They have the best service department that I have experienced.

We could not be happier with the service we received from our salesperson Jonu Sam and his manager Rafael. We were looking for a used Certified Preowned car and they bent over backwards trying to come to a negotiation we could both live with. Jonu was diligent in his efforts to keep us in the deal, and we went home happy with a beautiful car. Thanks so much guys!!!

I was probably one of the most indesicive clients ever. I drove just about every luxury car available from BMW to Jaguar and then some. After I drove for three hours Walter gave me $10.000 higher price on the car.When I told him that the price on their website says different he just laughed and said its a mistake.This place is a joke,no professional at all.

Although the wait time on the car's release was extended Walter made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way until the car arrived. My experience at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet has been exemplary. I have purchased/owned some 17 cars so far in my lifetime from various dealerships as I drive around 35,000-40,000 miles per year. My recent purchase of my GLC is the best so far. My sales consultant Joseph Horneman is phenomenal when it comes to personal customer care. I knew I was in good hands when I came into the dealership looking for a new vehicle to add to my history of purchases. His assistance in obtaining the exact vehicle I wanted was seamless. The vehicle, a 2019 GLC 350e is a spectacular vehicle and by far my best acquisition. Even though it was a vehicle that he needed to design and order from the factory he made it seem routine even though I am sure it is quite a task to perform. Michael Steinberg and Annette Carrillo, both business managers, made the financial portion quick, efficient and painless. If you want quality, unbelievable fuel mileage, a truly great car and the best service go see Joseph Horseman and he will deliver.

We were undecided whether or not to lease another ML350 at the end of our current lease. Though very pleased with the vehicle, it can sometimes be a grueling experience re-leasing. Not with Mercedes Benz of Nanuet. Tony Genovese and Rene Garcia were exceptional in helping us find another ML350, that met our needs and finances. They remained courteous and professional , but most of all patient while we vacillated over our decision. Tony went above and beyond in finding us our new vehicle. I'm a proud owner of a beautiful MB 4x4 passenger van. I bought it 2015 by the dealership in Nanuet, the salesman was the great Tim Lohrfink. I have serviced and maintained it with excellent service from the same dealership, my service provider was always the great Bill Ackman.

I love MB so much that in the back of my mind I want my next car also to be a MB. The only thing it bothered me was the distance. When I saw that a MB dealership was being built close to home I was so excited and couldn't wait for it. I tried a few times to start using that new dealership both to buy a new car and to service my current and unfortunately I had to come to a conclusion that nice buildings and closer distance is not worth the aggravation of dealing with a dealership that lacks the knowledge and experience. More over you get the feeling that they are here just to make a buck today so they can go cover the bank, after all they are new and maybe are struggling like any new business to cover the bank on a daily basis. I understand but it's not what we're expecting from a MB dealership.

I'll share my last encounter in detail. I was on a long family road trip when my check engine light came up. I took it in to a local mechanic who specializes on European cars, European Import Repair on 17M in Monroe. They checked it out (free of charge). The mechanic, Dan, was so honest. He tells me that it shows an error related to the emissions, without getting to technical it could be a repair in thousands of dollars. He tells me that I should rather go to the dealer and process it thru the warranty. I explained him that I'm already outside of my warranty. Dan who is not working for MB and makes money only on cash repairs is giving me a whole lecture about Mercedes and how I'm still covered for this type of failures, what a knowledgeable, honest and honored man. I'll always remember that and will try to send business their way. So, I'm going to this new dealership. Not only do they turn down all theories and facts Dan told me, but, they don't want to check the error codes without paying $250. I didn't feel right and definitely didn't feel taken care by the very company supposedly already making money on selling me the van. I walked out confused and didn't know what to do. I've decided to call the good old Nanuet dealership, and reached out to my salesman Tim Lohrfink. When you call the Nanuet dealership, their phone recording says "it's not business, it's personal" and this is how I felt again. I drove down, they checked it out for me. It turns out that Dan was right, it is covert by warranty. They scheduled the repair provided a loaner and made me feel commendable, it's not business, it's personal. So, guys do yourself a favor, drive an extra half an hour and get treated the way you're deserved to be.

I couldn't have been any happier, from the initial conversation up to getting the keys, the team at Mercedes of Nanuet were wonderful. They were extremely professional and accommodating through out the entire process that made the buying experience a pleasure. My sales person, Angelo Ferrara, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him and he made sure everything met my expectations including a post sales follow up. I very rarely post reviews but I felt compelled to inform fellow Mercedes customers about the exceptional service I have received over the years from Peter Wirth. He is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and HONEST. How often can you refer to an automobile sales professional as honest? I leased the E350 from him two years ago and my father was so impressed with the car and the service that he recently purchased the E350 outright from Peter. We both couldn't be happier with our decision. Now that my lease term is coming to an end, I followed Peter from Mercedes White Plains all the way to Mercedes Nanuet (totally out of my way but worth the effort) because I couldn't imagine working with anyone else when it comes to leasing another Mercedes.

Do not use their service. They pad the bills on Labor every time. $50 in spark plug replacement then $700 in diagnostic labor?! To say it's a computer chip in engine ? The computer must tell you that in 10 mins! Heading the Mercedes Busch Teaneck to trade in my car. Won't ever use Nanuet even though they are closer.

My decision to purchase my new car at Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet was based on the outstanding way I was cared for and treated by Edgar Pena and the rest of the team at the dealership. At the end of the day there was not much difference between cost of a car there or elsewhere. But, knowing the ongoing care and attention that my wife received since leasing her Mercedes a couple years ago and the attention I was afforded it was easy to make my decision. It was my first experience at getting a new car and I have to say I am extremely pleased at how smoothly it went. John Kim was the sales rep I dealt with and he was extremely helpful to say the least. I was originally there to look at a 2013 CPO C300, but after test driving that and a few other cars I ended up leaving with a 2015 C300, and couldn't be more happy about it. John, Rene, and Michael were all great to work with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who makes their way over there. Let's start off by saying we all dread the process of buying cars because let's face it, we have all had unfortunate situations with dealerships and not knowing if you're going to get screwed or not. At the mercedes-benz dealership of Nanuet however, that is not the case. What separates businesses from each other I believe is customer service and the professionalism along with courteousness that JAMES FEDE displayed was nothing short of class personified. From the moment you meet James, there is an aura of comfortability that surrounds him that makes the conversation flow seamlessly. MB Nanuet is world class. I have purchased 6 cars from them over the last 6 years and loved the experience and the vehicles. Sales is extremely professional, not pushy and prices cars better than any other dealership i have visited across all brands. I have always been treated well and my time is respected. I had the funnest most delightful experience at the Nanuet location, working with Joe. As a young lady with little experience in the area of Mercedes and leasing a vehicle in general, Joe was quick to call me and set up a meeting the next morning to come in and test drive my new car, he picked out the most perfect car, the Gla-250. He told me what to bring, etc. He was so nice and understanding and treated me the same as he would his own daughter. I am so happy. The other employees were so nice and fun loving too, they hooked me up with Mercedes memorabilia too take home! GREAT PLACE for sure.

My favorite service center. Tip: Make sure to mention that you need a loaner if you need it. If you call to drop off your car the assumption is that you will have a ride so if you don t have a ride make sure to say you need loaner. Something I like is that when you drive in and the gates open there is a welcome message on the screen with your name on it. High tech.. they also take a video of your vehicle at the time of diagnostics and text it to you. This way you know what exactly they are fixing and why they need to fix it. Prices: yes, they are on the pricey side but hey if you have a Mercedes you should be ready to pay for the high maintenance so can t complain here. Everyone is courteous and professional.

Very rude and inconsiderate people. Made me sign up for an appointment to see the car I wanted to. After a lengthy chat on the phone and me telling them that it would be over an hour drive, they told me that my appointment was confirmed and that they would show me the car. After getting there and waiting 30 mins for someone to help me, they then proceeded to tell me the car was already sold. If you are going to make me drive all the way there, and come at a specific time, please have the decency to make a phone call and tell me that the car has been sold. I will withhold names for the sake of decency, they failed to show me.
