Don't go that place so disappointed service never on time at employee too much waiting just wasting your time

I'm a new patient due to insurance change. I've been there twice with my Doctor; no complaints. 2 times at Lab; technician can't find my vein; he withdraws my blood from my hand... . I've seen a couple of reviews mentioning "the big parking" Yes, it is big; but 99% is for EMPLOYEES. Actually there's no more than 10 spaces for patients. Last time I had to change my appointment, because I couldn't even find parking on the street!

Staff on window 5 is a waste of time
Am here seated for two hours without calling my name and what is annoying is people who are coming after me are given attention because they speak Spanish

I needed a tooth fixed pre- op and the Dental staff did it the same day I came in sans appointment, Thanks to you!

Authorizations not being processed which delays care. Appointments booked with the wrong physician. Lack of communication with the front desk and the nurses causing misinformation.

Cut finger wouldn't stop bleeding. Was told to go to ER. Went to another urgent care place where they put 2 stitches, antibiotic and gave a tetanus shot. Saban is a joke.

The best care I've had. Can't believe how concerned the Doctors are? Thank you all for give me your best!

It's a very good clinic, my Dr. It's very good about the nurse, all very kind in all the staff. I've never had problems, they have good parking

Terrible service. I've seen the same Dr. for 2 years. Most of the time I wait more than 1 hour. And when it's my turn, Dr. It does not take more than 3 minutes in the office. He does not even know what he does. Today I had an appointment at 11:15 am and for traffic issues I arrived at 11:16 and they did not want to help me. They told me that I had to wait for the next available appointment. Very bad service. Front desk people very pesimas!

Care has been very good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This is the first time for visit. Too fast, clean, big parking lot, the worker is so nice.

They should have educated, trained people, not the kind of people who only have the time to talk and the patients there waiting, but if you are late there, they will not attend you. the money because these staff and doctor are not useful and they fantasize and discriminate ugly I am so disappointed in that clinic and its staff ... before there was a very good and very attentive doctor but they changed her from there it is not useful ... if I die they are those responsible for not attending me ..

It's chill when I first started going there in till one of the nurses was rude when I was only trying to ask a question. I also recently got a shot & it has left me a bruise. Told them about it & they said "oh yeah, that happens sometimes" well it's never happen to me. Also make sure you get there on time or else they'll give your spot away. They'll wait 5 minutes & if you don't make it, it's taken. . . There pluotamus is very unprofessional they dont know how to withdraw blood.

An amazing clinic! The service you get here compared to what you pay for is incredible. I m so thankful this place is in existence as I haven t had a bad experience yet and it truly is a paragon of affordable healthcare.

About 4 years ago I had such a bad case of the flu I felt like I was going to die. I came here and Ndika Fomukong saved my life. While he s at the Hollywood location now, this is still a great treatment center.

I don t know what myself or others would do if this place wasn t here and hope it can keep going!

I had to go with my cousin to accompany her, but this lady told me to wait literally outside the building (and I dont drive/have a car). They also dont have any seats that I can sit on while waiting for my cousin outside the clinic. I understand the covid situation but I needed to accompany her.

Staff who s sitting at the front desk is a waste of time , ( I don t blame all the staff ) they aren t sitting there to help the patient instead they love deny the treatment saying some f... reason ,

I've been going here for a few years now. Every time I make an appointment they can get me in within a week or less and wait no more than 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I insist on seeing Dr. Jennifer Nguyen every time because she is extremely kind, takes the time to listen and very professional. I literally have been to other doctor's where they just straight up ask me "What kind of pills do you want?", so it's nice to have a Dr. like Jennifer who really cares and doesn't rush you out with pills without figuring out what the real problem is first.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots of reviews say people aren't friendly, but maybe because I'm naturally a friendly person I can get along and chat nicely with most people. Usually people that complain about rude staff are usually people who are rude or not friendly to begin with and won't admit it... lol, you know who you are :P

Giving it 4 stars because parking can be a challenge and the building is on the older side and not updated, but that's just cosmetic stuff. What really counts are the lovely people running the place.

Honestly I m disappointed that I have to give this clinic one star.
Some of the nurses there are truly incredible. Glenda, a nurse, is amazing and she s a hard worker, she does everything in her power for clients.
My issue with this clinic, I m never able to get an appointment. They never answer the phone for me to even make an appointment. I recently had a baby less than 6 months ago, they ignored the fact that I told them the IUD felt a little off to me, they suggested I keep it for another 3 months, it has been about 2 months and my pain in getting worse, I think I m going through PPD And I ve been trying to contact the office to make an appointment and no luck. I couldn t get an answer or a call back and I ve ledt numerous messages.
It s almost unbelievable to me that this is a clinic/ doctors office and they can t even follow up, or check on their prenatal patients.
Also when I was 9 months pregnant, I was feeling a pain and I called the office, nobody picked up, and I didn t get a response until a week later.
