Great hotel, but a bit pricey. $15 for a bottle of water! Convenient for the strip. Monorail station.etc. We upgraded our room and it was fab with great views. Look out for room tax though $35 + tax a night.

What a tremendous disappointment. I've stay at almost every hotel along the strip, and this is the worst. Front desk was always understaffed. Our first room wreaked of pot. They were reluctant to change our room when we finally got a spa room, there were empty bottles of soda, coffee, and shampoo in the room. Front desk staffed just shrugged. Everything from drinks to food was not even mediocre and completely overpriced. Parking was supposed to be $15 for 24 hours of self parking, but I had to pay $12 each time I left. Complete ambivilence for the quality of the guest experience from the staff and management. Will not stay here again, nor any other MGM property until they drastically change their ethics.

I found this hotel to be elegant. The customer service is above and beyond what i expected. I actually came here from Encore and MGM is way better since their hotel has more to offer. There is a fridge, microwave, stovetop, and the tub is way better. I stayed in tower 1 which has quite a walking distance from the casinos, but it was worth it.

Its large, and very convenient if you like to move around the city. Nice decor and bathroom. However, their power outlets are very loose and i couldnt charge my phone in all but one of the 7 outlets in my room. I don't mind not being able to charge my phone, but if you like to take pictures, id be weary.

Love the MGM Grand.

Love the MGM Grand.
Food was great.
Pools were open and fun.
No nightclubs and bars had restrictions.
If that not for you you will enjoy Vegas

The West Wing rooms are small and dark. My friend and family stayed in the Grand Tower. Those rooms were much better. I found out the price was just like 10 bucks difference. How's that. Anyway rooms sucked for me. Over 1200 for 3 nights. The restaurants and bars were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. It needs remodeling. The Main entrance to the Casino from the strip is old and dirty.
