instructive and interesting experience.
Lastly, The evening lighting of the hotels in Las Vegas is very impressive - at least as long as you don't take the ecological footprint into account. After dinner, you might want to go for a walk and try your luck at the casino of your choice. I would recommend the casino of this luxury hotel.
Altogether, I don't regret the journey and would make the same decisions again.
See you soon.
Went to see the eagles show it was amazing and staff very helpful. Still felt like cattle while slowly making our way through line just to see security. Terrible bottle neck of crowd before getting into area kinda claustrophobic but it doesn't last long.
Big casino and even bigger hotel. Nice rooms, especially the Dream ones that have air purifiers in each room. Casino the typical smoke and light filled gambling center. Food was good at the few places I ate at, just overpriced like other on the strip. The pool looked nice but it isn't a show pool like others. If you get a deal and want to be on the strip then this hotel works.
It's a 5 star hotel. Almost everything you need can be found there. There are some good food courts downstairs. Some stores as well.
Enjoyed our accommodations at the MGM Grand. Had a blast in Las Vegas!
Nice rooms. VERY spacious King Executive Suite. Check-in process was overly complicated. I got the wrong room to start and had to argue with the front desk for half an hour until it was corrected. NO housekeeping service unless requested and they charge you for it.
Great hotel and the staff are great to work with. I have stayed here a few times and this is my main choice when going to Vegas. Rooms are clean and comfy.
This hotel has the best suites. It's the lap of luxury. Kind staff and friendly service.
Bad service bad food. Really bad all the way around.
Very nice and clean. Stayed during pandemic so we did a mobile check in through the Mgm app and made it very easy.
First of all, check in took 45 minutes. Never mentioned our complimentary breakfast or where or how to get them. Also buying refillable drink in a souvenir up poolside at $55 for two allows you to buy refills at only $20 a pop. What a rip off.
This Hotel Casino is located in the Las Vegas area..We always check in here for the Fights..We love the Boxing Matches.. The employees are friendly and helpful..We enjoy the Different Types of Restaurants in the Casino.. Customers are able pay with a credit card or debit card.. This Hotel Casino is Beautiful and Busy..We are able to check Shows,Movies, Boxing Matches at the Box office..It's Worth visiting again
They did a great job moving people through check in process during this pandemic. still able to enjoy the amenities and feel ssfe!
I was working a convention for 2 days. Never stayed in hotel since I'm local but what impressed me the most is the food service staff. Working events you don't always get time for meals. When I was hungry they all spoiled me! They fed me healthy food just on my word that I was working there. The staff is kind, outgoing and hard-working! Thanks to them I got through a 12 hr day!
This is by far the best casino in the world! Never seen anything like it. A very big casino, you could easily get lost inside . I loved the entire environment of this place. Will be going back soon!
I actually did their buffet, which was right in time for their change from breakfast to dinner. Everything was very clean and they had a huge selection on their fruit/salad bar, carving stations and I liked that they serve you the snow crab. Huge dessert/ice cream bar. It was Cinco de Mayo weekend - so it was super crowded and to stand still, was to party!
Stayed the in the Stay-well suites for three nights. The air purifyer makes such a difference. Coming back to the room after being around smoke and people it was lovely fresh air. The beds were memory foam and super comfortable. The staff were always happy to help in anyway they could. We found the laundry service over priced. So we went to a laundromat down the road.
Will happily stay here next time I'm in Vegas. Bring your walking shoes though. The walk up to Caesars Palace and the Bellagio isn't a short one!
Had a great time, even though it was a short visit. Only problem we had was a drunk guy trying to get into our room at 5am. Security staff was great, responding quickly and helping the poor guy off to his room safely.
A really good place to stay if you are a group of young people looking for a place to crash after a night of drinking. The bed was super comfortable, but you are probably better off on the floor than on the pull out couch. As far as gambling goes, when I asked someone where the sports book was he looked at me funny and was like you?? (I m a woman), but was still friendly about it and pointed me in the right direction. The pool is kind of small but it s a pretty chill place to lay out
There maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel and the casino! Keep giving a free mask!
A great hotel but be prepared to walk, a LOT!! It's huge..
I only visited the casino floor but service was decent and it was clean!
Saw Cher in Concert here! It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
whenever we got the chance to get away from the kids we come over here . we love this hotel so much the rooms are nice and spacious and the front desk always treat you with a big smile and friendly attitude . the buffet is one of the best till last visit it was not as good as it used to be from selection to the variety & taste not as good hopefully they will fix that other wise its a perfect 5 stars
Okay enough, but it starts to get old. Check-in took a full hour. The room is good, but worn. Had some issues with our in-room safe, but they came fairly quick and fixed it. All in all, we're satisfied. Ish.
All was good. No issues. Fastest self check in and check out.
I have yet to stay here, but frequent when I'm in Vegas. If my bank account was bigger I'd love to try every single restaurant. Hands down they all look glorious.
I will say Hakkasan is legit from what I remember (take that as you will).
One of the most convenient, and I wish more hotels on that side of the strip did this, is the monorail. Best part.
Rooms are definitely a bit more dated and was somewhat dark. For the price you pay, you can definitely find better hotels on the strip with nicer view and more modern decor. I won't recommend unless you just want to stay in the property after watching a big event or want to have access to the pool.
9th floor windows need to be cleaned at some point this century. Cant really beat a complementary room. All in all, we really loved our experience staying at the MGM Grand.
Drink service is spotty at best. The game selection for slots is very adequate. As mentioned, drink service can be difficult.
Rooms were clean . No refrigerator. One of the outlets was not working. Called maintenance was not fixed the five days that we stayed.
Seems to be a nice place. I felt safe. Security is everywhere.
Convenient location. All-in-one resort with lots of entertainment and food.
Had a fun time with the girls here. Awesome restaurants and the service was amazing. We were pressed for time but they managed to get us fed before the show started.
Went to the Andre Bocelli concert..
It was so good..
First time seeing him in concert...
Will definitely be back to see him again..
I like the MGM. Shows and gambling. Nice staff. Big sports book. Huge casino.
The MGM Grand is an old theme hotel. During my visit on a weekend it was very very busy with partying people. Apparently most of them lost all their good manners whilst staying in Vegas. Check-in took much longer than in a conventional hotel, as there were not only 4 guests waiting in line in front of me, but maybe 40. But I knew that in advance. Finally in the room I had a nice view to the strip. The room had nothing remarkable at all, I didn t like the bathroom with the tub. The room was not soundproof, as you could hear the noise from outside. Unfortunately you could also hear the things going on in the room next door, especially in the morning, but this lasts just two minutes or so. I won t choose this resort again! By the way a resort fee of round about $40 per night for internet, phone calls and business center is not appropriate in my mind.
Big, but getting a little old. The interiors need upgrading
Great restaurant choices, rooms leave a bit to be desired
It's called the Grand for a reason. there are so many things that you can do here it's amazing. I come here once a year for a convention but there are multiple conventions going on in this place. I know a lot of people come here primarily for the stadium and the matches inside but there's a lot of entertainment as well as amenities this place has to offer. My favorite part was the penthouse. There's a couple of hidden elevators next to all the normal elevators. As soon as you accept that there are as a reception area full of staff waiting to attend to a your every need. if you ever get to that area they have it all including a butler at every hallway, infinity bathtubs, two-story rooms and amazing views of the Las Vegas strip.
Great new Tower room with strip view. Good food and large pool.
I find the MGM Grand just too sprawling in size. The Casino can get a really good buzz going though and I am very glad they have refurbished the video poker at the main casino floor bar. Great selection of restaurants, one of the best in Vegas. Ka is a decent show as well. Properly busy on a big fight night!
Awesome great service it's Vegas what more to say lol
Property well maintained. Room request not honored . I was a bit disappointed. Everyone in party having good time .
This casino has really gone down the tube in the last decade. Used to be my favorite spot to gamble but now it's not even worth a visit.
Wait staff extremely rude. Only casino I been to in the week that I been here that made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. Terry the waitress was not a nice person at all and decided to come by and make us feel uncomfortable because I asked for her name but egnor us when we tried to order a drink...
Just went to the Carrie Underwood concert there. Very fun. There are tight spots walking with the large crowds going in and out of events due to construction.
Visited America with my wife & kids for the 1st time in 2013 staying here for 7 nights. All I can say is WOW what an introduction. When we booked we did not realise it was the weekend of the Mayweather & Candello boxing fight. We stepped out of our transfer to the grounds of MGM & it was already mayhem with people everywhere we had never seen so many people at a hotel. Not knowing what was going on until we were able to get closer to the entrance with all security, cameras etc around & then I saw Floyd Mayweather & that explained it. Every single room approx 5,000 was SOLD due to this fight. What a wonderful atmosphere to be in & our kids loved it too. WOW! We had booked & paid for 2 interconnecting rooms for a family of 5 with views of the strip. Beautiful views we had too. We stayed in Tower 1. Luggage people were helpful I can't say alot more about staff as they were all too busy that really didn't seem to have time for us. Staff at front desk were lovely upon check-in. Pools WOW pools everywhere our kids loved. We are not gamblers & kids loved being able to get to places inside the gambling areas & still look from a distance at what punters were doing. Gambling areas were roped off so kids couldn't pass but they could still see. Family not a fan of smoke. You are able to smoke everywhere in all casinos in America, which was a shock to us as here in Australia you are not most places are "Smoke Free" areas & there is only small designated smoking areas nowadays. Thank you MGM for a lovely stay.
Good place some things are out of wack but overall good
I upgraded the room to newly renovated wing. However, there was no HOT water in the middle of shower, water was leaking through faucet, the fan was too loud (It was little bit cold at night so I raised temperature but I had to turn it off because it was too loud) and there was no sound proof, I could hear from next room or hallway. The room was clean and nice and service was really good but the facility didn't meet my expectation.
Very glamorous. A must see for anyone visiting Vegas. I only gave it 4 stars due to what I felt was a security issue. When I went to get a Players card the guy took my driver's license and proceeded to issue me a card in someone else's name whom I have never met and lives in a totally different state.
Good entertainment. Negative on parking fees and on expensive drinks. Will avoid in future. Too many other choices - Joe.
Saw Ka and it was amazing!!!! Food was good at the buffet for brunch and its casino staff is super friendly to first timers
Overall this was a good hotel. The casino was nice everything was pretty clean. We stayed in an Executive Suite that was very nice. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't more for the kids to do. It was a little crowded but it is a massive Hotel so we understood. Pools are crowded and the lazy river is mostly filled with adults making it hard for the kids to enjoy themselves
My second time here, and this place is amazing. It has everything you could want in your vegas trip. The pool area is huge, and the entertainment everywhere you go is the best. Monorail right from inside the building can bring you up the strip makes it very convenient also.
It's a nice hotel. While it's easy to navigate your way into the hotel, it's almost impossible to navigate your way out of the resort. I'm sure this is intentional. But I get it. Gotta make the money!
The Grand Daddy of all. Take a walk through fun and Excitement.
Ok place stayed there a few times. No one seems to know pool hours and they will close even though posted hours are open. It was a good weather day.
Everything about our stay at the mgm grand was amazing
Staff, services, room- everything.
MGM was great. Lots of clean public bathrooms and the service was really good. Tons of machines and table games if you're into that. The location is prime. Walking distance to anything you want. Overall a great experience!
Best casino chain the world for a reason. Clean classy . Tons of machines and tables
We have been to Vegas 15+ times...but never stayed at the MGM until this last trip. Our room was clean and comfortable...and very quiet. But what happened to morning room coffee??? Won't get it here, anymore... coffee is downstairs, or across the street...try it, then you can brag to your friends...."I paid 5bucks for a cup of coffee, in Vegas...WOW, not everyone can say that, can they"???
Great buffet a must. Casino is fun too, has new games and old ones
We went to watch David Copperfield and while his show was really cute, I was shocked at the prices for alcohol and popcorn. I know it's Vegas, but seriously, we had to buy from the Copperfield bar and the prices were outrageous. Also, when we went through security, we were directed to walk all the way back through the lobby to check in my drawstring backpack (which I had been using as a purse on our trip) and an item we purchased at the M&M Store. Others were allowed in with giant backpacks. It appeared to be hit or miss on who security turned away with purses or backpacks. This was a minor annoyance because the Bell Desk thankfully did not charge us to check our items. Again, Copperfield put on a good show. We had good seats, but I'm not sure there's a bad seat in the place. We purchased tickets from one of the discount ticket booths on the strip. By the way, the MGM itself appeared very clean and didn't have an overwhelming smell of cigarette like some of the other casinos did.
No parking for visiting guest. Covid 19 restrictions limited your ability really enjoy the stay. No room service or housekeeping. Will not visit again.
These guys are too big to care about customer service and taking care of the regular Joe. Don't book a West tower room, old and dingy. You walk right through the tile bathroom as you open the door. They weren't willing to help us switch rooms without an upgrade charge,
I didn't have the pleasure of staying at this hotel when we visited in October 2019, as I stayed at OYO right behind it, but we frequented this hotel playing in the casino and eating there. On our 2nd night in the city, my phone was stolen (pickpocket) while playing in the casino. I was so shocked and upset because that has never happened to me before. The manager on duty was so sweet and made me feel a little better by offering a meal voucher that would cover a meal for both my boyfriend and I even though she knew that we weren't staying there (we might as well had because we spent at minimum 30 minutes a day in there). If the staff was that nice to someone that didn't even stay there, I can't imagine how great they are to their staying guests.
Full accommodations. Monorail station in hotel makes it easy to get around Vegas
One of the largest hotel casinos in Vegas.
Big , beautiful, spacious , lots of shops and restaurants,Plenty of games, food choices, bars, pool, gym/spa etc. You'll enjoy it if you like Vegas. Sports bar was great, too. The food was always good. Try out their lunch Buffet
