My experience at this dealership was probably the best experience I've had in all my years of leasing cars. As soon as my boyfriend and I entered the dealership we were greeted right away by Chris Bartolini. Chris was nothing short of professional and efficient from the very beginning. Once I told him what I was looking for in a car he was able to provide me with all of the information and worked with me to meet my needs while still staying within my price range. Never at any point did I feel I was being pressured or rushed. Chris was informative, patient and explained everything he was doing throughout the process in terms my boyfriend and I would understand. Chris even offered to print out information for me to bring home to go over to better make a decision. Mercedes of Nanuet is very lucky to have such a great employee! Hopefully he is given the great recognition that he deserves! I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family, and can't wait to get my new car!
