Nice hotel, rooms were pristine and clean. Offers everything from entertainment (we saw David Copperfield here), restaurants and bars. The place is huge and pretty imposing. Though it's quite a way through to get to your room. I was pleased with the stay.

The MGM is definitely a very nice stay, especially if you understand the fact that you get what you pay for. The room was perfect size, the minibar wasn't super crazy priced for items that caught my eye and the buffet is AMAZING! If I come back to vegas I'm coming back to the MGM!

No complaints from me. I was greeted by friendly staff upon check in. My room was clean and the cleaning staff always greeted me in the hall with a smile. There were enough restaurant choices to provide variety. The pool was nice, had a good vibe and was clean. The staff around the pool came around enough but weren t pushy.

Love the hotel but bring your own cokes and snacks. It is ridiculously expensive. And stay away from the fridge in your room, one pack of m&m $15.00. That's insane. It was so much better at the resort on weekdays. The weekend was so crowded. You had to stay in line and wait for someone to leave before they let you in. But the weekdays were awesome. Other than that is was great

Had a very nice time. Front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a Grand King Room that had a nice view of NY NY and the other Big Resorts to the left. The room was clean and we had no problems at all. We tried the buffet for brunch and we liked it so much we went back the next day. The pools were nice. One seemed heated and the other we tried not too bad. My only complaint on this trip was that the lazy river was closed for repair. My wife and I hit on quite a few slot machines. A great time indeed!!!!

We hit the Daylight Beach Club day party & had a great time. Hugs should definitely book a cabana unless you bout that #peasant life. Daylight is more of a rap/hip-hop scene unlike most pool parties that bring EDM djs., They bring rappers like Rick Ross & Jeezy.

We had a comped room and it was very nice and clean. On top of the dresser was a can of chips, a bottle of water, and a bag of cookies. NO sign saying these had to be paid for if used. We assumed they were welcoming gifts. The mini bar had a sign that said the things in it were chargeable to the room, we did not open it. The next day more chips, water and cookies appeared, this time there was a sign saying you would be charged. We did not eat them but called the front desk and were informed they were charging us $45.00 for the food we took, even though I explained the situation. Upon check out they still charged us $30.00. So beware of things that look like welcome items.

Great customer service and slots are not too tight so we came out ahead this time around! Hotel was booked full over the weekend so I had to take my business somewhere else unfortunately. Family of 6 here so we went to Venetian hotel where they took care of us.

Great first time staying on the strip. My husband and I came for New year's Eve and stayed for 8 days. We booked 8 months in advance and got a discount on the tower room suite. We were in the south hall, room 3317. Loved the room, very spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. There's a TV that swivels to face either the bed or the couch. Had a closet and dresser and the safe in in one of the drawers of a nightstand. The bathtub was amazing, used it with the Jets every day. The shower was also great, just be warned that the water pressure is so strong it almost hurts a little. Our view was over looking the valet at the front of the MGM, not the strip. The have the same suites on a different hall across the casino that do overlook the strip. There were two sets of curtains, a sheer one shown pulled in the picture with the green light and another that acts as blackout curtains. Can't tell if it's 2am or 2pm when they're down. The room does come with a mini fridge, although it is stocked with water, soda, red bull, champagne, and various liquor that is on a sensor. If you move it and don't replace it within 30 seconds you will be charged for it. Same with the snacks on top. There was no price list included but I'm sure it wasn't cheap. So you can't use the fridge for your own things. There is also no coffee pot in the room. None. There are numerous Starbucks around the casino including one right outside the entrance to our rooms. I'm one of those that can't think about anything until I've had my morning coffee, so I got up the first morning thinking I'd go down and get us some from the Starbucks. The line was across the lobby, at least 50 people long. We ended up getting room service that morning which brought us two 16oz cups with individual half and half and sugar for about $26. There is a Walgreens that is not a far walk down the strip from the MGM, so we ended up going down there, buying some reasonably priced whiskey, a small, basic $20 coffee pot, a $9 bag of coffee and filters and used that the rest of the trip. Best deal ever. The restaurants in the hotel are pretty good, never did go to the buffet but we did walk through and it actually looked good, $40 a person. The monorail and Uber pickup are easier to get to here than any other hotel we were at. The pool was heated although we never went in, it looked nice. The MGM is the biggest casino in Vegas, and I thing 9th largest in the world. It was definitely a great time and I would recommend it.

We stayed on the top floor in the Signature tower. Amazing view from our room! The balcony is my favorite feature of the room but the whole room was beautiful, with a full kitchen and two bathrooms, it is very spacious! The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was amazing as well. I totally recommend staying here.

The first impression was great. We were greeted by the Bellman John and he was so pleasant & funny. He gave us the low down on MGM and the Vegas strip in 5mins. As for the hotel itself, beautiful! Our room is very nice but the guest before us left candy stuck in the carpet and we dare not touch the phone or remote. Both were sticky and dirty had to wipe with Lysol wipes.

Oh yeah the buffet. RUN!!!! We paid $35pp and the food was lousy and the available dishes didn't go together to make a complete meal. Not worth $35 at all!

Typical huge Las Vegas hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Expect to be charged a huge premium for any amenities you would get for free at lesser hotels outside of Las Vegas. Remember the minibar and any other product displays in the room are attached to sensors so you will be charged if you even pick up an item. The fridge cannot be used since it is full of booze and they charge you $50 for storing anything in them. The MGM casino is fine, pretty typical for any hotel on the strip. Food is decent. Nothing amazing. The room rates were reasonable and a bargain compared to Venetian or others.

Awesome hotel, not as expensive as I was worried it would be, great show, hopefully the pic goes through, it was all french i think but not understanding the words didnt hurt it at all! Great actors and great show and amazing stage work! But again pretty smoky and found when I left they charged me just for opening the door on the mini fridge seriously... that was a little irritating but other than that nice place

Nice hotel with some rooms better than others. Try to see Ka when you are here. The theater is amazing, and the show is even better. Probably still our favorite show in town actually.

The worst service that we ever received from an hotel
We came from L.A after six hours in the road with three small kids and their bad was not prepared
After we told this to the front desk she made us go back to the room and call house keeping.
The day after they had some problem with the plumbing and we didn t have water to take a shower
Don t go near to this hotel

Stayed in a suite in one of the towers. Great room and view. Highly recommend the Avenue Cafe. Fresh squeezed juices, mimosas, and food was excellent - much better than the buffet. We love Vegas and would definitely stay at MGM again.

I got a queen suite here for me, my wife, and three kids. The mid week prices were great, the buffet was eh... so so and over priced. The line to check in was over a half hour looking. The hotel does not have great views. Over all the room was good but the rest was lacking. Not sure if I'll come back.

There s just so many people here! The casino is always super crowded and not very clean. The queues for the reception desk are always very long, so checking in and out is a time taking process. The hotel overall is quite lavish and spacious and there s a lot to do to keep yourself entertained. The food and service at the breakfast restaurant was great.

I was at the M in 2013 and in 6 years the level of service and also the cleanliness that was there in the 2013 is no longer there.
I felt as if I was walking in to an old casino, Hotel.

However the Club was pretty good and the music was great (that's if your a techno fan) outside lounge music was great..

As is customary in Vegas casinoes the MGM offers a plentiful number of gaming tables and slots to entice the punter to pass with their hard earned cash. What sets MGM apart from the rest (and is necessary given its less than advantageous position on the strip) is the pool and Wet Republic. A grand complex containing numerous places to sun bathe and relax and a lazy river that is massive! Well worth a visit.

The location is great, directly on the strip and the walk to the sign or to any other hotel is manageable. The hotel itself is amazing with plenty of facilities to keep you entertained but if you re under 21, less so. Even a bowling and arcade area is restricted to 21 and over.

Also the check in/out is very long all of the time.

The comfortable bed and clean room didn t mean a thing, as a fluorescent green light brightly lit up our room the entire night!!! A thicker curtain would work wonders for this room. Also, fees more than doubled the advertised price of the room, which seems to be somewhat typical for Vegas, but still a little frustrating.

I was there for business meeting. Although didn t stay much in the hotel room, It was lovely & cozy experience. Lots of fun within the hotel itself. It has casino, bowling, fun arcade games, restaurants etc in the hotel. Also lots of the places to see around the hotel itself.

Went to MGM June 26th 2019. This was the worst stay. MGM was always my choice to stay. I been staying there for over 15 years. I will now find a new hotel to stay at. 1 example went to the pool went upstairs to take a shower and there's no water. When you call up and they say someone is coming and no one shows up. You go to the front desk and then they tell you due to the construction water was turned off. No notification at all to their customers.

The photos are from the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. The experiance was fabulous. Traveling there during the month of May, the weather was also wonderful. Not desert extreme hot. Temperature was in the high 70's to low 80's. The Hoover Dam was also nice.
The view of the golf driving range is also apart of the MGM resort properties. Golfing on into the evening. The range has three elevated levels. This view was from the 33rd floor penthouse suite.

Without a doubt one place my wife and I will never stay again. There was a aroma that never went away, everything over priced, games just didn't give even after playing for 6 days. We had our wedding pictures taken there turned out great lots of places within for pictures. Not a place for children, lots of indecent adults

Honestly, I haven t even checked in yet because for the entire day, their systems have been down and it s been at least a 3 hour wait to check in THE ENTIRE DAY! You d think with as much money rolling in daily they d be able to fix this problem and not waste an entire day that the customer has already paid waiting to get a room. Very disappointed. Definitely won t be staying here anymore.

When first making my hotel reservation in January ...

When first making my hotel reservation in January 2019, I requested a fridge. More than a week prior to my arrival, I tried to make adjustments to my reservation online. Since I was unable to do so, I called MGM Grand and spoke to a representative. I provided my reservation confirmation number and all my neccessary information that was requested of me. I asked for the fridge to be taken off my reservation. When I checked into my hotel room, I saw that there was a fridge near one of the beds. I immediately put my items I was carrying on the bed, picked up the phone in the room and spoke to a representative at the front desk. I told them that there was a fridge in my room and that I did not want one...especially since I knew they would charge $35 a night for it. The lady I spoke to said that she did not see anything on file that I should have one in the room; therefore, I would not be charged for one. I just checked out and found out that I was indeed charge for something that I did not want in the room. Even though I did not use the fridge, I was told from a supervisor that she does not see anything on file saying that I called. She refused to investigate into calls that were made to the front desk within a certain period of time after my arrival. She said that I could dispute the charges; however, it would not matter because the charges still would be charged to my account. My word of advice....if you have to call the front desk for any reason...get the employees name, employee number, write the time and date called...and ask to get the situation fixed ASAP in order to prevent any unauthorized charges. If not....the hotel will make you pay for something you did not authorize. I am very disappointed in this unprofessional behavior from this business.

Absolutely need more help that knows what they're doing when it comes to styling nail but other than that they have the great prices and there's maybe three people there that know exactly what they're doing and your hands will look beautiful

Expect a lot of changes with COVID. Pool is only general admission at 8 and when it goes to capacity they activate a waitlist, that doesn't tell you a time frame. When it's your turn you get 15 mins to get to the pool or you are removed. Saturday you will be removed even if you respond to the text, which goes to a person. Sunday they checked in on us and extended our reservation so you can always communicate to them and see if you can still keep your spot. Took about 2 hours for our turn and we got on the list at 10am. Pool is very limited capacity. Kind of nice actually. No worrying about getting a chair. Casino has hand washing stations, sanitizer and even free face masks which are required... Even when sun bathing. Unless in the pool. At tables it's about 4 people Max and glass between players. They don't however monitor how many people stuff in an elevator. That was weird to me. They have new game pits that are live blackjack and roulette but on a virtual betting which is cool. Staff friendly, accommodate us for needing a room change, but AC went out two nights in a row so our room got very warm. Also the toilet was having draining issues. Good water pressure nice view. Friendly service.

I've stayed at MGM Grand before and I have to say, "WOW!". It's a Vegas classic, as a person in the middle-class, I feel welcome here, it's inviting and everyone is friendly especially the staff. MGM is located on the southern end of the Strip and offers a decent view, depending on where your room is located. Room service is spectacular, they leave the room the way it was given to you and fear not, your things are perfectly safe. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Things are getting a little dated. The room (West wing king) was decent, the advertised to in the mirror was covered up with a save water sticker, the bathroom is a little odd. Needs some ventilation for the poo aftermath. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room was bottom floor and right by the exit and elevators. There was a lot of noise from the hallway not the hotels fault. Not much noise from surrounding rooms at all. The casino is a little dark but decent air with the smoking going on. Large crowds due to a few events going on. Not very good signage for directions around the hotel. Buffettw decent, not award winning food but plenty to fill yourself up and be miserable. Could not get late check-out due to booked to capacity.

I'm a loyal customer of the Venetian. Decided to try MGM out for the first time. Everything went perfectly at first, KA was great, buffet is good, but then house keeper was super rude to us in front of our KIDS, we came back to for a final check before we leave the room and was told we can't go to a certain part because she already cleaned it, like we're dirty or something.
I paid for extended check out at 3pm. Took the kids for lunch then came back to get our stuff to head to the air port at 2:15 and our key got deactivated. Took me 40 minutes standing in line to get it reactivated without any apology from the hotel, the WORST part is we ended up missing our flight back home because of that.
I missed work the next day and the kids were exhausted. Were impressed with MGM at first but the whole experience was ruined by the house keeper and the lack of communicating with customers. Like if there's a long line they don't really care, they talk about all kind of stuff with the people before you without knowing there's a long line behind them.

Our non smoking room had tons of burn holes in the carpet, the bathroom floor was sticky and the counters, sink and shower had a ton of soap scum build up. The restaurants are amazing though. Food was top notch.

I was a victim of a hit and run on the premises and security has the video of it. But wont release it to me. They claimed to not be able to identify the vehicle with their cameras. So you're telling me that the cameras you use FOR SECURITY PURPOSES can't get basic details from a semi-truck. Lies. Better not get injured here cause they probably wouldnt be able to get a clear image on the incident.

Like always MGM is one of the Best. But since this covid thing is being enforced you must be aware if you are going to go to the pool. You MUST! Sign up for a waiting list or make it in line before they open the pools like an hour earlier. Be prepared to see cops and private security and go thru four inspection spots and this senseless "wear your mask at all times" rule exept when Drinking a nice Cold Beer or when you are rubing or bumping onto strangers in the pools or lazy river.Go figure right? Other than that my three day stay was great.

I stayed at the Signature, which are the three towers attached to the MGM. Though a bit of a walk to the casino floor or the conference center, these are quiet, clean and perfect for a business or family travelling. MGM is great and has everything. Don't feel shy about asking to learn to play a new game or even get better at one you know from the staff on the casino floor. Craps is a great, social game that you can find even $10 tables to pay on for a while.

This hotel is spectacular in its own right, very Grand! Beautiful and clean, friendly staff whom are willing to help if needed. The hotel is located on the trip and within walking distance of everything if you're up for a long walk.
The Pool is incredibly big with multiple sections for your choosing, along the a lazy river. Keep in mind, they DON'T provide floats but you can purchase small ($20) and large ($25) which is very expensive in my opinion.
