Best Dealership in the NY Metro Area. They made us feel special with no sales pressure. My Salesman, Joe Horneman, made our shopping experience easy. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different makes and models. Rene the Sales Manager and Mike the Finance Manager were great people and very helpful. The entire dealership seemed to really care and wanted you as part of their family. I highly recommend this dealership and all the people I ve mentioned. You won t be disappointed!!

There is a reason why this dealership has a 4.9 stars. BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT! We have had GL450's and E350;'s for years and I have had average experiences with 2 dealerships prior to finding Nanuet. In addition to being easy to work with and accommodating, they are honest.

Here is the story, My wife was out of the area with her GL . The car just died . Messages came up indicating "Car Inoperable" She called Mercedes who had her towed to the closest MB dealer. After a inspection of the car and a $110 charge I was informed that there were "really big problems with the car", there is oil coming out of the spark plugs, and that they estimated that the repair would cost $8,000.00 -15,000.00. Needless to say, we did not accept it and had the car towed nearly 200 miles to Nanuet where first Anthony and then Brian Skully became involved. All the time I was asking "is the motor ok?" they assured me that the issue was electrical and that the motor seemed OK. As it turned out it was an emissions control unit problem and the entire repair was covered under warranty. the car was there for a while (about 2 weeks) but during that time they kept us informed of the progress what was happening and an estimate of the return date.

I am in a service oriented business and our business comes form referrals. I know the importance of reviews as people do actually read these things. So I would like to day that this dealership is by far the best dealership that I have ever been associated with. I would also like to mention another person. My sales person was Renee Garcia who is equally as competent, accommodating and friendly.

Bottom line- IF YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU ARE MIKING A MISTAKE! If you are buying a quality vehicle like a Mercedes, you want to be associated with a quality dealership. That dealership is Nanuet Mercedes. If you go elsewhere, you will probably get good service. But don't you deserve and wouldn't you like great service. Kudos to the management team and owner. A great organization is lead from the top.

Bought my CLS 550 in 3 times for warped rotors with only 19,000 miles, they would only replace if I paid half, what a joke 12,000 miles later same problem. Now 6,000 miles later problem with warped rotors again. Poor customer service they want me to pay half again. Telling me rotors warp in the heat, really an 80,000$ car and Mercedes will not stand behind their product. This is my 3rd CLS 550 but will never purchase again Nanuet Mercedes rates 0 for me.

This dealership is one of the top I've ever seen across the board under any brand.

Run, don't walk, but run to "Walter Camacho" a young professional salesperson who can assist you in your purchase. I was greeted cheerfully and offered refreshments while I browsed (very low pressure) for the vehicle I wanted. You will feel you are dealing with your brother rather than a salesperson. We negotiated a very fair price ( I was armed with my price in my head so I knew what a good deal would be). Walter will work to get you into the car of your choice.

The service did not stop after the sale, there were one or two special items I needed and Walter arranged the service date and confirmed the appointments all without me even picking up the phone.

As for the presentation of the showroom and service waiting area, you will feel that your are in a 5 star hotel lobby. Clean, comfortable, quiet to get work done while your waiting. I can't even imagine what this dealership could improve on.

I love my ML350 and I will go back to MB of Nanuet for another MB in a few years when I'm ready.

Was not sure if I wanted to renew lease with Mercedes, looking st other cars, BMW and Audi but my service experience with Mercedes Nanuet has always been exceptional so I decided to see what they had to offer. James Feade, a truly outstanding sales rep, found an incredible deal for me and his extraordinary customer service convinced me to sign a new lease on a 2019 E300. Mercedes Nanuet simply is the best dealership!

Excellent experience with Joe Horneman. Was shopping for a very specific AMG car, very few on the floor in the States so I needed to special order a 2019. Joe was up front with me when he found out it would be significantly delayed from the factory even knowing I was going to go to another dealer that had a similar car on order with earlier delivery. In 24 Nanuet MB managed to find a car with 95% of the same specs at another dealership, get it shipped over to Nanuet in 2 days, put on all season tires I special ordered and gave me a further discount to boot. Fantastic experience well worth the drive up from Brooklyn to deal with these guys. I expect to be back when the lease is up in 3 years. BTW if you're on the fence between an AMG 43 or 63, def go 63.

Update on my bad experience with the parts dept, Alex, and the general manager. After they sold me a part that didn't fit through Amazon, and after Alex repeatedly refused to admit the part was wrong (even being so cocky as to imply that he couldn't make a mistake, saying "This is what we do," he was finally forced to admit that it was the wrong part. I then wrote a poor review on them, simultaneously asking for a refund. THEN, Alex tried to hold some of my refund hostage by saying that he wouldn't give me a total refund unless I took my bad review down. I told him that after he refunded my full cost, then I would reevaluate my review. He didn't like that, implying that he wasn't gonna refund The entire amount I had paid, even though I sent him the part of the extended warranty that clearly stated that he was supposed to pay me. I waited, hoping that he would change his mind. But recently I saw that he in fact held some of my money, just because I didn't change my review. So apparently Alex tries to coerce people into removing their negative reviews by holding their money hostage. Is that legal?

A++ dealership and Joe H was awesome to work with. Having been to numerous MB dealers in tristate area, I made the trip up from LI for a CPO and found the best deal around. They are by far friendliest of the staffs I have dealt with of all the dealerships (BMW, Audi, MB). Everyone asking me if I needed help as soon as they saw me walking the floor and even when I said I was working with another rep they proceeded to have a nice personal conversation with me. Couldn t be happier with the deal, finance department made it all extremely easy. Selected the car at 10:30am and drove away with it 3 hours later. My wife and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Mercedes E350 in May, 2014 from MB of Nanuet. We honestly don't think our purchase could have gone any smoother. Our salesman, John Kim was pleasant to deal with, responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process.

As with many car buyers we started our search online to get a sense of competitive pricing for the MB model/year we wanted. We live in CT and visited our local dealer to check out their inventory. Found a couple of cars we liked, but didn't like their pricing and limited willingness to negotiate, so we left. Went back online and checked MB of Nanuet's CPO inventory. Found a car we liked at a good price, called and spoke to John. Long story short, the dealership dropped the price below the number at which we said we were prepared to buy. So from our perspective what started as a good deal became a great one, esp. after factoring in CPO financing and other incentives MB USA was then offering.

During the next few days John guided us through the necessary forms and we discussed taxes, registration, insurance, etc. We visited the dealership the following Saturday to close and pick up the car, which until then we had only seen online. As it turned out the car was immaculately detailed in and out, very clean and sharp looking. Except for a few touched up scratches I had to look very carefully to spot, I had a hard time telling the difference between our 49K mile, dark blue CPO car and new ones.

After finalizing purchase, MB financing and warranty documentation with the pre-owned sales manager (who was also very pleasant and helpful), John spent over an hour demonstrating our car's features and options, set up Bluetooth and even pre-programming some frequently used phone numbers into the A/V system for us. Then without having given the car a previous test drive, we drove off the lot to our home in CT about 50 miles away and were pleased to find the car performed as well mechanically as it looked. There was one minor braking issue -- so minor I didn't bother reporting it until 6 months later -- that John said the dealership would take care of during our next routine maintenance visit.

Based on our experience we would give this dealership a 6 star rating if we could.

Hands down the reason for 5 stars is my salesman James Fede I was looking for a CLA in my price range with specific requirements I'm from new Jersey about 50 mins from Nanuet so first I went to Ray Catena in Union NJ. They informed me none meeting that criteria were available and only had more expensive options with different colors available, or I would have to wait for one to be built. I contacted James from a friends referral.From the beginning extremely professional he confirmed it might be difficult to find one but he would try everything. In less than 24 hours he found one from out of state , was able to process all my applications all over the phone and in less than a week my car arrived.Talk about going the extra mile. Upon arrival me my wife and 2 children were greeted with warm smiles not anyone person pouncing on us like prey in the jungle looking for a sale. Another salesmen even gave a teddy bear to each of my 2 children. The little things go such a long way. James made the purchase so simple. I was in and out in about 1/2 an hour. After showing us all the features on the CLA and how to use them we were off. Without a doubt the easiest,friendliest and most convenient transaction I've ever made cars or otherwise. Having owned and leased vehicles in the past, I had the perfect and most ideal customer buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet. Mercedes Benz of Nanuet is simply the best ! I have been meaning to write a review for a long time to tell of my family's awesome experience. My Mom has gotten 2 cars from them in the past 5 years and I got my first last year and it certainly won't be the last. We have had the pleasure of working with both Joe and Fred. They made the buying process seamless - everyone from the sales dept. to the finance dept. made the process an easy one.
I have brought my car in for routine maintenance and the service dept. couldn't have been more accomodating with scheduling an appt. around my work schedule. Anthony has been wonderful to work with in service .

Service Center - After the car service, I was so happy to get a summary video from the technician explaining everything done on the car. It was quick and very helpful.

This was our first Mercedes vehicle. The staff at Nanuet were excellent. Edgar Pena was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and above all was not pushy. He sat with us explained options and came back with a more then fair deal. Wilhelm (Will) the General Manager was gracious and friendly. He also was very honest and was able to make the deal the best it could be. We were all very happy in the end with everyone getting what they wanted. We got the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted, and they moved a vehicle. We did use the service department for a problem with the passenger mirror. Fixed without any problems. The free car wash is an excellent perk. You will not be let down at this dealership. We are now customers for life.

This was my first dealing with Edgar Pena. I was immediately comfortable with speaking to him and outlining my needs and financial concerns. I had selected three type of vehicles to look at. He took me out for a test drive and ran several options of payment. I wasn t comfortable at that time to make a commitment.

Edgar did not pressure me in making a decision. He told me that he will update me on various deals that Mercedes would have to see if that would fit my needs. I was not pressured at all by Edgar to make a sale. Instead he kept me updated by an occasional friendly hello.

When I was ready to start the process again, Edgar again listen to my needs and this time he went all out and provided me with numbers that I was finally comfortable with to close the deal. Again, no pressure but just hard work on his end to make sure that I got the car that I wanted and at the price that I was comfortable with.

Lastly, after closing the deal, Edgar went beyond the call of duty. When I came to drop off my car in exchange for the new car, I realized that I had more personal items hidden away under the back panel. I asked Edgar for some bags so I can clean out the remaining personal items that was found at the last moment. I then went to meet with the financial person to sign papers. When I finally finished with all the paperwork, I went to look for Edgar to get the bags I needed. Edgar said come with me and he took me to my new car, opened the trunk and said everything has been cleaned out from the old car and I placed them for you into the new car. It was neatly placed in the trunk. I was astonished beyond belief with what Edgar did for me.

Edgar is truly a great person who went beyond the call of duty. When I come back to turn in my second car I will go to no one else by Edgar.
