I've only had positive experiences...purchased my first car from M-B of Nanuet, and they made a daunting process effortless and and stressless. Joe Horneman helped explain every part of the process to me, and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable; he helped me make a decision rather than *sold* me something. He applied discounts wherever possible, and even enabled me to get United Airlines miles for my purchase, something unexpected. Mike Steinberg walked me through the financing, and the two of them got me financing as a first-time, student car buyer. I'm currently considering purchasing another car, and it will certainly be from this dealership. Everyone I've encountered there is great, but Joe is the one you should go see.
