This place is the best. Go see John Geraci, he will take care of you and not pull any punches. It was a pleasure dealing with him and not getting the normal used car dealer BS. I got a great deal on a CPO GLE and now I have the nicest car on the block. This place is very professional, and if you're looking to upgrade your ride, this is the place to go. I'm glad I made the drive up here from Staten Island to buy my next car. Well worth the trip, and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else to buy my future vehicles.

I just leased my 2015 E400 from this dealership and the experience was world class. I worked with David in sales who was extremely thorough and made sure that the car I was looking for was located and delivered to the dealership just in time so that I could turn my current leased car in. I have never met someone with as much knowledge about the brand than David! His technical and overall knowledge of MB was fascinating.

So if you live in Fairfield County (I live in Stamford) and you want a top notch experience (without the Greenwich stigma :0), drive right through Greenwich and 40 minutes to Nanuet! I found the Greenwich dealership to be not as personal and as helpful as Nanuet.

As a business owner I know that excellent organizations have excellent leaders at the top. MB of Greenwich is owned by a huge conglomerate, MB of Nanuet is owned by Rich Hesse and is well worth the slightly longer drive!

I wanted to see some of the new Mercedes Benz models so I stopped into M-B of Nanuet. I met with Bruce Sessler. He was remarkably professional. He seemed more like a trusted business advisor than a salesman. I always find the differences between the many models to be confusing. Bruce explained all the differences and the advantages of one versus the other. He was patient and almost intuitive in figuring out my needs. My wife (who was not with me) says no new car this year, but when I return I will definitely ask for Bruce. I recommend him highly. I checked the company's website when I got home and it is very comprehensive and well organized. This dealership seems to be a cut above the rest.

I recently purchased a 2015 C-Class and is probably the best Mercedes I have had in my possession to date. We went to Mercedes Benz of nanuet based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. Walter and Rene helped us find the perfect GLC300 for us and we have to say that we are very happy with the car. Walter is a fun guy to talk to and is also very knowledgeable.
He understood our needs and helped us get the car based on what we wanted. There was no pressure on us and we got the car inside the budget we were comfortable with. At Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet, I had the pleasure of having a great salesman Angelo. Not only did he help me pick out the car of my dreams but he made sure I was absolutely happy about it. As we are walking through the lot in Nanuet he pointed out all the cars that would be in my budget and that had all the safety features that I asked for. The options that he gave me were right on point. I wind it up selecting a GLC 300 with an AMG package and I absolutely love it. This was all with his help ! This is by far the best dealership I ve been too! From luxury cars to non luxury cars everyone is extremely helpful and makes you feel like family. I purchased a Pre-Owned Mustang GT from there through Rafael (the pre-owned manager). He gave me a great price and the finance team made everything quick and easy. My family also leases their vehicles through mercedes of nanuet and we will continue to because of there great service, amazing prices, and even free car washes! The owner Rich Hesse was also very helpful. Not many owners will come out and personally greet you and make you feel like family like Rich does.

My experience at this dealership was probably the best experience I've had in all my years of leasing cars. For the leasing of my new car, I contacted a couple of MB dealers. Among them, this MB of Nanuet responded quickly, politely and smoothly. They assigned John Kim for me. At the beginning, he offered a decent deal with all the fees in detail. The rates were exactly what I researched on the web. After a couple of e-mails, we came to an agreement on the price. When I visited the dealership, Mr. Kim had already prepared all the documents. We reviewed the docs and inspected the car together. Then, I left the dealership within an hour. Shame on Nanuet Mercedes for wanting to fix it for $2500 and shame on Mercedes Benz for not standing behind their product that costs $60,000

My experience at Mercedes was seamless thanks to the professional efforts of Joe Horneman and Billy Laweree. Paperwork was ready and quickly and easily completed with Billy. Joe took the time to be sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle as well as all it had to offer. He called a few days later to see how I was enjoying the car and to check on any questions I may have. I've only had positive experiences...purchased my first car from M-B of Nanuet, and they made a daunting process effortless and and stressless. We purchased a MB from Mercedes of Nanuet, Juan was my salesmen, he was very knowledgeable and had everything ready for us when we came to pickup the car, Juan is a good guy. After about a week I noticed the clocks were not showing the right time, Rene the manager said he would send someone to my house and drop me off a loaner car and take my car and update the software, I live in Ft Lee, I said it s ok I don t drive the car every day and can bring it in on Wednesday. I show up Wednesday morning and Rene immediately on my arrival drives my car into the garage and gets it taken care of in 15 minutes, GREAT SERVICE, after all after you purchase your car it s all about the service. I was on the market for a black on black gls450. After two other Mercedes Benz gave me the run around and kept offering me other colors, it took just one call to the Nanuet dealership. I was lucky enough to get Butch on the phone. He explained the situation in an honest and thorough way. Within 24 hours, I received a call back, from Butch, that the vehicle I wanted is available and will be ready for pick up within a few days. I couldn't have been lucky enough to find Butch and the Nanuet Mercedes Benz.

I had been to Audi, BMW and other dealerships looking for a car and was tired of the "wait here while I go ask my manager what kind of deal we can put together for you" game. I was driving past Mercedes in Nanuet on my way to an appointment and figured I would stop in and see if I liked anything in the showroom. Within an hour I test drove and purchased a GLE 350. Joe and Rich were great to work with and I am looking forward to many years of continued excellent customer service.
