My experience at MB of Nanuet started off with a phone call to James Fede. I told James my price point and the type of vehicle, and exact packages & color I was looking for. Mr. Fede was an absolute gentleman to deal with and showed the up most professionalism. Within 30 minutes I had a call back with the exact car I was looking for, no games, no pressure. I closed the whole deal over the phone and had the car the very next day.

As a woman, entering the dealership by myself, I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience! The car that I spent days researching was sold during my appointment but my sales rep Brian Waters and sales manager Rene G, made sure I left with the car of my dreams!!! Perfect Service. We came in with an emergency. Broken RV Sprinter Motor Cooling - On a Friday Afternoon - Pre Easter. They Fixed it in 3 hours, and made us travel again. Staff is super friendly and that Place is clean!

I had the pleasure of working with James Fede at the Mercedes of Nanuet. I had spent the past couple of days stressing over which car to buy from other dealers including BMW and Acura. I requested to test drive the GLK 350 online and James contacted me the next day. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I was able to afford. He crunched some numbers and within 7 min he called me back with the best deal I could have asked for. He didn't push me into buying anything right away and was very professional about the whole process. Just had to share my experience with Mercedez of Nanuet, it is under new ownership as of 2011. I had a ML350 2006 and I was always happy with the experience. So I came back to get a new ML350 2011 (slightly boring of me but I like the room and the way it drives; at least I changed the color from silver to black). So when I purchased the car it was considered used because it had 800 miles on it. My salesman told me that I had a maintenance agreement, however at 10,000 miles when I went in for service I was told that my service agreement began and ended the same day I purchased the vehicle.
So, as you can imagine I was upset - I got an email in September from Mercedes asking me why I haven't used my pre-paid Maintenance?
I showed it to the OWNER-he REIMBURSED ME FOR THE PRIOR PAID SERVICE! HE GAVE ME 2 FREE SERVICES AND CAME TO MY HOUSE WITH GIFTS!!!!

My recent 40,000 miles service taught me a hard lesson to be patient and need to continuously follow up on the status, including requesting for the link to make payments. Otherwise, the loss is all on the poor customer without the car back

Horrible dealership. One of there employees stole $220 from me out of a loaner car my bf and I had just returned. After half hour of dropping off the loaner we called back to let them know to hold on to the money for us. They said we had to wait until the next day because they were closing. Next day comes and money is gone. I asked the manager to look into it from there security cameras over a week ago. He said we would call be back with an update and I still havent received anything. Seems more like he is trying to cover up for whatever employee sole from me. Don't trust this dealership with any of your personal belongings because you will be robbed just as I was.

I leased a brand new car at this dealership, within first few days the coolant and radar sensors were going off alerting me something was wrong, there was a burning odor from coolant. I took the car to ray catena and service employee there pointed out that my car was hit on impact and that my car had damages and front bumper was replaced and paint didn't match original. beware of this dealership as im working with an attorney on this. I took the car to several auto body shops and they confirmed. Nanuet had to replace the hose to coolant system, and of course they didn't do the right thing and get me a new car and void this contract. please bring an expert with you and the laws are solid in New Jersey so I would purchase only in New Jersey. dont purchase anything in Nanuet!!!!!!

I recently leased a Merced Benz E350 at Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet. I dealt with a sales representative Tony Coban who made my experience a pleasure, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient as well presenting me with a price that was fair and reasonable and was easily accepted. The paperwork and delivery of the vehicle as well as the explanation of the functions in the vehicle were handled in a most efficient manner and easily understood. Just had my 50K servicing. The dealership is always cutting edge. They have now implemented a video feedback after they have analyzed your individual service needs. It is sent via google drive and easily viewed. I found this to be extremely valuable since I have no knowledge on car servicing so it brought it down to my level. The video makes it perfectly clear what the needs are and is transparent!

Overall the best experience at a car dealership ever. I dealt with Walter Camacho who was genuinely interested in making the car buying experience a personal and easy experience. He kept me informed throughout the process (I did a build on a 2016 GLE 350) and gladly responded to my multiple text messages with questions. I just took delivery yesterday (3/22/16) - he walked me through the features, the car had a full tank of gas and offers pick up and delivery for routine maintenance even down to Bergen County. He gave me his personal commitment that he would ensure that I was taken care of at the dealership going forward (care beyond the sale is not always a given). I have another dealer that is less than a mile from my place of work but plan on using MB of Nanuet for my service. He introduced me to his brother who also works at the dealership and got the assurance from him that I would be well cared for at the dealership. I got a good price on both the purchase price as well as what they offered me for my trade in. This is my 3rd Mercedes (2 at another dealership) and plan on coming back. For me, it is all about how I am treated by places of business that I choose. Congratulations on a job well done. And best of all, my wife loves her new car!

My wife and I stopped in the showroom in October and met with Tony Genovese. He introduced us to the GLA 250, and was very helpful and knowledgeable as he made the sales experience fun, relaxing and without pressure. Excellent dealership! Very low-key, able to shop for Mercedes CPO cars at my leisure. In fact, I have bought 2 CPO cars from them over the years. I bought a 1994 Mercedes S320 in 1997, kept it for 14 years. Finally, bought a 2008 Mercedes E350 4Matic in 2011, still driving it. Prices were good - distance was a bit far to bring it back for servicing.

I would go again to shop for my next CPO car!

Last week my husband and I went to Mercedes Benz of Nanuet just to look . We had never been in a dealership before (even though over the last 2 years I had stalked the brand and configured my car a thousand times !! ) We wandered around looking at all the beautiful cars like kids in a candy store !! Yesterday, I closed the deal on my GLC300. It took 3 hours to be totally satisfied with the SUV, price and options. I drove away with it that day turning in my 2015 C300.
Juan Rodrigues made my experience just as pleasant and comfortable as he did with my 2015 C300. The GLC is my 3rd lease from Mercedes of Nanuet and Juan s name is synonymous with customer satisfaction. I had an amazing purchasing experience at this location. I worked with Mr. Sam and he didn t try to play salespeople s games with me. He listened to exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and presented me with options that fit my parameters perfectly. In addition, he thought out of the box and offered me deals that I would ve never even thought to ask for. Even the financial guy I worked with made the process as painless as possible. The location was really great about social distancing and safer procedures during the pandemic. This is my 5th lease and my first one with Mercedes. If they keep treating me like they did when I bought the car, I can see Mercedes and I having a long future together.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff but the most accurate description would be trustworthy. I just felt comfortable with these guys from the 1st contact. Dealt with Rene Garcia and Jonu Sam. Jonu picked me up at the train station and took me to my hotel and then picked me up the following morning and took me to the dealership. I'm a big believer in prayer and I feel I was led to this dealership. Highly recommend these people.
