Crazy here with fight mite, gambling didnt do me any good
I couldn't try the hotel, they cancelled my reservation without any warning. Are of no help to find a room anywhere else. They really don't care about their clients...
Could have been four or five star without glitches. Tries to be too fancy. Automatic blinds stopped working. Had to call two different times to get someone to come fix. Tech said common issue and they are having to replace with regular pull chain blinds as they actually work. Safe did not work either. Issue with lights, etc. Pool complex is awesome.
Great place to explore the strip and very convenient to the airport. But very high prices for food and drinks
Going to Vegas during a pandemic will leave you starving for things to do in a city that normally has so much going on, it will take several trips to do it all. We went to Top Golf and I must say it was pretty cool. I have never swung a golf club other than during miniature golf. Actually, I think golf is boring as hell. However, if you want to eat, drink, chill with your friends and whack the shyt out of a little ball for hours, this is your joint.
So far been a very enjoyable + comfortable hotel. Good rooms and lots of non-casino activities on offer.
It is a fun place to visit and hang out in when in Las Vegas.
Love mgm properties this one maybe not the fanciest but still very nice
Good hotell, Nice pool area where u can float around and have a couple of drinks. Casinot i like to..
This hotel has gone way down hill in the 10 years since I was last there. They had to move us rooms because the first one had blinds busted/hanging and broken lamps. The second room, the bathroom light was shorted out and didnt work, and the shower leaked water everywhere. After being moved to another junk room and seeing how badly the casino has gone down, we canceled the rest of our stay and moved to a new resort. Dont waste your hard earned money at the MGM, there are a million better options.
MGM Grand is a really grand hotel. It has 6850 rooms. I like the statue of the lion at the hotel very much. Especially when it is cleaned up. Than it is shining like the gold.
Stayed here for CES and really enjoyed it. The hotel feels very up to date. The bed and other furnishings were comfortable and clean. Everything in the room worked as expected and the housekeeping did a great job every day. The casino floor was equally pleasant, with great service and a very updated feel. There's so many restaurants and so much entertainment inside the resort that you don't really have to leave to have a good night. Would definitely stay here again.
This place is the best place to watch events. Loved the UFC's fights and the CMA awards. Awesome shown and concerts too.
It's just another big hotel in Vegas. All the same. High prices for what you get
Food was good but you paid for the amount you got and did not need.. I don't remember the name of the cafe.
Make sure u bring your own ice chest... 1 water bottle is 5$... a baby shot of patron in the hotel fridge is 40$...
Neighbors were so loud. The TV did not work most of the time...kept resetting. So annoying. Housekeeping people we so nice. Very happy that they support veterans.
This hotel is amazing! I come here for a majority of my concerts!!! Fun Times!!!
It's the big behemoth. Nothing wrong with that except service is not personalized and I felt like more of a number than a valued guest. Ceasars is better.
Love the hotel and casino! The staff are all awesome but their beds are a deal killer. One of the worst mattresses I've slept on; the staff tried to fix it with mattress pads but it was still uncomfortable. Overall still a great place.
Great atmosphere night and day, stayed in the Signature towers and our suite had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.
Was only on the ground floor and wow huge!! So much going on! It did feel a tad old and removed from the strip but I still liked it for the brief time I was there.
Beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Breakfast was AMAZING! Fitness area was great! Staff was top notch!
Dreams is a really good show had a great time here with my wife on my birthday they didn't disappoint you have to see it mad props to the Jabbawockeez their show is
Super close to the monorail, great taxi options. Plenty of amenities, could really never even leave the hotel if you wanted. So many restaurants and shops on the premises. Rooms are clean and nice. Would stay again.
Nice place to stay. Had an issue with hot water and had to change rooms but overall a nice place to stay. Expensive to eat there. Much cheaper at other casinos
$250 a night and we can't even get in the pool! Which is the only reason we booked here over other options!!!!!!
Fabulous Rooms and Customer Service See "KA" play pop slots to earn gold to get perks, we received free tickets to KA and $150.00 in free play.
Pros:
Convenient location. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Cons:
Still can hear street noise. If you like quiet when sleep, you shall ask for room opposite of the street.
I have lost a book in the hotel room. I feel intrusion and insecure. I called the front desk. But my call was transferred from security and lost found multiple times. It seems nobody really care and all I can feel is indifference. Special thanks to lady Dell in front desk who I called the second time. She was polite and caring. I hope they will find my book and send it back to me.
Put $5 into 2 different slots one paid 60 and 1 paid 20. I'm sure not always the case but happen to hit them when they were loose or at least just stimulated a bit.
We always have a blast in Vegas, and the MGM is a big part of that enjoyment. The staff is always very helpful, and the rooms are always clean and very comfortable. Thanks MGM for the Hospitality, we will be back
Liked Wolfgang Pucks.. great food.. used to be my favorite casino. Not any more...stagnant.
I want to stay here on my next trip to Las Vegas. A classic hotel.
Its size deceives. This casino will fill your step counter quick! Grest choices of restaurants, and excellent entertainment
First time in Vegas today and I walked though here I was expecting some elaborate work up of film and television motifs and such but was pretty disappointed. This place could definitely use a renovation because this building has not aged well.
great hotel super casino fantastic David Copperfield.
I expected to be wowed, I hear of it often but was disappointed. I hear their shows are good and I didn't get to round back to try their adult game room. No list there or reminded me a low end Dave and Busters/Game Room. I wanted to go for something a little different and laid back anyways before we left Las Vegas. Instead we went to see Absinthe, at Caesars.
Highly recommended. Not so expensive. Rich looks . Awsm comforts. I will definitely suggest this as a best place to stay in Vegas .
I like the MGM a lot. The Signature is very nice. Downside is it can be a bit of a walk to get to the fun stuff.
No fridge, no coffee pot, couple outlets did work, customer service was lousy , but we still made the best of las vegas
MGM Grand was a pretty fun place to stay at. This was the first hotel I've seen in the strip that had actual working self check in machines. The rooms were alright as well. We didn't have a good view in our room but that's okay. MGM Grand has the best outdoor park in the Vegas Strip. I can't believe that they purchased the Burning Man Bliss dancer as a permanent art structure. The only problem is that there is no good Buffet here.
This`s the place to be if you know exactly what you want in Life.
Such an amazing place with lots of entertainment.
I really loved it and will be back every summer.
Thank you.
Rooms were nice sized and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The check in agent couldn't get us an upgrade for our anniversary because they were at capacity, but she gave us room credit to buy some goodies to snack on. The Corner Cakes bakery had amazing cakes, probably the best ever had. MGM is close to the airport and was a short ride to and from. A+
Saw David Copperfield show it was fun. He pulls in the audience as part of the show.
Had a few issues with the one bedroom tower suite with blinds opening up automatically at 630am. The MGM Management made it right and we were satisfied with the solution offered.
Two thumbs up!
The interior is honestly very run down, old stained carpets and wallpaper coming off the walls in the hotel areas. Be prepared to pay double what your room rate is at check in, smell smoke and booze everywhere and walk for miles while paying 6 dollars for a bottle of water. The showers are amazing though.
Great for bachelor parties at a bargain. Some rooms are a hair outdated but sufficient for visitors who aren't going to stay in the room a ton. The food court is a nice touch for those looking for slightly lighter faster fair.
The casino was very clean and tidy, although it was quite surreal walking through with it being so dead. The show we planned on attending, (Jabbawockeez), and had walked all the way from The Cosmopolitan to attend was canceled without us being notified. That aspect was quite frustrating, but regardless, the visit was pleasant.
The hotel looks beautiful but looks can be deceiving, I stayed in a tower suite and sweet is was not. We asked for small refrigerator to put drinks and snacks in and they wanted to charge me $35 a day. We ordered room service and was told that our food would be delivered in plastic carryout containers not dishes and bowls as you would expect in a GRAND hotel, the restaurant that we liked the best was closed two of the days that we were there. We asked if we could get a "complementary " room upgrade as I was here to celebrate my birthday and was told that by me being in the suite that I had there was no upgrade from there but that they would put me on a higher floor with a "BETTER" view we ended up on the 22nd floor in the west tower with a view of the rooftop of their parking garage, I expected more for $400 a night.
It's a nice building just never eat at the buffet it was terrible
I am a diabetic using insulin, ask for a refrigerator to keep my insulin cold. I was advised they now charge $35.00 for refrigerator. Poor customer relationship. Will not stay at another MGM properties. I am in Las Vegas several time a year. Lost my loyalty and money
Pool was not at all social distanced and the one that was, people weren t allowed to swim in it. Lazy river was closed, which is the only reason we booked the hotel, even though they told us it was open.
We got an upgraded room and it was wonderful. High end furniture, kitchen and bedroom. Extremely comfortable to stay and a great view from the higher rooms balcony's. I highly recommend. Walking to the main strip took about 7 minutes and didn't seem to bad as there was usually other visitors walking up and down the street also.
That said, it would be a little sketchy if you are a single person wanting to walk back to the hotel from the strip late at night by yourself.
The house cleaners don't change the beds. If you ask them, they will agree to come do or take care of it. But they won't show up.
I really like the MGM Grand casino and hotel! Great entertainment, food, shopping and games!!
Nice experience. Room service could.have been better theey didn't clean our room our 1st day their on that we stayed.
MGM is a great place to stay! Access to the monorail out front on the strip, can take you all the way down to the fat end. I have stayed here 2 time's, once in 2010 and once in 2017, I have also stayed at several other hotels on the strip. Great restaurants to eat at, but cheep and fancy. Decent location on the strip, not bad prices for hotel stays either. The gaming floor is big!!!
This casino is nice and big and the handwashing stations are wonderful!
Great service, the food was not to good, but it have a lot of great things to do in this place, I really enjoyed a lot this place, they only need to improve their food!
The hotel is very nice but i suggest not staying in the west wing if you don't want to walk 15 minutes to get to the main floor from your hotel room
Highly recommend eating at wolf gang puck. Crew is legit and food/drinks are made from fresh ingredients. Thanks andrew, matty and crew for making me feel Welcome. They treat honor vets here too so that is a pluss.
They quoted one price on the phone then doubled it when we came and wanted an astounding 800$ deposit on the room. We will NEVER stay here again. Bait and switch on a holiday no less. Better off staying at motel 6.
To start off amazing place to stay great looking rooms comfortable I would recommend to stay at the MGM friends and family already stay here love it and will always keep staying here great slots to always have fun .
The casino was great and the room was fantastic. The people were nice and respectful.
Horrible stay. Found someone elses luggage right outside my door and the front desk said "expect the least from the hotel". My son dropped some food and the staff that saw just stared and didn't respond while i asked for cleaning supplies. After what felt like an eternity, they finally said well get someone to clean that while other people kept tripping over it and getting their nice shoes all covered in food. The desk wasn't wiped down and we had people loitering in the hallway for over an hour making noise keeping my little boy up.
Expected more ..pool only at 1/2 capacity had to be on a waiting list outrageous prices since covid hit 23 dollars for a hamburger?? Slots just take ur money and mini bar prices were ridiculous 11.00 for a can of soda don't open the fridge or they charge 50.00 even if you dont touch anything, you have to pay an addition 35 for a mini fridge for a day.. bed was nice but other then that it was overpriced
Can't tell much about it because I didn't stay there but the buffet was pretty good.
It was very clean everything was safe to enjoy the weekend.
Top of the line Hotel and Casino.
It just needs better ambience lighting by the outside at night.
How do you beat the prestige s mgm. Easily the best hotel in the strip in terms of food and stuff to do
Great place to be. The view from 24th floor towards the reception is lovely. Such a lovely place to visit.
Casino is always so nice and they always have more than enough slot attendants walking around smiling and greeting everybody
The beds are very comfortable but their are so many taxes whatever price you think you booked for will be $200 more once you pay. I don't appreciate the hidden fees
Very courteous staff, room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Enjoyable place to visit and stay at
Pricey for what you get. The rooms are a bit dated. For what I spent I expected so much more.
Always a lot going on, conveniently located, good slots, good buffet, food court.
Large casino with a thriving atmosphere. Can be hard to navigate, but enjoyable selection of tables and slots.
Loved Jimmy Buffett concert but the steps in arena are dangerous. Lady fell face down on steps. Need better handrails and steps need something done to them
